早前團年飯聚 5 位只不過 $500 有找,平到笑抵到爛。見餐牌上添加大量新菜色,五光十色,吸引力不弱。沙薑雞腳,全晚最好味的菜色。熱辣辣沙薑味濃厚入味剛剛好,不過咸不嗆喉。膠彈黏滑的雞皮包著爽脆腳筋,損得過癮,滋味滿分。大白菜豬骨湯細,重重奶味蘊藏著白菜鮮甜在後,幼滑清甜陣陣肉香。趁熱飲超讚,凍飲大打折扣。桶骨啖啖甜肉,還有甘香肥美骨髓啜啜,大滿足。生芋炆雞煲,椰奶味特濃,完全係奶味,不是芋頭味。雞件炸到乾爭爭,雞胸雞背鞋烚烚,骨多肉少。消失的雞髀雞翼無影無蹤跟早前食過的啫啫雞煲情況一樣。炸蠔餅,蠔仔細細瘦奀奀不肥美,不香甜出完水無味,乾柴縮水無味道。蛋漿除了脆口就一無是處,對面新鹿鳴居好食百倍。馬拉盞炒莜麥菜,大量蒜蓉兜炒,油滴滴而有鑊氣!油到不得了,食完把口啷過油。油麥菜本身味道爽甜多汁,但食不到辣味。水煮牛,突然阿妹興起想食辣,一向家庭飯局不會選的味道。飲啖紅湯痲味夠重,辣味近乎食唔到,牛肉𢲡到滑潺潺腍劈劈,醃味清淡,大豆芽爽脆爆汁更加好食。沙薑雞,肥美咸雞招牌菜。全熟沒有一絲血漬出現,皮薄肉甜,鳳脂甘香撞上咸鮮白肉,彈滑髀肉,軟棉胸肉,食得津津有味無投訴,咸雞肉送飯一流。茄子斑腩煲,厚厚青衣柳讓鬆軟炸粉包著,完全吸收芡汁滑嘟嘟,陣陣魚味咬落結實。茄子肉半爽不綿,茄皮乾硬扣掉不少分數。茄子併斑腩齊齊食,味道更吸引。中式牛柳,突然想食就去食,不知何其多年不見。酸酸甜甜開胃洋蔥茄汁,牛柳超韌,少點牙力都趙唔到,走過油外層微脆香口,肉汁可以還有著牛甜味的。椒絲腐乳炒通菜,炒得有點黃帶點渣,不夠鮮嫩爽脆,乳汁杰撻撻,乳香特濃。梅菜扣肉煲,極咸地獄,扒多兩啖飯才頂得緊!微暖那會好食,扣肉仍是室溫,乾鞋不鬆化。墊底大白菜硬掘掘,太生難食。依舊我請客吧,食得開心最緊要。Read More

爸爸生日揀左佢鐘意食嘅客家菜。客家菜,主要指客家人嘅飲食,喺廣東菜嘅三大流派中,客家菜可以話係最原始的嘅廣東“土”菜,就地理條件同物產而言,食物大多數係家養禽畜同山間野味。因客家地區主體分佈喺閩粵贛交界處,所以又叫東江菜、閩西菜、贛南菜。因為客家族群多遷徙且居住喺華中、華南丘陵嘅丘陵山地地區,遷徙行程中只能以鹽保存食物,勞動出汗多亦需補充鹽分以維持體力,因此飲食傾向多油多鹹嘅重口味菜,同埋會加入各式處理過嘅醃製菜類(如酸菜、福菜、梅乾菜、大葉品種嘅芥菜)。客家菜嘅口感偏重“肥、咸、熟”,喺粤菜或閩菜系中獨樹一幟。雖然我哋唔係客家人,但我哋成家都重口味!客家飲食文化古老,有以下四個特色,以肉類為主,水產品較少突出主料,原汁原味,講求酥軟香濃注重火功,以炖、烤、煲、釀見稱,尤其以餐廳舖面同平時d茶仔差不多,貼咗d招脾菜嘅poster,仲有歡迎光臨嘅走馬燈,其實都有d大陸feel~入面裝修簡潔,大圓枱加茶樓櫈,都係一般飯店格局,光光猛猛,坐得幾舒服。 