店內有位較年輕的女店員,樣貌端好,但人品很差,基本上她由起初在四國上班,已經是非常沒有禮貌,以今天為例,我叫咗個壽司餐,但係食物嚟到嘅時候,不是冷烏冬,而是熱烏冬,她便說我沒有指明是冷烏冬,我就正努力回想,我是不是沒有叫呢?佢就開始態度惡劣起來,不斷細聲挑釁,其實如果我係冇叫嘅,咪我問題,我又唔會為難妳,亦沒有為難妳,她又何必先發制人,態度咁差,又何必不斷挑釁我呢?到我叫我老公叫他攞杯冰水嚟,佢又要扮睇唔到,咪要我大聲叫唔該囉!之後佢每次過嚟,態度都非常差,我臨離開店舖前,我把紙巾清理好,放在碗內,待她一併收拾,她就非常之無禮貌,掉開我張紙巾散到枱上,算吧啦!食物性價比高又如何吖!食到背脊骨落,唔消化,又影響心情,真心覺得身體唔好嘅,真係唔好去呀!佐敦仲有好多好嘢食嘅地方,食其他好過! continue reading

今日朋友生日,早一個星期訂定枱,我哋行完街,準時6點去到,唔使等位,安排左張4人枱,2個人坐得舒舒服服店內裝修簡簡單單,但又不失和式的感覺!!唔好講咁多,好肚餓,要快啲叫野食!其實係我地入門口之前已經比呢個餐牌的壽司定食晚餐吸引左,一於叫嚟試吓🤤🤤🤤呢碟係定食晚餐的鵝肝卷入面配蟹子牛油果沙律醬無行輸,唔會覺油膩,反而覺得好清新定食壽司晚餐有8件壽司,件件都大大件,上面的魚生又新鮮又肥美,正定食入面仲有個叉燒烏冬,烏冬彈牙無酸味,叉燒又夠淋,入口都唔使點咬,而個湯成好清甜,飲完一啖追一啖!章紅魚簿切,師傅刀工好勁,塊塊都切到咁簿,仲可以透到碟底,但唔好以為咁簿入口會無野𡁻,咁就錯啦,塊魚肉入口滑滑地,咬落爽爽脆脆,再配埋個醬汁,簡直一流!牡丹蝦兩食——刺身,鮮甜多内個牡丹蝦的蝦頭用嚟煮麵豉湯,真係好飲到無朋友黑松路鵝肝壽司——塊鵝肝有半隻手掌咁大,而且個壽司飯唔係普通的壽司飯,係撈過黑松路,真係好好味,下次嚟一定要再叫!帶子鵝肝卷,十分足料,而且唔會太大件,剛好一口一啖,正到爆!最後,當然唔小得串燒啦,我地叫左3款,分別係(左起)免治雞肉串、凡立貝串、雞翼串!免治雞肉咬落多汁又有啲軟骨,回味無窮今日呢餐真係非常滿足!! continue reading

今晚約左幾位朋友到佐敦”四國”吹水聚舊,好彩我哋預先book 左位,因為7點左右差不多滿座1. 燒河豚乾($52),上枱時有陣陣香烤氣味,因河豚乾烤過變軟,入口易咬,送酒一流之作2. 吉列蝦青瓜小卷($62),吉列蝦入口香脆及熱,外皮脆漿唔厚,入口唔油膩。3. 黑松露鵝肝帶子沙律卷($),帶子肉夠厚,中間加上鵝肝,配上黑松露獨有香味,幾樣食材配合得非常好4. 火炙三文魚及帶子壽司(三文魚$40/2件、帶子$38/2件),三文魚夠肚美,經火炙後入口好香魚油新味,入口即溶的感覺,正!帶子肉厚,入口十分鮮甜5. 章紅魚薄切魚生($128),魚生由日本空運到港,師夫刀功了得,魚生薄切可見到碟上花紋,魚生十分鮮甜,又一推介之食物6. 牡丹蝦刺身(兩食) ($90/2隻)。牡丹蝦刺身大件夾新鮮,而蝦頭仲可以選擇做埋麵豉湯,確係好嘢7. 鹽燒開邊雞中翼($55/2串),所有串雞即叫即燒,入口熱辣辣,外皮燒得香脆,真正外脆內熱。8. 汁燒帆立貝($65/2串),帆立貝好大嘢,男士差D 一口都放唔晒入口9. 串燒牛舌($65/2串),同樣燒得外脆,內裡保持juicy,用來送酒確係一流10. 生蠔北寄燒($50/隻),其實只要食材夠新鮮,加上廚師用心去煮,一件美味嘅生蠔北寄燒就可以熱辣辣咁放入口裡11. 鵝肝炒飯($112),炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,鵝肝香味十足,真正色香味俱全整體來講,各種食物都令人十分滿意,特別是魚生同壽司,十分新鮮美味。食物質素高,而價錢亦十分親民,值得一試再試 continue reading
