呢個六月真係過得不容易,想令自己開心,食好嘢絕對係一個辦法!同事話公司附近有間新餐廳好似好勁,所以擇日來探個究竟,順便為自己打打氣!呢間餐廳原來三合一,叫自己做「五感六覺」,有獨立入口,單係條樓梯都已經睇到佢用心裝修,沿著呢d迷幻樓梯轉上去,reception 歡迎你,遇正今日落雨,佢仲立即幫你收起把濕傘,換條key比你,淨係呢個「代客泊遮」服務,我就feel到佢幾高級!經過另外2間食肆(一間清酒吧一間食和牛火鍋),轉兩下就黎到和牛蕃的地頭,沿路會見到幾個大雪櫃,裝着唔同部位嘅和牛,仲會見到師傅「表演」刀功!除了覺得地方都幾大之外,仲見佢有不少間房,活動式設計,min charge $5000(四人房)或$10000(八人房),後來發現最後仲有間超大房應該坐到16-20人。我們就坐「大廳」,睇下menu,最後大家都贊成食set,揀左個每位價值$798的Vanne dinner set B,應該有齊大家想試的東西!除左呢個Set B, 仲有一個Deluxe set ($998一個)、Set A($498一位),亦都有lunch set ($188-258不等)呢!先黎個前菜,一上枱已經嘩一聲,好靚啊!「雀籠」裡面是脆炸墨魚、北海道帶子配鴨肝伴魚子醬脆餅,以及和牛啫喱配栗米燉蛋。侍應提示我們先食帶子、再到墨魚,最後先係燉蛋。帶子切粒彈牙可口,魚子醬香氣撲鼻;炸物非常香脆;和牛啫喱薄薄一層,但仍能帶出牛的香氣,蒸蛋也有很香的粟米味,很特別哦!估唔到個前菜已經令我咁賞心悅目,主菜會點呢?同時仲有個輕食—蕃茄配黑辣椒醬油,蕃茄酸酸味味,再加上黑椒油的味香,幾開胃。跟住開始黎料了,先黎一片「A5 和牛多士配蛋黃醬伴魚子醬」及「和牛海膽壽司」,和牛多士有魚子醬同金泊喺面,成件事好高檔,都好食不過我更加鍾意隔離嘅和牛海膽壽司,呢個和牛海膽壽司真係超正,北海道海膽同和牛嘅味道好夾,有入口即溶嘅感覺,回味不絕!順帶一提,呢度嘅和牛並唔係好似我哋平時聽到咁用地區來劃分,而係全部來自一間叫日山嘅供應商,看餐牌介紹,佢係有過百年歷史嘅頂級肉類供應商,所以質素有保證。跟住就到燒肉了,侍應一次過將所有肉擺上,再由佢幫我們燒。牛舌有兩款不同切法,一款叫「牛舌伴青葱醬油」,佢話呢隻牛脷比較貼近喉嚨位置,堪稱牛脷的肉眼,另一款係「精選牛舌伴鹽漬昆布」,唔識形容兩者分別,但係真係感覺到不一樣。兩款都好味!:)跟住就有「黑毛西泠及是日特選和牛」,西冷有質感而且唔韌,肉質好腍一咬就開。另外亦都試咗肉眼部份,脂肪較多所以好有油香,同樣入口即溶,感覺香氣在嘴裏慢慢滲透每一個位置。食完燒肉,就有「和牛牛尾湯」,侍應用一個好似茶壺嘅東西直接把牛骨湯倒進碗裏,隔空也聞到牛的香氣,湯味濃郁,帶點鮮甜。跟住就到佢哋嘅Signature 「A5 和牛三文治」,一件和牛用吉列處理過,但佢嘅吉列同我地平時嘅吉列豬扒係兩碼子事,完全沒有熱氣的感覺,塗上自家製嘅和牛bbq醬汁,再用兩片麵包夾住,並且在我們面前切開。侍應話連呢塊麵包都經過精挑細選,比起一般麵包淨係面頭脆中間唔脆,呢一款包係全個包所有level都脆!佢切完仲要交叉手咁抵遞俾我哋,十足十門口幅相一樣,好搞笑。