酸蘿蔔客家人好醃製菜類,連前菜都係用醋醃製過嘅酸蘿蔔,酸may may 囗感爽脆,令人好開胃,差唔多食晒先記得影相。馳名缽頭桶骨大白菜(大)呢個係招牌菜之一,成個木桶裝住一大缽熱辣辣嘅豬骨湯,以瓦煲裝住,保存湯溫,外套木桶,保留農村風味印象。全煲豬骨加埋奶白菜,起碼要用幾個鐘先煲好,火喉十足。一個大份足夠我哋一家7囗飲,媽咪話喺肉檔買份桶骨其實都幾貴,呢份湯入面起碼有5、6舊拳頭咁大, 我覺得呢個湯都幾抵食!豬骨係選用豬腿同豬手嘅臂骨,入面有大量骨髓,最美味嘅莫過於將浸飽靚湯嘅骨髓啜出來,啖啖鮮味,原汁原味。金牌沙薑雞沙薑雞都係客家菜嘅常見菜式之一,雞肉夠入味不過比較鞋咗d!客家炆豬肉呢個簡直係客家菜嘅佼佼者,當中包含晒所有客家菜的特點!以肉為主通常選用五花腩,煮果陣加入醃製過嘅鹹酸菜,用老抽、蠔油同生抽炆煮豬肉,上枱時已經聞到陣陣香氣,豬肉色澤誘人,食落夠焾、香口。薑蔥爆魚鰾魚鰾則係魚卜,大多數嘅硬骨魚體腔上部嘅消化管同脊椎間都有鰾, 裡面有很多膠原蛋白,可以令皮膚更加光亮同有彈性。薑蔥爆炒夠香,但可惜魚鰾較韌。雜菇薯仔牛柳粒牛肉煎封後香口唔韌,薯粒都煎香咗,加埋走過油既雜菇,淋上少少蜜汁一齊炒。唔錯!黃金鮮魷雖然話傳統客家菜,無乜海產嘅菜式,不過而家嘅食店,都會加入d新派菜式,例如近幾好受歡迎嘅"黃金"系列!魷魚新鮮彈牙,外皮炸得酥脆,而"黃金"則係鹹蛋黃,通常會預先蒸熟佢,再將炸好嘅鮮魷同牛油炒勻,超級惹味!宮廷醬燒蝦球呢個好明顯唔係客家菜,但因為我哋鐘意食海鮮,所以點都會點d~不過呢個比預期中無咁好味,因為原來所謂宮廷醬燒就係泰式酸甜汁。蝦仁好大隻,不過無乜味,麻麻地。Read More

星期日爆晒場要得位呢,八點先坐低,又係牆邊好迫既半邊枱,是但啦,我地都係兩個啫,最怕係枱太細唔夠攞食物,您要記得我好大食先得架。真係六合彩又唔見中,要咩無咩 ﹗連點四道菜都無,Win 左啦!順德魽魚煲無、椒鹽鱔片無、薑蔥魚鰾無、子薑米鴨都無 ﹗不如您地話我知有咩食好麻,當然要係我會想食嗰啲啦。酸蘿蔔,爽脆無味,夠晒酸,開胃開胃。我唔食花生架,次次侍應嬸嬸都幫我換,多謝啊 ﹗差不多兩年無黎幫襯,估唔到老闆及職員們都仲認到我。木桶白菜豬骨湯細,兩口子飲細 size 有多無少,熱燙燙送到,香氣貫穿腦袋,急忙倒碗入口,濃稠黏口而帶滑,厚厚豬骨味道夾雜白菜清甜,觸動每一吋舌頭,擋不住的引誘,連啪幾碗才可以稍為平伏情緒。但此湯必須趁熱品嚐,否則吸引力大減,如果變凍左,味道及香氣都離開了。今晚白菜爽甜多汁,無苦澀味又唔會硬屈屈,烚既時間剛剛好,吸引左豬骨湯更加好味。