等半個鐘，皮唔脆

去買個時8點半，前面已經完全無人排緊隊買，側邊又無人等單，我去完超市，揀完等完買完排完返去，成半個鐘都仲未有，其實炸乜嘢要炸成半個鐘？無乜人買都咁嘅效率，中午 lunch 同放工時間真係好難想像要第幾耐囉。俾單問佢有得拎未，收錢人先嗌入去問廚房問，問廚房有無睇單，完全無組織，漏單都唔知，漏單一句唔好意思都無，又要再等，整完拎出黎連單號都唔知，都唔知點做生意。一食，鹽穌雞啲皮唔脆全淋。真係唔怪得無乜人。 continue reading
