Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenace and project services for estate building
- Assist in preparing works orders
- Prepare maintenance and engineering service contracts, and ensure the contracts that meet respective requirements
- Carry out ad-hoc repairing and maintenance duties
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
- High calibre candidate with no working experiences will also be considered
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