三四舊桶骨當然唔可以放過,貴就貴在佢地喇。雖然無咩肉食,但黐骨肉絲既豬肉味特別濃郁,軟骨位仲骨膠原豐富添,居然連骨髓都有得啜,夠晒補身,正呀 ﹗煎封黃花魚,簡單又好味。最緊要即叫即做又熱辣辣送到,薑蔥味道香噴噴,只要調味得宜,不太咸不過火,天然鮮魚甜味已夠殺,肉質幼滑、外皮香脆,好味啊 ﹗迅間剝光豬,得反棚骨啦。啫啫雞煲,又係佢,一定有得供應囉。以前次次都雞頸、雞翼、雞背脊,今次有進步喇 ﹗雞胸、雞翼、雞背脊。賣相好、顏色靚,味道香濃夠惹味,聞落香噴噴仲啫啫聲飛到,但味道只留在外而不在內,雞肉無味,無點醃過喎,失敗。都唔算難食,合格既。京都骨,一字骨都啖啖肉,唔係得條骨,靚料。重口味 ﹗炸過既排骨勁香口,肉質夠彈夠趙頭,索得 OK 汁滿滿的放入口,濃厚甜酸味直達胃部,非常醒神好味。撈飯一定好鬼正,但今餐係無飯晚宴呢。木桶白菜豬骨湯細、煎封黃花魚、啫啫雞煲、京都骨,雖然無粥粉麵飯,但兩口子嘆一湯三餸都好飽喇,雖然有點小插曲食唔到想食既佳餚,不過都滿足滿足 ﹗Read More

今晚最初係計劃去翠榮食雞煲架,但我收工返到大埔等埋女友差不多七點半先到,邊度仲有位喎,要七點前先有位架 ﹗依家要等一個鐘先有得食,唯有轉場黎常相聚啦 ﹗點解得閒既朋友仔唔去翠榮攞位先呢?係要等我返黎先?木桶白菜豬骨湯大,白菜鮮甜爽嫩,完全無澀味,好好食啊 ﹗雖則侍應嬸嬸話個湯有落奶煮,但都無法證實,唔緊要,最緊要好飲。湯汁濃郁清香,豬味菜味都非常出眾,正呀 ﹗趁熱連飲四五碗停唔到口,凍左就唔好飲架喇,要快。大大舊豬桶骨有肉食又有骨髓啜,勁濃豬肉味,好食好食 ﹗依舊巨形豬桶骨有我手掌咁長呀,可以直接用手搾住黎損正呢 ﹗好有霞想,哈哈。雖然無咩肉,但黐住骨頭既肉味道特別濃郁、特別有咬口,好好味 ﹗依個大湯足夠六個人飲,雖然有兩架飛機,幸好剩低我地四個都唔係飲剩太多啫。楊州炒飯走菜,我話走菜乍喎,無話走蔥喎,少左陣香蔥味喇 ﹗今日師傅心不在弦?還是侍應嬸嬸們落錯單呀?沒有叉燒的楊州炒飯,因為常相聚一向都無叉燒供應,改用火腿味道差成條街囉。炒功了得既黃金炒飯,每粒飯都分開而被蛋漿牢牢包著,飽滿、嚥韌、乾爽、有鑊氣、有蛋香、有飯香,味道一流,好好食 ﹗如果有蔥就更香口啦,但唔好加生菜呀,太濕就唔好食 ﹗涼瓜炆鯧魚,突然女友要求食依道菜,佢同我都一樣唔食苦瓜架喎,點解要 order 呢?淨係食魚?最後咪又要我食晒苦瓜去,幸好今次苦瓜處理得非常好,甘而不苦,又爽又多汁,幾好食喎。鯧魚肉質幼滑,先煎封再炆,外皮煎得香脆,皮香肉嫩,仍保持肉汁。第一次食涼瓜炆苦瓜,比想像中好食得多,都幾滿意。