E & I eventually went to this restaurant. I like its environment, it's tidy and comfortable.We ordered: Deep Fried Prawn spring roll, very well, the prawn tastes very crispy with some stuffing, the prawns' texture are very fresh and tasty; the wrapping is also tastes good too! You can have NORMAL spring rolls elsewhere but this is quite special! Beef + sticky rice, sticky rice is cool, I haven't have that for a long time, beef is ok, a bit over done though we ordered medium, the sauce is too salty and too spicy Pineapple rice, this is ok, but it's very greasy, the pineapple rice are too raw, it's quite a big portion for 1 person. 馬拉通菜, this is good, but why does it come with the spring roll rather than with the rice?! 這家南亭泰菜上次一班姐妹幫小妹慶祝生日時來光顧過, 爸爸這幾天都出差, 只剩我和媽咪, 上次食過番尋味, 今晚帶媽咪再次來這家泰菜解決我倆母女的晚餐!椰菜苗炒咸魚: 椰菜苗清脆爽口, 雖然用咸魚粒炒是非常入味, 不過不知是否我倆母女的口味有問題, 或是似乎有點重手了, 算是咸了些!泰式肉碎蠔仔粥: 媽咪想清淡些才叫這個粥, 蠔仔夠鮮味! 肉碎粥水煲得很夠火氣! 生蝦剌身: 一共有八隻, 剌身十分鮮甜, 點上醬汁是非常惹味! 黃咖哩雞: 吃咖哩主要都是為了個咖哩汁, 雞的件數多, 咖哩汁夠香帶有椰香不是太辣, 有泰式香料及檸檬葉的香味, 頗為突出, 雞肉不會嚡, 也算嫩滑, 豆寇有股很特別的味道能滲入咖哩汁中, 這個咖哩汁真的已叫人看出個廚有幾多功力! 而香軟薄餅點上咖哩汁更令人吃得更滋味!飲品方面小妹叫了一杯青檸梳打: 酸酸地清甜; 而媽咪那一杯荔枝紅茶: 紅茶味好香, 媽咪話應該是用上比較質數好的紅茶沖制的, 好有特色!再次總括來說, 服務質素和環境都非常好, 食物水準也很不錯, 而服務員有禮細心! 等爸爸回港後, 是可以帶他也再來一起試的! 平日來這區不多, 約人吃飯也通常是去奧海城的食肆, 今日傍晚陪朋友來這區睇樓, 睇完樓聽地產經紀介紹這家泰菜頗有特色才來光照顧!來到給人感覺裝修較時尚, 沒有太多的神神佛佛, 樓底算是高, 牆上掛有泰國風情的工藝畫作, 卡位也坐得舒適!四人點了以下幾道菜: 泰式沙嗲串燒(6串), 要全部牛肉, 燒得尚算juicy, 那沙爹醬也算是誠意之作!柚子蝦沙律酸酸辣辣頗為開胃, 味道唔錯, 而且蝦也不細, 份量足料.冬蔭功大蝦湯底相當濃烈, 加入香草, 大粒的新鮮草菇, 大蝦鮮美, 味精味不重, 可能我們落單時說不想太辣, 所以味道偏重酸多過辣, 如要正崇的就需要說明要辣些吧!咖喱牛腩賣相是不錯, 咖喱汁辣度適中, 也頗醒胃, 用來送飯一流. 即使沒有牛腩, 只是撈汁都可以吃碗飯. 當然, 牛腩肉也是嫩滑, 有肉質, 配上爽口豆角和紅蘿蔔色水對辦, 算是令人滿意的一道菜色.豬頸肉炒金邊粉, 豬頸肉質爽口, 肥瘦適中, 伴配芽銀菜蛋碎炒, 金邊粉不乾不濕, 吃落夠香證明鑊氣是足的, 只是略嫌油了些!飲料方面不得不提的是叫了荔枝冰, 荔枝果肉雖是罐頭, 整杯飲品也沖調得宜, 入口清甜!整得來說, 周末雖忙, 全場爆滿, 但店員服務態度親切勤快, 值得嘉許!Read More

