同一位老師食飯,地點同菜式都佢話事~ 於是三人o黎食上海菜,點左: 燻魚-味道同我o係上海食開o既唔同,卻更鮮更甜,我鍾意!四喜烤夫-無特別~宋嫂魚羹-係一道我好鍾意o既杭州菜,不過waiter落錯單成"宋嫂魚翅"...~_~"貴左一倍無所謂,反正翅都好多,但味道好腥...唔好食!蜜汁火腿-薄薄咸咸o既火腿片,配搭清甜o既桂花蓮子蜜汁,從來都係無上享受!可恨一份得四片,好唔夠喉呢~清炒蝦仁-又係一道美味o既杭州菜,依度都做得有水準唔錯~糖醋骨-最後上o既菜式,味道都好麻麻,食淨一半有多...炸銀絲卷-冇叫飯,用銀絲卷伴食其實更好~ 而且加上煉奶又可成美味甜品,唔錯~小籠包-我心愛o既上海點心,到最後都不見縱影,原來漏左單...算啦,都飽哂,唯有cancel~ 講到依度,大家都明白依間餐廳乜野唔掂啦...如果換左d懞下懞下o既waiter,加上裝修靚返d,會好好多~ continue reading

去荃灣大會堂看芭蕾舞表演之前, 與朋友在那裡吃飯. 看見$128 2人晚餐, 決定一試.套餐包括2 小菜, 1點心, 1冷盤, 1甜品. 在眾多菜色中, 我們選了咸肉百頁小棠菜, 賽螃蟹, 菜肉雲吞(有6粒), 雞絲粉皮及碗豆黃(有6件). 菜肉雲吞最出色, 其他的用料也足. 如果賽螃蟹的口感再滑一點就更好. 不過, 可能廚師希望客人吃得健康, 用油較少.也可以接受呢!最後, 我們吃得飽飽的, 剩下少許碗豆黃和雞絲粉皮.飯店的裝修很舒適, 有馬蹄型的枱, 有卡位. 我們被安排坐卡位, 感覺不錯. 朋友太客氣, 堅持請我吃飯. 如此這般, 我們渡過愉快的晚上... continue reading

星期日探人路過荃灣,剛好食晚飯時候走進荃灣廣場,決定一試滬菜,兩人叫了酸辣湯,麻婆豆腐(川菜?),窩貼,銀絲卷,素雞,四季豆炒咸肉,雖然不盡是地道上海菜式,但味道甚佳,以酸辣湯為例,是可以飲到酸和辣的味道,不盡是糊糊的,個人推介是窩貼,而18元3只,是略貴了一點,另外侍應人手不太夠,經常找不到人,有點懊惱! continue reading