西蘭花炒花枝片,估唔到劉德華既廣告橋段今日發生係我地身上 ﹗黎左碟西芹花枝片,我地不約而同話我地係要西蘭花,唔係西芹喎。幾驚侍應叔叔會夠膽答我地西芹仲好過西蘭花啦,哈哈。侍應叔叔話我地只係 order 碧綠花枝片,如果無指定時蔬的話,師傅就會隨意配搭架。最後侍應叔叔都攞返去廚房,等左十分鐘轉返西蘭花比我地,好明顯係抽出剛才既花枝片翻炒。花枝片質感完全腍劈劈、不爽、不彈、不脆、不鮮,明顯係雪蔵貨。西蘭花煮理得宜,鮮爽多汁,不會過腍,滿意。啫啫雞煲,吱吱咋咋、嘈喧巴閉咁送到 ﹗出晒煙,色香味聲音都好吸引,好有氣氛 ﹗豬潤嫩滑爽口,多汁彈牙好好味,難得煮得咁好 ﹗好多時都煮到乾硬鞋,只能吊味或做裝飾品,入唔到口呢。點解全部都係雞翼、雞頸、雞腳、雞背脊架?雞胸雞髀去晒邊呢?骨多肉少,無肉食,雖然味道非常惹味又香噴噴。發現雞件未熟透,裡面見血而且仲有點凍,只有七成熟左右。雞皮滑溜,味道都十分香口惹味,但唔熟講咩都無用啦,趕時間唔換喇,唯有只食熟既部份。已試過好幾次雞件唔夠熟架喇,可否走油多半分鐘呢?師傅您係咪失戀啊?今晚又唔係好忙,又唔係跑馬,order 五味餸有兩味都出事喎。Read More

焗炸大蝦伊麵,炸漿沾上大量粗糙麵包糠炸到硬屈屈,人造硬殼一樣。油炸味濃厚遮蓋大蝦味道,剝左殼再食好好多呢,起碼食到蝦既味道,仲微爽帶肉汁添。應該大蝦去殼去腸加蛋漿麵粉,慢火炸第一次,再用猛火炸第二次,上碟就最好食喇。水汪汪既芝士汁,味道淡如水又無香味,真係睇唔過眼呀 ﹗太過淡口,唯有自己加料啦。好采屋企有好多調味料啫,開鑊加入大量芝士粉待芝士粉完全溶化後,撒下少量意大利香草及黑椒粒兜勻,開餐喇﹗好好食啊,好味百倍 ﹗Read More

豉汁蒸鯧魚,幫襯多年都係第一次叫魚食,似乎蒸耐左少少,輕微 over cook 呢。都預左唔會係游水魚架喇,解凍需時之後再蒸,所以要等段長時間才送到。萬眾期待熱騰騰蒸鯧魚出場,請以熱烈既掌聲歡迎。魚味雖然香濃,而且有點肉汁,味道肉質還可以啦,肉質結實、魚味特濃,不過不失,都唔能夠太高要求喇。魚皮蒸得膠膠黏黏的,很喜歡。豉汁調得香濃而不濁,依點非常重要,好怕勁多豆豉,多到又苦又澀呢。不過魚肉質地有點硬實,未見鮮嫩滑溜。師傅係魚身界左幾刀先蒸,可以令魚更快蒸熟,但使到大量肉汁及水份流失呢,好采整體黎講味道真係幾好,好味。被強姦完的鯧魚小姐光禿禿咯,連骨都啜得乾乾淨淨,證明食得過。剁椒魚頭,全家都唔食辣,依碟為我而設架。難得個辣椒汁係自家調喎,青辣椒、指天椒、蒜蓉、蔥、等等,鋪係魚頭上面,但可否鋪得均勻一點呢?或是撈勻先蒸啦。不是每件魚頭都有沾上辣椒汁,唯有先係辣椒汁度打返幾個關斗、沾夠辣汁先食啦。鯇魚頭細無咩肉食,還好魚雲滑溜,魚肉鮮甜美味。