同老公帶小姐去探老爺奶奶, 饞嘴的老爺說想食泰國菜, 老人家腰骨吾好, 吾行得遠, 奶奶話之前收到宣傳單張樓下附近有間泰國菜館, 同老爺試過叫外賣, 食過炒粉面都幾好味, 今次就打電話去訂位! 來到觀摩這餐館里里外外的橫裝和特色, 看得出老板應該下了不少心思和重本, 有可能老板是泰國人吧! 在這居屋地帶的一堆茶餐廳之中, 有點格格不入, 算是頗為突出的! 可能是周未的關係, 見門口還有七八個人在等位, 好在奶奶醒目訂了位! 先叫一碟炒椰芯, 非常爽脆, 但似乎辣了些, 下次有機會再幫襯時, 會叫個不辣的!咖哩炒蟹, 很多蟹膏和蟹肉, 而且在重口味辣度適中合又老又幼的咖哩醬汁下也仍然保持著蟹肉的鮮味! 叫了個香噴噴的薄餅可以點炒蟹的醬汁來吃, 相當好味! 吃完薄餅未夠喉, 這個醬汁太實在太惹味了, 再來一份香脆的蒜茸包點咖哩汁, 我們是徹底地撈埋汁啊, 呵呵!豬皮沙律, 有花生配菜絲鋪在豬皮上, 豬皮浸得好軟但卻爽, 是一條條的, 酸辣適中, 還有沙律汁, 算是醒胃的一款菜式吧!沙嗲串燒(雞肉和牛肉) ,,雞肉有點肥, 相比起牛肉, 牛肉惹味些,有肉汁, 不會太乾, 也沒燒過燶, 剛剛好! 點上很多花生粒碎的香濃醬汁,美味!大蝦炒金邊粉, 炒得不會太乾, 有鑊氣! 配料有鮮大蝦、銀芽豆腐乾,用射色酸酸甜甜的泰式汁炒,再自行加上附上的青檸粒汁就更好味! 芋頭煲, 有香脆腰果和好香粉的芋頭, 腊腸香味可以完全溶滲入粒粒炒飯里, 是香噴噴的一個煲仔飯! 椰汁膏, 粒粒的栗米配上西米, 很清甜, 奶奶最愛!芒果黑糯米, 熱騰騰的黑白糯米上鋪上椰汁令椰香更香濃, 鮮芒果肉不會酸也非常香甜! 這裡的服務, 上菜算是很快, 表現態度熱誠有禮, 加水快, 結帳埋單後, 可能見有老人家, 老公還未及反應, 已見經理有禮地恭送扶著老爺出餐廳門口. 讚啊!!! 下次來探老人家時除了酒樓飲茶外, 這家泰國菜館是值得考慮間中再來光顧的!Read More

首先我沒有寫過食評, 然而令我打這篇食評的衝動沿於: 1, 食物味道及質數均意想不到。 2, 店員服務及態度均十分之好。 3, 我覺得以他這樣的質數、、舒適度、服務及價錢、不值得竟然這樣的人流。這間本來是我家附近的一所新開日本菜餐廳, 當時我也去食過不止一次, 味道不算差. 也不算很好, 不過以該位置開店, 肯投資這麼好的裝修, 覺得的確很用心。 可惜開店沒有多久, 日本當時地震事件引發日本入口海產的幅射風波, 市民對日本食材有保留, 店主可能見勢色不對, 轉型泰國菜去~自己自己出面嘗過不少好吃的泰國菜, 平的貴的都有相熟的地方可吃, 見他轉營泰國菜後都沒有立即去吃, 終於上個月去吃完了, 老闆竟然很快地認出我, 依然禮貌周周, 服務態度很好, 這是其次, 最重要是, 食物的質素, 我意想不到的好吃, 雖然不敢說是最好吃的一店, 不過以收這樣價錢的泰國菜, 我大膽敢說是暫是我吃到最好吃的, 煮師的技術很好, 味亦很足!! 昨天已經是我第二次去吃了, 因為由於第一次去吃的時候, 隔離台的夫婦在吃火鍋, 心想竟然有泰國火鍋吃!! 而且十分便宜, 心想一定要再去試, 結果真的十分好吃, 材料十分新鮮, 不用100元的價錢, 好味的湯料, 有牛肉, 有蝦, 有扎肉, 菜, 粉絲, 不夠吃再加了上次覺得超好吃的馬拉盞炒椰菜苗, 不太油, 很夠味, 菜很爽趣, 師傅功力不夠都炒不到這樣好吃的菜~ 蠔仔蛋料很足, 很多蠔, 而且不會太乾身, 熱氣騰騰, 香到不的了, 我自己就覺得很好吃了. 就連我身邊對食物要求很高的朋友都大讚不已, 下次大家去這裡的話的確可以點這味菜~~~ 還有冬蔭功湯真的很夠味~依樣料多, 很濃, 一定要試! 其實還有很多東西都不錯, 寫不到了, 下次我再去吃到好吃的再分享!店舖內坐位很舒適, 可能由於位置的問題吧, 店舖不是常常坐滿, 我見店舖仍然不時添加新設備方便食客, 我覺得這老闆算很願意投資及很用心, 我實在很希望日後多些人去吃, 因為該位置附近, 如果說是泰國菜的話, 就只有他的一家了~。Read More

