Assistant Manager – Whisky Bar

• 5-day work week
• Year-end double pay

Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages of high quality according to standard recipes and handle the point of sales terminal and cashiering transactions.
• Design beverage menu and create promotion strategies to maximize revenue.
• Build positive rapport with guests, maintain courtesy and ensure service standards are met.
• Ensure a smooth daily operation and maintain consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in hospitality management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in 5-star hotel or clubhouse.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
• A team player with outgoing personality.
• Good business acumen, passionate and service oriented.
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
