响呢條街來回行咗一陣, 等某人決定食邊間? 估唔到竟然走入一間烤魚專門店, 我心諗, 我應該冇嘢啱食, 因為佢門口貼着的相片, 全部都係紅色, 我少少辣都唔食得, 更何況睇個樣都知勁辣的, 但冇辦法之下都要一齊入去...............當時已經兩點多, 應該係下午茶時段, 但呢度係冇分午餐定下午茶, 因只有1個menu, 好彩入面都有d唔辣的選擇, 但只係得泡飯同米線, 無論選擇邊樣, 都係魚湯底的, 因為呢間係"魚"專門店~呢度d裝修應該都係"巴蜀"色彩, 全部枱櫈都係木, 簡簡單單, 冇乜花考, 但比較迫, 櫈背貼櫈背, 肥d都坐唔到~等咗大約10分鐘以內, 就見到我果碗蕃茄肉碎湯米線上枱, 個碗超大, 當然實際份量冇咁大啦~ 但如果食米線連湯一齊KO, 肯定飽死~ 我開頭都係先試啖湯, 因為佢聲稱不加味精, 用魚煲出來的, 飲落有魚味, 最重要係唔腥~ 當然, 再加埋蕃茄, 令個湯底更加甜, 不過d肉碎就好肥, 所以都係冇乜點食, 變相食蕃茄湯米線~不過中國食物, 點都唔信佢冇加"師傳", 因為我老公食出有加, 即刻令我對佢印象大減, 開頭仲以為佢真係用好多魚去煲個湯底, 所以咁甜添~ 呢個純粹個人感覺, 或者人地真係真材實料~…Read More

I admit I am not terribly fond of grass carp, for I always find it a hassle to pick the meat out from the numerous bones. For this reason I am a fan of another Szechuan dish, the water boiled fish, which uses silky smooth and easy filet-able Basa fish as its main ingredient. However, the grass crap was not bad, as its strong fishiness prevented its flavor from becoming masked by the strength of flavors in the condiments. The fish was fried on the side so the skin was charred and crunchy, a very nice touch! Also, this dish came with two bowls of rice which we happily used to soak up the sauces and onions with. 
I suggest allowing diners a choice of fish, for people like me who have preferences for certain textures. A noteworthy place is 汀汀烤活魚 in Mong Kok, which allows choice of fish and it has worked wonderfully for me.The half fish wasnt that large, so we ordered some sides as well:The Pork Lungs in Chilli Sauce (夫妻肺片) $40 turned out to be even more flavorful than the fish. The combination of parsley, garlic onion and chilli proved to be very addicting -nothing was left. 
The Steamed Chicken in Chilli Sauce (口水雞) $50 was not spicy, contrary to usual ones. Was more like chinese peanut sauce chicken. Good but i would have preferred the original, spicy version.Finally, the big bowl of Fish Soup $15 was a pleasant surprise, in both size and flavors. The portions it came in amounted to 6 small bowls, and the soup was robust but not oily. Again, everything was finished, not a single drop remained.
