今日喺荃灣行街,見到新開嘅喜棧,裝修幾有特色,係時尚版嘅客棧 feel ,座位空間好闊落,望吓門口個餐牌有咩食,經理即刻熱切介紹咗個雙人鼎上赤龍蝦仔餐比我哋,話好抵食,同朋友決定試吓。先上兩盅無味精九鼎湯,由九種材料熬製而成,有木瓜、佛手瓜、雪耳、蜜棗、南北杏、果皮、老薑、豬踭同唐排,熱辣辣入口,味道又清又甜,足料足味,好好飲。喜棧瑤柱浸雞,雞肉好嫩滑,又有瑤柱提鮮,點埋薑蓉,仲更加正。椒鹽赤龍蝦仔,遠遠已經聞到香氣,食入口真係好香好惹味,而D蝦肉都好有鮮味。梅菜蒸時蔬,連蒸籠上枱,賣相吸引,面頭好多梅菜,甜甜哋,好啱送飯,而菜心蒸完都仲好青綠爽嫩,吸埋梅菜味,感覺零舍清甜。另外,我哋加多咗個小菜,滑蛋牛肉,D蛋火候啱啱好,入口好滑溜,而D牛肉都好香好軟淋。食飽再叫埋杯熱柚子蜜,味道清新又幫助消化。喜棧標榜食物唔加味精,餸菜味道都幾清,唔會太油膩,感覺都幾住家feel,想食住家飯,又唔想自己煮,喜棧應該係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More
