Came by for a special holiday dinner buffet the other night and the experience was mediocre at best. Made a reservation with deposit well ahead of time to ensure that we would have a table.Good:- Roast Pork was excellent- Coconut Milk Prawns were good- Portugese Tart was excellentBad:- Goose Liver wasn't fully cooked- Sushi didn't look fresh- Baked lobster didn't seem fresh- Steamed chicken wasn't fresh- Some of the goose wasn't fully cooked- Skin to the XLB was too thick- Coconut dessert was po

Service was quite good by the staff. One of the staff members even came by to ask for feedback.The staff tried to keep clean by wearing latex gloves.
Some of the customers cut in line at the buffet...which was rude to say the least
