The celebration begins with comforting Bhaji Pakora, crispy Edamame chaat with fried onion, topped with pineapple and shishito pepper chutney.

Charred Lobster
To follow, the family will enjoy the Charred Lobster, served with a flavourful sauce blended with coconut, coriander, turmeric and tamarind. The lobster is cooked in authentic, tailor-made tandoor ovens.