今天同友人,行經這裡,想起5月時曾在這裡幫趁過,想起美味的壽司及師傅一心一意為自己烹制食物的樣子,便再次回來,但意外地,那間日式壽司小店,已換上了「南亭泰國菜」,非常失望...但已來到,看見門面裝修都好雅致及富有泰國風味,便一於入內試下.:):)裝修陳設很有泰國風味,風扇燈等..一定花過不少心思,令我同友人更加想一試,因為真的餓了,開會開了7小時,真的餓到肚皮貼住了背脊:(:(便急不及待地點了幾樣菜式 好期待快的食....上菜速度也很快,可能沒有什麼客吧,先上的係柚子蝦仁沙律,友人很快便了一啖放入口,但真的令人失望,急凍蝦仁缺少彈牙同爽口感,更加不要說鮮味,柚子肉偏少...:(:(之後到炸蝦餅,更加大失所望蝦肉同蝦仁一樣無味,又散,仲要只係微暖,,不是即叫即劣嗎??難道預先炸定到冬陰功大蝦湯,只可說真的物不值價,海鮮無鮮味,湯底更加差,完全不似之前所飲過的冬陰功,剩係得一個辣字:(:(:(:(期望既海南雞終於登場,送既湯,似係用雞粉開出黎-.-飲完好口喝....油飯無雞油既香味同口感,至於最重要既雞,更令我同友人大跌眼鏡,雞肉唔嫩滑,還有絲絲血水...真的可以食用??芒果海鮮炒飯更加令我同友人心跌到谷底,份量少,飯粒偏濕,海鮮料少得可憐,芒果無芒果味龍眼冰及三色冰,真係同旺角街頭既飲品店一樣貨色,不值一提寫這篇食評時,才看見之前既食評,好令我懷疑,那些給佢5分的食評...更加令我心存疑問的就係:無心插柳來幫襯, 卻是一餐超乎意外的泰菜, 細問之下原來主理的廚師曾是泰國皇室的御廚! 有些笑大了我口,這些食物水準就是御廚???但願他日真的有信心令我再渡光顧吧:(:(Read More

正所謂「一雞死一雞鳴」,海庭道這一個三煞舖位的上一手日式壽司店,人流既少,賣點又不吸引,只是廉價版元氣壽司一間而已,即使在開飯網中有多少篇一文食家的讚好食評,也始終回天乏術,前陣子終於悄然消失,新近換上了這一間「南亭泰國菜」,帶來一點新鮮感:):)。曾在周末晚市前來,竟然全場爆滿,未能入內一試,結果過了數天,才在另一個周日中午,提早一點前來,避開人流最多的時候,終於可以一試這兒廚師的手勢。這間新泰國菜館的裝修陳設頗有泰國風味,明顯花過點心思,值得欣賞:),可惜食物方面卻顯得有點不濟,白白浪費了它在裝潢佈置方面所花的心機:(。在這天所吃的東西中,「泰式燜豬手」已是當中最有水準的一道菜。燜豬手十分軟腍,味道亦不錯,蘸上附上的泰式酸辣醬汁後,更加好味:)。相較之下,「泰式海南雞」則水準偏低,未能令人滿意了。配套的所謂的「清雞湯」味道太鹹,人工味太重:(。「油飯」油香不足:(,兩者俱不理想:(。主角的「海南雞」肉質粗而不滑,而且有部分更微帶血紅,似乎還欠一點點兒才完全熟透,實在是極大的敗筆:(,即使泰式辣醬汁味道尚佳,仍難瀰補這「泰式海南雞飯」的眾多缺失。不過「泰式海南雞飯」仍未算最差,最差的要算是套餐加 $10便可換來一客的「泰式蝦餅」。這份量少少的蝦餅肉質鬆散,口感欠佳,蝦味亦欠奉,加上不夠熱度,絕對是自己曾吃過的蝦餅之中,其中一次最差的:(:(。兩杯飲品中,「凍檸茶」茶味欠濃,「珍多冰」水準一般,同樣是十分普通的質素。在附近寥寥可數的泰國館子中,這間新開張不久的「南亭」的環境是相對較佳的,但這次所試,食物水準卻明顯被比下去,在考量過它的優點和缺點後,最終自己還是給了它一張哭臉:(。也許它始終仍是一間開張不太久的新館子,很多地方仍未上軌道,有待改進,不過想試的食肆實在太多,這食物強差人意的館子,自己在短期之內應該是不會再來的了,希望下次如果有機會再來幫襯的話,它的食物水準可以有所提升吧!不然的話,可能這三煞舖位在不久將來又要變成另一間舖頭了Read More

