The Astor, Eaton HK’s design-driven all-day dining destination, delivers a multisensory experience of the world’s best seafood market to Hong Kong diners with Seafood Craze buffet.

Guests will be dazzled by the chefs’ skills at the live seafood station where showstopping creations like the new Sichuan Sea Whelk Flambé, are prepared in front of guests. Two cooking methods, steam or sautée are available for an abundance of fresh seafood like scallops, prawns, oysters, squid, whelks, octopus and more.

Guests can dive into regional favorites like Seafood Laksa and Singapore Chili Crab (dinner only), and for those dining on the weekends can enjoy the Grilled Eel. Decadent Western dishes include the exquisite Salmon Wellington with Dill & Lemon Sauce and Whole Grilled Boston Lobster with Coriander Butter, both available for weekend dinner.

Anyone craving a trip to Japan will rejoice at options like Seafood Yakitori, Red Snapper, Sea Eel and Soft Shell Crab Tempura and more.

Starting from 1 November, we’re adding four brand new dishes to welcome the new season: Grilled Lobster with Salted Egg Yolk & Crab Roe, Typhoon Shelter Deep Fried Shrimp, Squid and Bombay Duck, Sichuan Sea Whelk Flambé, and Japanese-style Lobster Nabe! Of course, our seafood cold counter will be stacked with Raw Oysters, Boston Lobsters, Tiger Prawns, Brown Crabs, Whelks, Mussels, and much more.

There will also be fresh hamachi (Japanese Yellowtail) flown in directly from Japan and sliced at the restaurant every Tuesday and Wednesday evening at 7pm, so customers can enjoy high-quality fresh fish, seafood market style. With over 100 dishes, this epic fresh seafood feast will take your taste buds on an exciting holiday to the seaside!

With an additional HK$90 per guest, you can even enjoy free flow sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, bottled beer, Korean rice wine (makgeolli), soju or soft drinks.