加上辣椒汁十分之刺激開胃,只需小辣程度,撈飯食都唔錯。糖醋黃魚,我一向都麻麻地依個煮法,魚類酸酸甜甜怪怪的,其實同五柳魚差不多啦,先炸透後上個咕嚕汁。黃魚無開菊花變松子魚,即時扣晒分,變得平平無奇。煎封黃魚做得不俗,香口魚皮包著嫩滑雪白魚肉,仍鎖住少量肉汁,算滿意,我只係個人口味唔鍾意個汁啫。木桶白菜豬骨湯細桶,每次必 order 既例湯,招牌菜無甩拖,受歡迎情度仿如每日例湯。好香濃既豬骨豬肉味道,配上白菜清甜香味,十分甜美好飲。緊記一定要趁熱飲呢,凍左味道插水式下滑,唔好飲架喇。趁熱連飲三四碗湯,凍左味道會變差呢。飲晒湯先開飯,仲要食埋白菜先肯罷休。白菜新鮮爽甜,濃郁白菜甜味索入豬骨濃湯令味道更香更甜更多汁,乾腍中帶點爽口,不愧為招牌菜之一。豬骨大大舊,雖然無咩肉食,不過骨膠原豐富,一定要食晒去 ﹗記得食埋骨髓呀,精華所在,可以用飲管飲架,不過一定要小心唔好淥到生水泡呀。兩大舊豬骨黏著少許肉及軟骨,唔好浪費要全部吞噬 ﹗仲有骨髓汁啜架,千奇咪走雞添呀。正正正,滿分 ﹗阿姐曾經透露豬骨湯中有加牛奶一齊煲架,才而先會造出奶白色既湯汁,您估真係餚足十幾個鐘豬骨濃湯咩。我真係以為係真材實料、原汁原味長時間餚出黎既豬骨湯,不過我始終飲唔出喎。都無所謂啦,最緊要好飲,味道依然清香無比、甜美非常。沙薑雞一隻,常相聚招牌菜,還算滿意啦。沙薑醬分開上,雞味似鹽焗雞,雖然係全熟,但肉質保持嫩滑,薄薄一層雞皮,唔會太肥亦無多餘肥膏,雞肉散發淡淡咸香,都唔需要再點沙薑醬啦,質數唔錯,咸咸地送飯非常開胃。蠔皇鮑魚菇炆鵝掌,鮑魚菇真係非常似鮑片味呢,食落好爽口而且散發濃郁菇味,好好食 ﹗鵝掌炆得皮光肉滑,啜啜啜就立即骨肉分離,蠔汁已浸全滲透我掌皮膚之中,每一啖都充滿水份及蠔油味道,好好味啊 ﹗女友唔鍾意損腳指,非常好唔洗掙,無限骨膠原益晒我,正 ﹗生菜鮮甜爽口,依碟清得黎又健康好味,抵食。啫啫雞煲,食晒碟蠔皇鮑魚菇炆鵝掌都未黎,好明濕漏左單啦,催一催唔夠五分鐘即上,仲要出晒煙、滾熱辣炸炸聲添,但食落有兩舊雞唔夠熟呢。快還快,都要夠熟先得架麻。從未試過咁多豬潤架,有五六片咁多,誇張左少少,好采女友同我都愛吃豬潤啫,幾片豬潤小兒科。爆得夠晒嫩滑爽口、不乾不硬,好味道 ﹗係略厭厚左少少。消失的雞髀,整煲雞件只係雞胸、雞翼、雞背脊,雞髀一舊都無,以前都唔係咁架喎 ﹗味道就一流喇,但係用料差左少少。炸大腸,細妹好喜歡依味餸,因為有菠蘿。阿媽都好喜歡,因為有大腸。用菠蘿底喎,真係幾特別。我地討論到底菠蘿係罐頭定新鮮呢?但最後都無答案,又唔記得問侍應姐姐添。大腸炸得透徹脆卜卜,但只得得塊腸皮,硬係欠缺左少少野囉,點上甜酸汁不過不失。