Tandoori | Charcoal Grill - Freshly Baked Chutneys
"Chutney uses a variety of spices to cook northern and southern Indian cuisine. Through the kitchen's floor-to-ceiling glass, you can see two large Tandoori, where foreign chefs grill meats, seafood and tandoori naan over charcoal, fresh from the oven and at high temperatures.

The "Chutney" Valentine's Day set menu, Tandoori Grilled Prawns, M5 Wagyu Kashmiri curry, and spicy butter-roasted local chicken, is accompanied by freshly baked tandoori naan.
Firstly, there is the classic Indian snack - Tikki Chaat, a crispy golden fried cake with a variety of spices on the surface. This time, the chef pressed Jerusalem artichoke and pink beetroot into a paste and then deep-fried it to a golden colour, which is healthy and tasty, and can be dipped in mint chutney and pickle sauce, which is sour and more appetising.

TANDOORI | (Tandoori Prawns)
"The attraction of Chutney is that there are two large Tandoori ovens where you can grill freshly cooked food, and the aroma of charcoal is really good! The Valentine's Day set menu includes shrimp roasted in the oven - even the shells of the shrimps are roasted to perfection, with fennel paste and salmon roe to enhance the flavour.

The set menu includes 1 type of naan - garlic naan, truffle cheese naan and sweet naan, so both main courses are very juicy and go well with the naan. I couldn't help but add more naan to the menu, not even a drop of juice was left!
One of the main courses was the M5 Wagyu Beef Kashmiri Curry. This Kashmiri curry is known for its richness and abundance of spices, with a unique layer of Kashmiri peppercorns, turmeric, cardamom, red chilli, pepper and other spices. The cheese is added at the end, making it thick and slightly sweet to balance out the spicy flavours, making it a favourite even if you don't like spicy food.
Chutney Butter Chicken is another popular dish in Chutney. Chutney Butter Chicken is a popular dish in Chutney. The local yellow chicken is cooked to perfection, every bite smells of butter, and the chicken is tender and juicy.

A perfect dessert for Valentine's Day with your goddess, the translucent red jelly is so pretty. The outer layer is smooth and creamy, and you can enjoy it together with the chocolate cake on the top.