I came here with colleagues for lunch. It's nice to have a Thai restaurant in the vicinity and they make a great sticky rice and mango dessert. In fact, this was what we wanted as the main part of our meal.We ordered an appetiser platter to share.It was served hot with three different sauces. The platter consisted of crab cakes, chicken wrapped in leaves, spring rolls and what I think was fish cakes. The crab cakes were deliciously fried and went well with the chilli sauce. The spring rolls were a little dry but tasted fine. The fish cake was the least tasty in my opinion. I thought they were slightly greasy and didn't really have any particular flavour. The chicken was succulent and well seasoned. I just wish the portion had been bigger.The dessert was just what I expected. Fresh mango which was neither too sweet nor sour. I liked the sticky white rice better than the purple one, which was a little al dente. Personally, I prefer my rice well cooked. The coconut milk went well with the rice and the mango to make this a satisfying and filling dessert. In fact, we were completely stuffed afterwards.I'd definitely go back to this restaurant. 受R邀請,我去大角咀ge南亭泰國菜用咗三次膳,每次都係輕咬狂噬,食得不亦樂乎,次次都捧腹走人,只可惜我次次唔記得攜帶相機,:(沒影到相,雖然無相睇,但我也好想同大家分享一下我的食後感。:)environment > 獨具特色ge風扇燈吊頂,倍感優雅,最令我欣賞嘅係牆上ge大師級油畫,泰國亭畫得維妙維肖,而其他幾幅畫雖說簡簡單單,卻能帶出幾分灑脫與輕鬆ge氛圍,用起餐來覺得分外舒適,令人暫時忘記咗工作上生活上嘅壓力。:)food > 最值得講嘅係,個menu好多嘢揀,聽講呢間餐廳ge大廚係前泰國皇室嘅御廚,有口福!粉絲肉蟹煲,一掀煲蓋,一股濃郁嘅蟹香味即刻撲鼻而來,令我垂涎三尺,拉拉聲大動筷子,夾一啖粉絲放入口中,粉絲彈牙,仔細品嘗,就會感到粉絲有股鮮美蟹香味,粉絲吸曬蟹汁,保證咗肉蟹香味能夠“充分施展”:),而肉蟹都好夠份量,大大個蟹鉗啖啖肉,食落好過癮,食完粉絲,啃完蟹肉,先發覺煲底墊咗一層肥瘦適中ge豬肉,已烤成焦黃嘅肉巴,陣陣焦香味飄出,同蟹香味相得益彰,可以講豬肉起到了畫龍點睛之作用,令粉絲同蟹肉更加香氣逼人,值得一讚!:)香軟薄餅,喜歡食印度薄餅,便覺得呢度嘅薄餅遜色少少。:(飛天通菜,不一般ge菜名,貪其有趣點咗來食,果然有驚喜,炒法同平時食開嘅通菜有啲唔同,有豆豉香,少少辣,辣得來又會令人忍唔住追住食。