In Hunter our head chef came from a background of Mediterranean. Recent years, healthy diet is a trend in the market. Seasoning has been reduced to a minimum. Mainly our vegetables and spices helped brought the favour to go along with seafood and steaks. Our head chef has a high demand for quality product. All the food has been imported from overseas. Even a tiny cherry tomato was imported from Europe.
Interior design has made it a holiday style

We used a well known brand call Josper Grill imported from Spain. Specially for your steak, it gives you a charcoal favour. Now The Hunter is promoting a Set Lunch as low as $168 which included a Starter, Main, Dessert, Soft Drink/Orange Juice, Add $50 to upgrade to a Asahi Beer or House Wine or Add $30 for a coffee.

Starter can choose either a soup, or 3 kinds of salad which include Gluten Free, The Hunter Shrimp Salad, Nicoise Salad (+$28)

Gluten Free
Rarely you would see a dish call “Gluten Free” All the ingredient includes are superfood. Such as kale, quinoa, pomegranate seeds, pine nuts, oliver oil, lemon juice which creates a healthy refreshing salad

The Shrimp Salad
The other choice of salad has green papaya, mix leaves, shrimp. Sweet and sour green papaya, refreshing and gives a touch of thai favour.


Nicoise Salad (+$28)
A slightly grill tuna, inside cooked medium giving a tender juicy inside, along with cherry tomato, baby gem lettuce, beans giving a good appetite.

Casarecce Peperonata $168
Casarecce is a classic pasta from southern part of Italy. The unique shape can help absorb all the sauces. Our chef prepare with grill bell pepper, cherry tomato and white wine garlic sauce. Every mouthful you will not feel greasy.

Grilled Half Chicken $188
Meat lover would wanted to choose this corn fed half yellow chicken. Skin is roasted crispy and juicy inside, along with mash potato garlic sauce is mouthwatering.

Lamb T-Bone $218
Mediterranean dish is specialize in lamb. Worth of a try if you are a lamb lover. Lamb T-Bone used Josper Grill locking up the juiciness inside. Meat will be more favourable near the bone part.

Bavette $258
Steak lover can choose from our Australia Flank Steak. Intense beef favour with less marble.Head Chef has prepared in a slow cook method giving the tender of the meat

Sea Bream $208
Sea Bream texture is soft without the  fishy smell. Perfect for a light lunch. Under the pan sear fish lying at the bottom is bell pepper, eggplant, tomato, sweet and sour sauce made the dish appetite.


The Hunter Burger $268
Pattie is made from angus beef giving a intense beef favour. Very juicy inside once you bite into it. Double cheese in the burger include cheddar, emmental, lettuce, tomato, with homemade burger sauce.

Rump $288
This part of meat is the back leg side. Because this part has a lot of exercise, the meat is firm with less marble, but intense of the beef favour.

21-Day Dry-age Ribeye (300g) $368
Beside the Josper Grill, Hunter has is own fridge which store dry age beef. Outside you can see Brandt T-Bone Steak to 1855 USDA Prime Ribeye. During lunch time, you  may also have the experience to try our their dry age beef.
-You can see Head Chef directly take out the dry age beef from fridge and grill in the Josper.
