成業工業大廈有唔少食肆,今次1樓又有新舖,原址係我好喜歡嘅東南亞菜,見新餐廳開咗即刻去試試。睇餐牌唔係好知係咩cuisine,佢個電子餐牌都寫住“fusion",有十幾道午餐主菜。留意到店面寫住兩間餐廳嘅名,不過後者串燒可能dinner先有,午餐未必有串燒。同埋個電子menu有啲混亂,有啲選項揀得唔方便;而且menu繁簡體中文同英文都見到,但有啲位可能寫錯字(譬如小食係"Dessert"),建議花多啲時間改善下個menu。日式洋葱豚肉滑蛋丼飯 ($48) ★★✰✰✰首先呢個豚肉丼飯賣相同喺電子menu見到嘅相好唔同,佢唔係一隻蛋而係將滑蛋融入咗個芡;雖然滑蛋應當如此,但個芡太稀而且太多水(如下圖),基本上淹沒咗成碗飯,導致食嘅時候直程有啲似湯飯咁。而且因為汁太多所以食到後期覺得有啲鹹。豚肉係啲有骨嘅五花腩,肉質都有啲韌。雖然$50 一個lunch連一杯嘢飲,真係唔應該期待太多,仲要飯嘅份量唔少,但今次食呢碗飯確實質素欠佳。嗰日光顧見到唔少食客都似係認識老闆兩夫婦,可能其他菜式/晚市食物質素會比較可以接受,但今次對我嚟講實在唔係好體驗。
