呢間大師傅粥品真係好抵食又好食,終於喺北角都有得食啦!必食佢嘅生滾粥全部都係$35起,而且加餸都係$4起抵食到不得了!大推《 黃沙豬潤粥 $35 》加《魚腩 +$9》啲豬膶大塊份量又多,口感如细沙一般,既粉又嫩,又不失爽口感。魚腩肉厚身嫩滑。粥底仲好綿添!另外一碗都係《 黃沙豬潤粥 $35 》- 生菜絲 +$4- 半隻鹹蛋 +$4- 粉腸 +$5- 魚腩 +$9- 走蔥 個粥底好麵加咗生菜仲甜啲;有鹹蛋就可以提吓味;粉腸爽完全唔韌,魚腩真係好滑,下次可以試吓魚腩生滾粥!《 蒸蘿白糕 $16 》 呢度啲蒸蘿蔔糕真係真材實料可以見到粗身一條條嘅蘿蔔肉,入口唔會好有粉,而係好多汁清甜嘅蘿蔔味,加啲豉油已經好正!《 蝦米炸兩腸 $20 》*必食*呢一個蝦米炸兩啲皮十分薄!個炸兩又好香脆加埋櫻花蝦賣相夠靚,仲要只係$20,真係唔食對唔住自己!仲有$10一大支豆漿!服務員態度好好屯門,埋單時都有笑容。完全係可以一直再食! continue reading

近日香港氣溫急降, 訓醒最好就係食碗粥暖下胃。同媽咪去咗「大師傅粥品」, 呢間絕對係我地全家粥品飯堂之一, 價錢唔貴又足料。店內光鮮企理乾淨, 堂食不設加一。多款粥品選擇, 另有少量小食、腸粉類、油物等...【艇仔粥】HK$26 ( +HK$4 追加豬紅)艇仔粥材料豐富, 包括有瘦肉絲、爽口魷魚、豬皮、牛肉碎, 粥底綿密熱辣辣, 啖啖粥都食到配料, 夠哂層次, 而追加嘅豬紅, 口感彈滑。【狀元及第粥】HK$39及第粥非常豐富足料! 即叫即煮, 熱辣辣錦密粥底中有大大件厚切新鮮豬潤、豬心、爽滑豬肚同埋豬粉腸, 因為粥底中仲加咗些少薑絲, 令豬內臟都唔會有腥臭異味, 整體滿足又飽肚。【豬紅粥】HK$23錦密粥底中加入唔少彈滑豬紅, 沒有一點異味。【牛脷酥】HK$10牛脷酥口感軟熟, 中間糖霜甜甜地, 就咁食/送粥更飽肚。【煎堆】HK$10同樣遇上新鮮出爐煎堆, 圓碌碌煎堆表面平均佈滿芝麻, 一咬外層香脆兼極為香口, 內為煙韌甜甜地。【蝦米腸】HK$17蝦米腸柔軟滑嫩, 夾集蝦米、蔥粒食, 增添一點香口。【蝦米炸兩腸粉】HK$20剛好遇上即炸油炸鬼, 軟滑腸粉皮包裹著脆口油炸鬼, 面層加咗少少蝦米同埋蔥粒, 食落香口之餘, 令賣相更吸引。自行加上豉油、芝麻醬、甜醬、芝麻, 味道更提升。  continue reading

大師傅粥品的皮蛋瘦肉粥 皮蛋瘦肉粥是我很喜歡吃的早餐, 其實除了早餐, 午餐或晚餐時間我都不時買這款粥。最喜歡它的味道輕盈又滋味, 不是淡茂茂的, 所以即使不是生病, 我也不時買粥吃。這裡的粥的質感很好, 呈粘稠狀, 不會過水或過稠, 質感是剛剛好的, 放久了也不會化水。然後再配上皮蛋粒和瘦肉, 很搭配, 只用了少許鹽同蔥提味, 便已經很好吃了, 好吃就是很簡單, 不用很複雜的東西。皮蛋獨特風味跟豬肉的鮮味相輔相成。皮蛋化入粥中, 吃起來很順口, 而且粥保溫功夫做得很好, 吃起來整個人暖笠笠, 質感又滑順, 冬天時吃特別滋味和暖心。可以考慮加點胡椒粉或者炸乾蔥提香, 但也是後話, 現在這個版本都已經很優秀。 continue reading

今早早餐想食粥食腸粉,就嚟到呢間新開有幾個月既大師傅粥品。一開舖冇幾耐就到店,已有幾枱街坊食緊早餐,揾個卡位坐低,店員好友善問我食乜野,幫我落單咁話,我話我手機點餐。點了碗艇仔粥一碟牛肉腸,不一會就上餐,艇仔粥味道偏淡,應該冇加味精的,碗粥好足料,成大半碗都係碎牛,加上豬皮同魷魚花生,牛肉腸就正正常常,好啱口味。性價比高,整體滿意。口味:🥚🥚🥚环境:🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚服务:🥚🥚🥚🥚性价比:🥚🥚🥚🥚 continue reading

餐廳位於北角,距離地鐵站路程大約五至10分鐘左右,其實還算方便快捷,這間餐廳主打的傳統的中式食物,當然最重要的就是粥粉麵飯,我把他們叫成中國的四大發明。這天我點選了粥、糭和腸粉。手打肉丸粥,絕對是性價比極高之作,全因為手工製作,已經是別具意義,能感受到廚師的手藝。肉丸爽口彈牙肉味甚濃。加上粥底,軟軟綿綿的口感,成了強烈的對比。鹹肉糭方面,肥瘦適中的鹹豬肉,配搭綠豆糯米,就是中國人發現美食的強大之處,感受美食真的不需要看節日和季節。 continue reading
