最近政府終於宣布放寬限聚令,星期尾可以四人同枱吃飯了!趁著放寬前兩天,我跟朋友來到了這雞煲串燒店,以避過放寬後打邊爐的人潮!位於尖沙咀金巴利道的地舖,啲名非常長,簡單敘述了店家主打賣的東西位於地牢的店很大,我們點了些串燒菜跟花膠雞煲一個,營養非常均衡食物:燒茄子$40非常大條而且很夠闊,蒜蓉跟蒽的份量很多,把稔軟的茄子調得超有味,吸味的茄子味道頓時提升不了!蒜芯$15見到中間的孔就知道是串燒燒完,脫籤上碟,味道濃郁無渣,很出色!秋葵$15好吃!外皮爽脆,裡面的黏液很養胃,吃辣之前護一護胃很不錯川味雲耳$30還以為很細碟原來大大一碟!又有手拍青瓜也有雲耳,少少的醋酸,正!招牌川味花膠雞煲$198(小辣)這個價錢有半隻雞也有花膠,實在很抵!花膠沒有剪開,只是魚肚的樣貌,但口感煙韌也是不錯半隻雞浸在紅紅的辣油當中,非常惹味!份量有夠多,辣味也不會欺場, 不過愛辣的我覺得不太夠辣, 問店員拿了一瓶辣椒粉,那真的很不錯!性價比滿高的,值得推介

花膠沒有剪開,只是魚肚的樣貌,但口感煙韌也是不錯

半隻雞浸在紅紅的辣油當中,非常惹味!份量有夠多,辣味也不會欺場, 不過愛辣的我覺得不太夠辣, 問店員拿了一瓶辣椒粉,那真的很不錯!

最近晚餐都係外賣為主,今次食左呢間新餐廳~首先叫左串燒;燒蒜心$18 燒娃娃菜$15 燒五花腩$28 燒韮菜$15 燒特色孜然羊肉$26可以揀辣,要左bb辣~調味料好夠,好惹味,燒得香口,返到屋企食一樣咁正,下次可以挑戰小辣!招牌川味鮑魚雞煲$18本來諗住返到屋企再用煲煲住食,打開發現仲好熱,所以就就咁食了~鮮鮑魚有兩隻,仲有半隻雞,雞腿嫩滑無雪味,仲有通菜同娃娃菜,吸晒湯底好正!即時煮左左個烏冬加落去食,如果餐廳有得加粉麵類配雞煲就好,懶得就懶。總之今次外賣串燒雞煲嘅體驗非常好,大家放心叫啦~

本來諗住返到屋企再用煲煲住食,打開發現仲好熱,所以就就咁食了~鮮鮑魚有兩隻,仲有半隻雞,雞腿嫩滑無雪味,仲有通菜同娃娃菜,吸晒湯底好正!即時煮左左個烏冬加落去食,如果餐廳有得加粉麵類配雞煲就好,懶得就懶。

這天想了很久,我也決定前往尖沙咀吃飯,全因為這天我真的等了很久,就是晚市重新開放,雖然尖沙咀和我的家現在有一點點的距離,但地理上還算方便,全因為有港鐵的支援,餐廳距離地鐵站,路程只需要8分鐘左右,地理上十分容易找到。本來我打算吃辣蟹,但一個人吃,好像有點heavy,所以我安排了自己吃一頓藥膳雞煲,沒想到味道還不錯,最重要真材實料,半隻雞份量一個人絕對足夠,再配合白飯,更有另一種味道。 另外,餐廳也令我十分安心,全因為防疫功夫做得絕對足夠, 酒精搓手液,量度體溫,每位店員更佩戴口罩。
