。不過，和友人偶爾經過高登電腦中心對面的一間小店，覺得裝潢別緻，用上黑白色調。鐵皮屋的外表，吸引了我的眼球，誰知看了看門外餐牌，竟是吃串燒的餐廳
！內裏不大，只有三張四人枱加一張高枱，四五個窗邊位。.深水埗有很多賣串燒的小食店，但像居酒屋的餐廳卻真的少之又少。正拿不定主意晚餐吃什麼，看到弄。燒餐牌玩味甚濃
，用上傳統月曆的模式，選擇不少，更有二人餐餐牌，價錢合理，好奇心軀使的我倒不介意支持「心機」小店。.四人同行各式各樣的菜式都想試，先叫了二人餐，有前菜、揚物、串燒和丼飯，再另叫幾款燒物「打頭陣」，先試試水溫，質素佳，再加單也不遲。店員貼心為我們倒水，亦細心提提我們燒物需時，可先下二人餐的單，再慢慢挑其他燒物。.可能當時全店只有我們一枱的關係，前菜的煙燻蕃茄沙律和唐揚廣島蠔不久便可上菜了
。入口果然新鮮爽脆，香脆的芝麻帶甘香，數量之多有如加了層脆皮於蔬菜上，香口亦開胃
。.四粒唐揚廣島蠔新鮮炸上，金黃圓潤，體積有三分二隻雞蛋般大，在側放上了一瓣檸檬和灑上七味粉的沙律醬，底下有張吸油紙，印上了餐廳標誌，細節位做得一絲不苟
！.其他串燒也紛紛上枱，令人期待不已。跟餐的三款串燒我們選了薑葱雞腎、紫蘇葉雞腿肉和煙肉雞脾菇。我不好內臟就和雞腎無緣了，但後者卻很是不錯。.雞腿肉工整地用上兩片紫蘇葉包起，燒得油亮但不焦，灑上黑白芝麻，是眼睛的盛宴
。廚師的技巧不錯，火巧剛好，肉質很嫩滑多汁，帶少許雞皮賦之油香和雞味，沒有過濃的調味，神來之筆是那紫蘇葉，絲微的草青味中和油膩，同時亦包住水份，加上芝麻增加脆口口感，上乘之作
。.另外點的燒雞皮和鹽燒赤舌我都未有嘗及，但試了燒半熟吞拿魚，可惜已燒至全熟，像罐頭吞拿魚的口感，調味再好也枉然
。.不過其燒芝士麵豉茄子和薑葱醬油魷魚就不過不失。前者塗上麵豉醬，入口甜甜的，一絲絲茄子灑上脆香的紫菜絲，口感不錯，亦無燒茄子的通病——太多油。但茄子不多肉，卻塗上太多醬，有點太鹹，亦燒得太焦帶點苦味:(。.燒魷魚入口微甜，切得工整，鮮味無渣，亦不會靱。但本身有甜甜的醬油味已足，卻配上風馬牛不相及的中式薑葱醬，又油膩又掩蓋了魷魚的鮮味，不點也罷。同時燒得比較焦，有點苦味
。.牛丼配上半熟糖心蛋，還有紅、黃、綠的漬物，既有蘿蔔又有小青椒，色彩斑斕，賞心悅目，而且醃得入味，但又不會過酸，吃了一堆串燒後吃上些許，正好解膩
。半顆糖心蛋咬了一口，蛋黃在口腔裏膠着，黏着舌頭，是完美的口感，火喉控制得宜，蛋味濃郁。只可惜不夠入味，只帶微甜。而主角牛肉就大大失色了，用上太肥的冰鮮肥牛，雪花不平均，且帶筋，還要煮得過火了，嚼不爛
，可取的只是醬汁味道不錯，可供拌飯填飽肚子而已。.二人餐加幾款燒物絕對滿足不到我們四人，便多叫上幾款燒物。那時我們已吃了一小時左右，七時多差不多滿座，細小的空間開始非常嘈吵:(。.店內兩款手羽都有叫，但我只嘗了明太子手羽，雞中翼挑走了骨，饟入明太子再燒，燒得脆皮香口，只可惜鹹味太過，吃不到明太子的鮮味，不太討好:(。.鮮燒白鱔和燒鰻魚就頗為出色。前者油香滿溢，入口甘甜，嫩滑鮮美，後者鹹甜並列，外層焦香脆口，略嫌時間燒得長了一點，否則口感更佳
。.最後上的弄燒汁豚軟骨和煙肉年糕乃是完美句號。前者鋪滿的葱花，壓住豬軟骨和爽口椰菜絲，三者同時放入口中，鹹甜的醬油汁帶膠質，肉味濃但不會過鹹。軟骨黏糯入味，入口即溶
每次來必定order 豚井飯，超好味，我太喜歡炭燒豚肉配濃醬味汁，除了日本外，我認為這個是最好食豚井飯
小試牛刀無乜睇人推薦邊樣就是但叫左幾款1.薑蔥蓉蛋黃飯