其實有埋絨毛先好食架麻,好似街邊小食店做法囉,外脆內嫩麻,雖然要冒住洗唔乾淨既風險。芝士牛肉粒,我對依道菜麻麻地,仲要勁多芽菜墊底,我唔食芽菜架呢 ﹗屋企人話鍾意依味餸喎,而且我又唔食芽菜呢、洋蔥,好采阿爸咩都會食啫。初時暖暖地個味道都還可以,但越凍就越咸囉。牛肉粒已經醃得太咸,再加上咸芝士,就更咸咸咸,可能送飯會好一點,但芝士撈飯怪怪的,又唔係 risotto 呀。椒絲腐乳生菜,近幾日經常掛住依味餸,真奇怪。今晚無論如何都要食到,一解單思之苦。味道不俗,生菜鮮爽甜美,只不過椒絲腐魚汁太水呢,掛不到係生菜上面啊 ﹗唯有每次都要大大束咁食,希望腐乳味可以更濃啦。蝦醬鮮魷炒通菜,除左糖醋汁配魚我唔喜歡外,蝦醬都係我唔喜歡既醬料,厭佢太咸太嗆太霸道囉,但我依一刻突然好想食喎,order 試一試啦。鮮魷爆得好香啊,仲非常富彈性,唔會腍劈劈,好好食 ﹗再加上蝦醬既香味,就更加香口添。水通爽甜多汁,炒得十分有鑊氣。大大束跟鮮魷齊齊食,有蔬菜既清爽加上海鮮既味道、蝦醬既香氣,好好味啊 ﹗Read More

因過兩日就要出外公幹,所以團年飯提早今晚食,不幸地間間酒樓都爆滿,最後只好黎相聚小廚用餐啦,但係依餐真係超低水平,麻麻地,啲出品一次比一次差,如果撞啱客多的話,就更慘不忍睹,唉 ~沙薑雞腳,好味有咬口,炆得夠膠口,損腳指做前菜唔錯唔錯。炸白鱔球,真係越黎越差,以前薄薄一層蛋漿炸粉,炸到靚靚金黃色,外層非常鬆化,裡面肉質彈牙味鮮。依家炸粉勁厚,顏色核突又炸到硬屈屈,咬落成口粉,食唔到白鱔既味道。中式牛柳,肉質又硬又乾又韌呢,要手口並用先扯得開呀。味道可以啦,個汁酸酸甜甜都幾好。鐵板生啫薑蔥魚鰾,要趁熱食,凍左會好油。薑蔥加埋豬潤炒得勁香,魚鰾膠口又鮮爽,正呀。鮑片鵝掌扒生菜煲,唔夠熱既,微暖唔得咁架喎,唔熱邊好食架。生菜新鮮爽口多汁,平價鮑片預左唔會點好食架喇,鵝掌免強接受,炆得唔夠腍。啫啫雞煲,雖則依家咩都貴咩都加價啫,但都要保持質數麻。整煲得約十件雞件,仲要係雞背、雞全翼斬件,無肉食,雞胸雞髀一舊都無。味道係就係好香好惹味喇,加埋豬潤另香味更濃,但成煲都係雞頭雞尾唔得囉。Read More

突然阿媽又話出街食飯,唔想煮,我當然立即讚好啦 ~ 依家阿媽都無心機煮飯比人食,次次都去燒臘舖買碟送,再求其蒸條魚或炒碟菜,咁都搞兩個鐘先有得食,仲要煮得勁難食,以前煮咩都好好味,依家越煮越差,煮少少野個廚房好似災後費墟咁 ~ 佢煮比啲貓貓狗狗食既仲有心機過煮比人食,仲要係買新鮮野煮添 ~ 唉,因此我寧願出街食好過,或者自己煮即食麵算 ~今日星期日,都預左超多人,但估唔到只係七點過啲已經爆晒場,要等十幾分鐘先有位。見咁旺已知不妙,每次一多人就出事架喇,唔係錯單就食垃圾,今次兩樣都齊。