今日九龍城有局,未夠鐘但又有啲肚餓,記得之前都有試過附近嘅日本餐,今次專登搵依間新野入來嚐新。其實我甚少叫外賣,因為外賣太多變數,送外賣個位仁兄隨時重要過廚師,佢一遲到,啲野食就......。所以我寧願揀非繁忙時段入席,一來吾駛同人逼,二來客人冇咁多,師傅自然更有時間去發擇功夫。佢地酒類都好豐富,有紅酒、白酒、啤酒,當然日本清酒大冇得少。反正近排都冇出來飲啤酒,今晚就先飲啤酒同嚐下佢地燒物,佢推介我燒三文魚頭,橫掂都吾知燒乜好,有推介就自然要試。依個三文魚頭燒得吾錯,冇過火,吾會太燶同太乾,送啤酒更正因為等陣仲有下場,今次先試個三文魚頭,我見佢個餐牌仲有好鬼多吾同嘅野食,下次試完再另報告啦Read More

今晚想在九龍城來個快餐 ... 從城寨公園出來,入了一條人不多的小街,街內有數間食肆,其中這間以串燒招來的小餐廳,雖然人不多,但菜單豐富,也進去了。串燒端上來了,樣子挺吸引,還很窩心,有小鉗讓我們把竹籤上的食物拔出來( 總好過用筷子!), 也有竹筒回收竹籤。我們先KO了雞皮、雞軟骨、牛、羊、豬腸,全部都不錯,但食到最後的雞腎,出事了:其中一粒咬進口,有點“霉”,吐出來, 帶點微紅,今晚遇見Gigi姐了(“ 唔熟吾食”)!我們也點了一客燒鯖魚套餐,鯖魚不夠juicy,有點乾,魚肚的黑色可能清潔得不夠乾淨, 帶了點苦,但50多元的套餐,也不能強求什麼。總體可以,但這些偶然的錯誤,可能會“拆招牌”啊, 既然有心思提供窩心的小工具,處理食材也認真一點呢!Read More

其實嚟過好多次,燒雞翼,燒牛舌都係致愛。燒雞翼外脆內juicy,燒牛舌軟綿綿有牛味,推介。另外,烤薄餅都好正,餅身鬆脆,而且有好香的牛油味。今次老闆娘有新介紹,燒和牛,燒神戶牛。燒和牛,係第一次聽,第一次食,好味,好有牛味。燒神戶口,充滿油香。淨食已好好味,配生蒜蓉及熟蒜粒又意想不到的夾,另外加少少飯一齊食,可減少油膩感。又一新發現。食串燒當然要飲杯啦,我就梗係飲啤酒啦,太太就愛這裡的自家制梅酒。Read More