炸春卷,皮色金黃,皮薄,甘香酥化,而內餡看上去平淡無奇,粉絲、黑木耳等混合而成,但一啖咬下去,各種食材在細細ge咀嚼中格外香甜,且香而不膩,食嘅便係呢種混搭嘅口感,食完齒頜留香,回味無窮。芒果糯米飯,黑白糯米飯團各一個,加上黃色芒果,乍一上枱,便令人睇得賞心悅目,食落又香又滑。柚子蝦仁沙律,蝦仁爽口,大粒又新鮮,柚子肉甜,再拌以青檸汁,酸酸甜甜,好醒胃。從炒菜到炸嘢,從主菜到甜品,百般滋味在心頭,滿足咗我ge饕餮之欲,除了味道好好之外,上碟配飾亦係一大特色,使視覺、嗅覺和味覺都受盡誘惑。service > all staff都好nice,讚!:)食完三餐,覺得南亭泰國菜不愧係泰國菜中嘅佼佼者,值得一試!!!Read More

最近在HKMA報了一個短期Course, 今次上課地點是在奧海城附近富榮花園的李國寶中學, 夜晚九點半放學, 幾個同學都未食晚飯, 同學仔話想試呢家新開的泰菜, 大家肚仔餓到打晒鼓只想快d有野食, 所以大家都無異議, 急急腳一支箭衝入了這家泰菜館! 我地坐卡位, 感覺裝修格調都幾好幾優雅, 樓底夠高! 睇下餐牌, 好在價錢都合理, 點左以下幾款菜: 薄餅 – 鬆軟香噴噴, 但略嫌少許燶! 豬皮沙律 – 豬皮切成一條條食落爽脆, 酸辣適中, 沙律汁有花生配菜絲, 十分開胃的一款菜式! 沙嗲串燒(雞肉和牛肉) - 牛肉沒燒過龍,雞不算肥但相比牛肉, 就無牛肉咁惹味,好在不會太乾, keep到d肉汁, 串燒大大串,沙嗲醬另上,醬入面有好多花生碎粒好香濃,好正!馬拉盞通菜 - 一上枱已經聞到好香,都好好味幾爽口,吃上去有非常輕微的辣味,怕辣的人亦ok! 大蝦炒金邊粉 - 用鮮蝦、銀芽豆腐乾作配料,用橙橙地色、酸酸甜甜的泰式汁炒,附上青檸粒,可自己加青檸汁食,個人認為加上會更fresh更好味! 金邊粉炒得不會太乾, 吃落感覺又幾有鑊氣wor! 芋頭煲 – 芋頭好粉, 配上腊腸香味完全滲入炒飯, 炒飯也不會太濕太乾! 椰汁膏 – 香濃, 西米清甜, 最後食這個甜品, 中和了剛才重口味的菜式! 芒果黑糯米 - 椰汁鋪在熱騰騰的黑白糯米上, 令椰香更出, 鮮芒果亦非常香甜! 最後不得不提這裡的服務,上菜很快, waiter表現熱誠有禮, 另外見我們沒有點飲料,侍應們都很頻密地為我們添水, 埋單的時候,亦問我們有何意見可提出,再有禮地恭送我地出餐廳門口。抵讚!!!Read More

是晚應朋友約, 來到這家新開的泰國菜館晚膳. 坐下先來一碟前菜, 特制酸辣鳳爪,去骨鳳爪辣度頗高,爽口的加上不同蔬菜,新鮮醒胃,是很不錯的前菜。但蔥辛味也十分厲害,朋友愛食凰爪, 此道菜他包底食晒, 而我還是比較喜歡酸一點的口味。明爐烏頭: 都幾大條, 配料好多, 另有一碗跟湯, 味道超濃! 好味! $98 超級抵食啊! 再黎個小食拼盆(有炭燒豬頸肉,春卷,蝦餅,香葉包雞)炭燒豬頸肉: 豬頸肉切得不薄,好爽超好食, 要是炭燒香再濃一點更佳!:) 春卷: 皮身夠脆, 涵料和什菜新鮮多汁! 蝦餅: 熱辣辣的炸蝦餅,非常彈牙,蝦味亦非常濃!冇得彈!: 香葉包雞: 由於上菜快, 掛住食其它菜式, 遺漏這個包雞沒有即時趁熱食到尾聲再食時味道已不是最佳狀態, 不過好在還有雞肉味!:)菠蘿雞柳炒飯,原隻菠蘿的炒飯幾乎每間泰菜館都有在賣, 可是時至今天,也沒有吃過一個真正很好吃的原隻波羅炒飯,不是飯太濕, 就是味道不香! 這個炒飯里面有好多鮮菠蘿肉粒,鮮甜略帶點酸,幾開胃, 雞肉粒也食得出雞肉味, 腰果和肉鬆鋪面再插上兩隻鮮美的青口,腰果香脆,肉鬆惹味, 飯粒炒得很乾身, 可見這個炒飯是廚師用心之作!椰青, 入口新鮮清甜, 夠多肉, 朋友不停食里面D肉, 超級滿足!最後贈送兩件椰汁膏: 入口已能感受非常濃郁的椰香, 內面一粒粒的西米不硬又不太軟剛剛好, 很少機會食到咁好味的泰式甜品!無心插柳來幫襯, 卻是一餐超乎意外的泰菜, 細問之下原來主理的廚師曾是泰國皇室的御廚! 服務: 一流, 服務員加水快, 而且有禮貌值得一讚! 實在值得推介!!Read More
