油塘的潮州粉麵, 這家應該是最好的了, 相比起銀龍和樂園的罐頭味道, 這裏無論是牛腩和牛雜都更有心機, 特別是牛雜的清理和滷水的入味, 是用心小店才能有的水準. 它的腸類更是值得表揚, 牛腸的脂層滑溜, 鵝腸的爽彈直身, 最重要是沒有任何污跡在內, 當然脂味羶香不是任何人受得了, 但這就是食內臟的靈魂, 反正這裏的味道也不太濃烈就是.淨札肉也有驚喜, 內裡是完整的胡椒粒, 更有口感之餘也有醒神的辛辣, 當然不是川式那種油膩得要死的風格. 魚骨湯底味道清淡, 但上面舖滿炸豬油粒, 其香脆羶香令我想起油渣麵, 食材不名貴, 但要炸好豬油粒, 而令其不會有油膱味並不容易, 這隱藏的誠意, 我收下了.Kwan Kee is a hidden gem for the traditional beef organs and beef brisket noodles in Yau Tong. The beef organs are full of aroma from brine and doesn’t have any bad or foul taste. They are clean and well prepared. 昨晚放工想和朋友簡單食餐飯,在OpenRice search 到這間粉麵,見到有5個哈哈笑無喊,只有一篇食評表示環境污糟,心諗自己的接受程度都高,諗住都可以一試,點知一試就中大伏。見到有食評話牛腩OK,叫左個牛腩墨丸撈粗,拎起筷子準備食的時候,有隻老鼠係我左腳高速經過,嚇到我即時彈起。同侍應姐姐講,佢都好好比我換左張枱,果刻覺得都唔完全關間野事,始終成間商場環境都一般,有老鼠都唔係完全佢的責任,換左張空曠D的枱,起碼再有老鼠都走得切,Settle down左就諗住繼續食。第一啖牛腩,硬落去係臭的,唔識形容果種味道,懷疑緊係咪處理得唔好的騷味,再試多啖,真係臭的、噏的,形容唔到,感覺係唔新鮮的味道,個口當時已充斥住果浸味,第一下反胃,飲左啖自攜的津路後,決定放棄牛腩。食啖麵先!粗麵份量很多,蠔油撈,算是正常,但夾集著少許腩汁,所以仍有少許臭味,但仍可接受。同碟的墨魚丸算是正常。另外碟中有許多豬紅,侍應姐姐話無菜,所以以豬紅代替,潮式打冷做法,味道正常。朋友叫了魚蛋雲吞河,係真大伏!一送上枱望到灰色的雲吞,已深感不妙,咬左一啖,不知道什麼的豬肉?夾著著蝦蓉?咬左一啖就放棄了!再試魚蛋!呢個真係大伏之大伏!即時令我反胃想嘔落碗麵到!那股味道現在回想起仍想嘔多一次!那是很明顯雪藏魚蛋時雪藏不好、雪櫃不夠凍,頻臨變壞的噏味!雖然未有變酸,但明顯有問題的味道!食完粒魚蛋,徹底地投降!執野走人!最後不得不提,轉枱後,一邊食,一邊聞到木枱傳來的臭味,係令人反胃的主因,那種臭味就似用了很久沒有洗的木砧板那般!很久沒有寫食評,但真心害怕會有人再中伏,所以都要如實的把情況反映出來,不知道上幾篇的食評是如何得到這評價,但這篇是本人親身經歷,沒有半點虛言!地球資源很保貴,這樣處理食物簡直浪費地球資源!另外,大家都努力工作,咁辛苦放工想食餐飯,食到呢碗麵真係令人唏噓!一直很支持小店、傳統美食,見到店舖內工作的公公婆婆也體諒他們,但如果食物質素如此,真的支持不了! continue reading

坤記麵家牛腩🐂一向唔錯,今日order左牛腩撈粗😋😋因為有時牛腩🐂會肥😅,所以落order時同職員講要瘦腩。牛腩好惹味喔,肉質嫩滑,夠淋,唔會韌,仲附有爽口生菜添😄牛腩撈粗😁粗麵彈牙,撈蠔油食,好惹味呀😋牛腩撈粗會送一碗紫菜湯,但我就覺得淡左d,味道麻麻喇。 continue reading

晚上行過路過想食啲簡單嘅,見到個招牌簡單清爽,唔係花呢花綠嗰啲,估計老闆都係老實人,呢啲人處理嘅麵檔,一般都係實而不華,啱我口味。環境充滿80年代巷仔風味,同門面風格統一。我呢啲基層出身嘅人,有返到舊時嗰度嘅感覺。重點係食物,嚟啦。見到居然有豬紅食,老闆剛好經過,搭嘴強調話我哋啲豬紅無跟韭菜。我心諗,你咁大膽唔跟潮流,一定好有實力,就叫一碗,加多碗浄雲吞。豬紅嚟到一大碗,嚇死我。酒樓食嗰啲,剩係得面嗰浸係豬紅,下面全部係菜,佢今次全部都係豬紅呀。味道沒有想像中咁好,但係都贏過好多街市豆腐檔嘅貨。碗淨雲吞有七大粒,唔知係唔係因為老闆見我咁鍾意食豬紅,好識貨,送多十粒咋豬油炸俾我。呢啲炸豬油太邪惡,但係真係好好味,俾我食晒 🤪晚上行過路過想食啲簡單嘅,見到個招牌簡單清爽,唔係花呢花綠嗰啲,估計老闆都係老實人,呢啲人處理嘅麵檔,一般都係實而不華,啱我口味。碗淨雲吞有七大粒,唔知係唔係因為老闆見我咁鍾意食豬紅,好識貨,送多七、八粒咋豬油炸俾我。呢啲炸豬油太邪惡,但係真係好好味,俾我食晒 🤪 continue reading
