Dive into Roasted Tom Turkey, Baked Scallop Crab Meat with Champagne Cream, live carving and foie gras stations and more hot fares. Set in shimmering Palm Court lounge infused with the Langham ginger flower scent, indulge in a snowy wonderland with White Christmas Afternoon Tea. When white light is dispersed into a spectrum of flavoursome pleasures, the tea o’clock begins with Christmas Log with milk chocolate mousse, Snowman - the chestnut cream and chocolate choux pastry wearing a top hat, ivory Macaron filled with white chocolate and Baileys centre, with a complement of finger sandwiches as Sustainable Smoked Salmon and Crab Corn Bread, Corn-fed Smoked Chicken Malt Bread, and the quintessential homemade plain and raisin scones. Let laughter and delicious goodies fill the air as Bostonian Seafood and Grill offers a sumptuous semi-buffet menu. Kick off with an appetiser buffet spread and followed by a seasonal collection of main fares including Pan-roasted Alaskan Black Cod and Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb Scented with Lemon. Special log cake and mousse in holiday flavours will be offered on the evening of Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Main St. Deli

Enjoy a hassle-free traditional Christmas rendition and leave all the cooking to Main St. Deli. Delivered in new wood grain carton box, the sought-after Turkey-To-Go Combo is back to spread holiday cheer with a roasted turkey (6 or 8-10kg) with stuffing, gravy and all the trimmings that feeds up to 20 people. It also comes with pumpkin soup and choices of dessert such as pumpkin cheesecake and pecan pie.

The turkey takeaway provides two options at HK$2,138 and HK$3,588 to serve 6-10 and 16-20 people respectively, and accepts any order at least 48 hours in advance. Click here for the order form.

Toast to the year end with a winter cocktail duo crafted by the award-winning mixologists at the Artesian bar. ‘Tis the season to take a joyful sip of X’mas Negroni stirred with Oak Gin, Campari, Dubonnet Aperitif, grapefruit and orange bitters, or drink pink with the Pink Christmas served in martini glass featuring cinnamon infused Rum, Ginger Liqueur, double cream and Frangelico. Bottoms up with friends next to the bar fireplace to ring in a vivid new year.

Both cocktails are priced at HK$95 each and available throughout the month of December.

T’ang Court

Luxuriate in style with legendary Cantonese cuisine at Three Michelin Star T’ang Court for a starry night. For one night only, Executive Chinese Chef Kwong Wai Keung and his culinary team are cooking up a winter banquet featuring Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Crab Meat and Onion, and the Braised Dried Abalone with Bêche-de-Mer in the seven-course New Year’s Eve dinner.

The dinner menu is served on the night of 31 December 2017 at HK$1,480 per person.