什菇黄金豆腐,好似放左好耐先攞黎咁,唔夠熱,只暖無鑊氣,啲芡杰達撻。依味係用玉子豆腐黎做,炸過既表面勁香蛋味,裡面就勁嫰滑。什菇一般啦。其實可以煮得更好,點解唔比多少少心機煮好啲呀,依味本身真係唔錯架喎。粟米斑塊,由坐低追到食飽都未黎,一路追一路講左十幾廿十次係要芝士焗班塊呀,咁都要錯,唉 ﹗客多少少啫,定啲黎,唔洗亂成咁麻。好普通既一碟粟米斑塊,口感鬆軟嫰滑,可以啦,味道一般。枝竹羊腩煲配西生菜,每次客多既時候質數都插水式下滑,配料又少,兩三粒馬蹄、兩三粒竹筍、好辛苦先發現一片仔冬菇,羊腩得幾舊,骨多肉硬唔夠腍。味道保持水準,湯底香濃好味。西生菜依然好新鮮爽口,灼一灼、索晒啲羊腩精華,再點啲腐乳醬,好好味。Read More

我同屋企人好喜歡去呢間小菜館食飯的,雖然係鋪子細細,但整既小菜都不錯的。其中有幾樣特色食物如什菌黃金豆腐、桶骨大白菜湯、大良炒鮮奶。琴晚我地七點幾黎到已經好多人,好在都有張細檯可以即時坐,不過以四人來說就逼左少少了。環境都係一般小菜館格局,空間細細,多人既時候會好嘈吵。勝在有部大電視可以比人電視送飯,不用錯過睇某些節目。一入座每檯都會有一碟酸蘿蔔既前菜,有白同紅蘿蔔兩款,咬下去爽口,酸蘿蔔十分入味,酸酸的很開胃。今次我地叫左桶骨大白菜湯、羊腩煲、賽螃蟹同蠔仔前蛋角。1) 桶骨大白菜湯每次黎都會叫,有大煲同細煲,四五個人飲細煲已經十分足夠。湯是白白的,飲落味道有豬骨香味亦有少許牛奶味,整個感覺很特別,與平時既豬骨湯好唔同。雖然係豬骨湯,但飲落一喲都唔肥膩。除左有湯飲,亦有大白菜同豬骨可以食。白菜吸收左湯既味道,更加鮮甜好食。豬骨就好似平時食豬骨煲既樣,肉不多但有骨髓可以啜黎食。2) 羊腩煲大部份檯都有點,味道同普通酒家的差不多。三個人食每人都可以有四舊食,份量都合理。不過枝竹既分量就好似太多,變左好似枝竹先係主角。羊肉油香十足而且沒有太勁既蘇味,不過在我個人而言,食羊多喲蘇味先夠好味。利用附送既生菜浸入湯汁,吸收哂湯既精華,正啊,不過當然就較為唔健康。3)賽螃蟹另一款每次都會食既菜式,蛋白炒得香滑而不會很散。撈埋生蛋一齊食就更加美味,仲可以配埋醋,不過個人認為不點醋已經好好味。賽螃蟹除左有少少蟹肉絲外亦有些帶子粒。口感更加豐富。4)蠔仔煎蛋角蠔仔既數量合適,蠔仔冇太重腥味同沙,不過整體煎蛋角感覺好濕好油,冇左平時食果種干身同香脆既感覺。所以覺得不太好食。總括而言味道不過不失,不過都是招牌菜較為出色,其他就比較普通。呢度既服務唔錯,同客人有講有笑同親切。不過人多既時候手腳較為不足。但價錢就算是便宜,大部分小菜都只係四十至五十多元,不失為一個平價之選。共$224Read More
