神級難食炸脾

怕熱氣，所以喺生炸雞脾同油脾之間爭扎，不過呢間既然話炸雞脾咁出名，所以就揀咗炸脾，點知完全中哂伏。首先隻雞脾應該唔係即時生炸，我估一早炸定一堆，有單時就翻炸又翻炸，所以雞皮柴到一個點，雞肉就唔算好鞋，但層皮就連唔係阿婆都咬唔到。其次係我揀咗沙律，但d罐頭生果完全冇解凍就上碟，幅相一片片好似刨冰咁嘅真係冰再加上沙律醬，哇叫沙律有埋刨冰食明益我啦。講到咁神原來堅係神級難食，唔知油脾會唔會好d喇，因為都唔會再食。 continue reading
