呢排好想食刺身,時隔個幾月再幫襯老細竟然認得我。小店枱櫈兩三張、光猛企理,廚房係open area。自選魚生丼原來供應到收舖,外賣包湯,小食同罐裝飲品。抵過爭X估唔到咁足料,用料優良。溏心蛋香濃軟滑,我懵盛盛一叉落去爆晒蛋漿!三種刺身裏面我最鍾意甜蝦,大隻夾鮮甜,唔怕頭黑黑肉冇味!帶子粒粒都好巨型,厚過樽蓋,鮮味不俗。冬天食大大片油甘魚甘香滑溜好鬼正!雞蛋裡挑骨頭嘅話醋重手咗少少飯酸咗啲,而且鋪頭好隔涉,出入等䢂駛好耐。小店加油! continue reading

講到抵食鰻魚飯,一定吾少得丼匠,雖然門面簡單,但呢度是鰻魚飯送埋麵豉湯都係$68,原條蒲燒鰻魚鋪上珍珠米飯上面。雖然無其他配菜,但鰻魚夠肥美鬆化無細骨,而且有焦香,無得輸。原來 2 位老闆,覺得做街坊生意老實最緊要,樂意畀多少少成本,就算全場任選三色刺身丼,可以自由配搭都只是$45,其厚切三文魚多肉少油脂,絕對不似那些 8 吋壽司店般用脂肪多過魚肉的下欄位置,咬落啖啖魚肉而非像吃無味豬油膏。老闆話佢地的貨源主要來自日本築地,希望可以薄利多銷!用嘅係日本吞拿,隔日飛機返貨,好新鮮,價位全文最低喎。 continue reading
