Now to the XLB. After some deliberation, I’ve decided it is the best XLB I’ve had in Hong Kong. The skin of the XLB is of perfect thickness so it does not tear when you pick it up (great for people with bad chopstick skills like me) but also not too thick as the skin of a XLB should be. The soup inside the XLB is steaming hot (no seriously, be careful). The stuffing and soup perfectly complemented each other.
We were told that the XLB is made of organic ingredients. The original price is $78 per basket of 4. I will definitely come back for it, and will have some of the other food next time as well!
