這裡是服務還算不算,可以食物質素就有很大的進步空間了。一、一份10吋pizza左右大的蠔餅,128元,炸得很香,但只有十粒八粒蠔仔,感覺像是吃炸麵粉,實在太不可思議。二、豉椒炒蟶子,98元,蟶子份量適中,可是肉質很結實,絲毫沒有鮮味,而且炒得太咸。一份又咸又不鮮的蟶子,難免令人認為死去多時或急凍食材。服務員的態勢還算不錯,而且會主動幫忙,這點值得一提。不過,我們還是不會再光顧了,因為雖然不是很貴,但性價比低。 continue reading

朋友lunch成日黎呢度食小菜,介紹我去,父親就快生日決定book枱,同餐廳要求幾個自訂菜式(係父親喜歡的),餐廳話奉陪😆其餘嘅去到再揀,選擇都多。位置有D吊腳,不過最緊要食物質素。我哋book左6:30pm,去到見到訂枱都多,環境尚算企理,燈光柔和舒服。茄汁老虎蝦老虎蝦有椒鹽/黃金/豉油皇/茄汁…唔同食法,父親揀茄汁。一上枱好香,好大隻,有埋擺盤🤩一試極惹味😋蝦肉厚身彈牙,蝦頭蝦膏吸收埋醬汁,好正!聽朋友講食過佢哋黃金老虎蝦都唔錯,下次可試吓。清蒸老鼠斑(預訂)本身條魚肉質夠靚,鮮、嫩、滑…蒸得啱啱好,加埋佢個秘製嘅蒸魚豉油,好味到爆😍😍滿足晒腌尖嘅父親🤭冬瓜盅(預訂)好有驚喜,係高身大冬瓜,估唔到份量勁大🤩有瑤柱、金華火腿、帶子、鮑魚、蝦肉、蟹肉等…勁足料,湯底好清甜,冬瓜入晒味,底層又夠淋👍父親仲食家上身咁話:呢啲冬瓜盅已買少見少,工序多,要燉幾個鐘…即刻飲多碗先😋😋椒鹽鮮魷魷魚新鮮,外面一層薄薄脆衣,好香口,配埋喼汁,正!膽固醇暫時擺埋一邊。咕嚕肉我哋叫左(走冰),夠脆口,酸甜度適中,幾開胃,略嫌大嚿左D。豉椒炒蟶子(預訂)好大條,新鮮,爽滑彈牙,調味調得好好,豉汁味夠,又唔會過咸👍炸子雞皮脆肉嫩,小炒王夠鑊氣,麻婆豆腐同埋上湯時蔬同樣好味。估唔到外表平平無奇嘅小店,暗藏驚喜,無論大菜小菜,烹調功夫出色,店員都好有人情味、態度友善,成餐飯食得好開心。11人,食豪D都係人均300幾(冇加一)好抵食,全家都好滿意! continue reading

呢間舖前身喺間西餐廳,早幾個月前轉手做咗茶記小廚,襯完咗聚會就同老婆、一位朋友嚟到食餐晏晝。其實喺附近都有好幾間茶記,已經算喺好大競爭,佢個位仲要偏埋一邊,相信有啲法寶先能夠做得住。由於餐廳喺接上手繼續做,所以,內裡嘅環境無變,依舊喺西餐廳嘅格局。無論絨櫈定藤椅,都算舒服好坐,不過,燈光有啲暗,但我哋揀咗窗口位,所以,影響唔大。 午市時段,可揀嘅有常餐、碟頭嘢、炒粉飯麵、泡飯、焗飯……等等,都喺茶記慣常見到嘅選擇。雖然呢度嘅招牌喺海南雞飯,不過,老友話食過覺得麻麻哋,所以,我就試咗另一款沙薑雞飯。 刀叉、筷子放咗喺枱邊嘅藤藍,仲有少少基本調味料,順帶一提啲服務,態度就真喺麻麻哋,尤其是有位女侍應,成碟炒貴刁掟落枱面嘭嘭聲咁,唔喺誇張,我哋都O晒咀,但另外一位男店員就好好多。 乾炒牛河 $58呢度最可取嘅份量非常十足,無論邊一碟,我哋所叫嘅碟頭都大大份,而朋友所叫嘅牛河,睇樣就好對辦,色澤都炒得好靚好,味道亦唔錯,牛肉好腍滑,只喺嫌油咗少少。 馬來炒貴刁 $58老婆嘅炒貴刁都算喺炒得有水準,唔單止料多,都炒得好「勻巡」,味道帶少少咖哩香,食落好惹味,不過份量真喺超大,我幫佢頂咗1/3碟有多,哈哈。招牌沙薑雞飯 $58初時諗住啲雞就咁斬就上到碟,以為喺我最快有得食,但估唔到佢哋食咗一半,我碟嘢都仲未見影,相信喺漏咗單(喺女店員落單),追問嘅時候,個男店員就話整緊,需要啲時間,感覺有啲奇怪,因為你嗰啲雞嚟到唔喺好熱咋喎。貴為招牌,點都會有啲期望,佢哋啲沙薑喺另外碟上,好似做個汁咁淋落啲雞度,雞肉都算唔錯,雖未至於好嫩滑,但至少唔會「嚡烚烚」,不過稍嫌皮下脂肪多,個沙薑調校都有少少鹹。 熱奶茶餐飲都喺嘆返杯熱奶茶,話晒呢度算喺茶記,估計唔會太差。色澤幾好,入口茶底唔錯,算芳香,但以個人口味而言,茶奶比例差啲啲,唔夠奶香,口感亦唔算順滑,唔差,叫OK咁啦。 餐廳名用上「小廚」,感覺以小炒做定位,唔知啲小炒會唔會好啲呢,不過,就無打算再嚟,皆因附近有幾間茶記就較為心水! continue reading

可能係屋村舖頭嘅關係,我中午嚟啦,佢都肯就咁蒸兩隻扇貝(70蚊一隻,都幾抵 大扇貝街市買都50/60蚊)俾我,鮮甜好味,粉絲蒜蓉豉油比例合適。如果係女士食,可以唔使跟飯,因為佢真係好多粉絲。順帶一提,呢度啲員工都親切,同客人好似朋友咁傾偈,但亦都好有禮貌,唔似有啲茶餐廳真係好冇禮貌,會呼呼喝喝,都唔知點形容。在順帶一提,呢度上一手係平民版法國餐廳,$400 -500 一個頭嗰種。所以佢哋個裝修,都好唔茶餐廳😂會有d 吊燈,掛畫。所以幾搞笑。 continue reading