冇諗過貴價嘅和牛會造成三文治咁食,好鍾意佢個醬汁,脆嘅麵包加上有口感嘅和牛,絕對值得一試!不過每日限定只有十分,因為佢話呢個和牛牛柳,係用唔知乜嘢部份,每隻牛只有2%係呢個部位,所以數量有限。當我哋以為已經食到尾聲嘅時候,侍應攞咗一碟米過嚟,仲開着中間個爐,我哋仲質疑唔通佢要煲粥?邊有煲得咁快?原來嗰碟米唔係重點,上邊嘅黑松露先係重點,米只係要來吸濕氣,我哋真係好低B !睇返Menu,原來係「是日特選和牛配黑松露」,用壽喜燒嘅方法將一片和牛慢慢浸熟,然後放入生雞蛋中,再即磨黑松露片落去, 將之攪勻,嗰種黑松露嘅香真係香到不得了,片和牛極之嫩滑,入口即溶,齒頰留香!繼而再把一球白飯撈入餘下的醬汁中進食,真係超級美味!最後仲有一道「火炙日式生牛肉飯」, 飯嘅份量唔算好多,(基本上已經好飽),即席用火槍灼燒和牛,配以干蒜和脆米,作為是晚主菜的告別作,很滿意!一個完整嘅套餐,又點少得甜品部份,套餐可選刨冰(可選綠茶醬 或 咸蛋黃醬)或是日精選甜品。我哋幾個人,每人揀一款,刨冰係出奇的軟綿綿和滑,入口即溶唔會凍親!綠茶味香濃,但估唔到鹹蛋黃醬係咁好味,香而不膩!原來係自家製呢!補充一下,套餐本身不包飲品,今晚我們叫了Sake一試,我人生好像第一次飲,清甜香醇,是不錯的體驗,侍應話呢隻係來自松本酒灶的酒,呢隻松本酒有二百幾年歷史,喺民間唔算出名,但係喺飲食界大家都知係好嘢。酒,我始終唔飲得多,所以另外叫咗一杯特飲,「黑糖寒天珍珠奶茶」,據聞茶底係有錫蘭紅茶、烏龍同伯爵茶組成,面頭有芝士奶蓋和阿華田脆脆,再加上好有咬口嘅寒天,口感味道都好豐富!成餐飯除咗好好味之外,亦感覺到高級餐廳的服務質素,侍應的細心講解令我哋知道更多,最重要係價錢好超值!真係食完心情都好好多!…Read More

朋友知道我最鍾意日本料理而且係一個牛魔王,特意約我去呢一間和牛專門店試吓。原來呢間餐廳入面其實有三個餐廳,此餐廳入去會先經過廚房見到師傅點樣切緊啲和牛。中間餐枱放咗唔同嘅清酒同埋黑松露等。佢哋有三個晚市套餐,有$998、$798及$498,最安全都係中間落腳,選了$798套餐。前菜係脆炸墨魚 (水準中上)、北海道帶子伴鴨肝魚子醬脆餅(帶子碎上加上魚子醬突出佐帶子嘅鮮味,正!)、和牛啫喱配粟米燉蛋(原來蝸牛啫喱冇乜牛味,但加上燉蛋都係一個幾新鮮嘅配搭)番茄配黑椒醬油,開胃嘅沙律;A5和牛多士配蛋黃醬伴魚子醬,呢個多士可能係我食過最貴嘅多士之一,但配搭上有少少比蛋黃醬搶左和牛嘅牛味;和牛海膽壽司,入口即溶,齒頰留香。和牛牛尾湯,鮮甜酥嘅牛尾湯!之後會有侍應在面前燒4種食材,苜先係兩種牛脷,分別係鹽漬及醬油;鹽個隻牛脷同普通鹽燒牛脷分別不大,唔係好食得出和牛牛脷有咩特別;但醬油牛脷完全唔同,係一個完完全全和牛嘅感覺而真係一啲都唔似牛脷,在侍應解釋才知道原來牛脷嘅部位係唔同嘅,醬油牛脷嘅部份比較近喉嚨位置所以肉質上似牛肉多多過似牛脷,完全未食過咁正嘅牛脷!黑毛西冷及精選和牛;精選黃牛有水準,黑毛西冷十分突出,全靠服務員燒嘅火候,簡直係入口即溶,又有咬口!A5 和牛三文治係呢間餐廳嘅代表作,中間炸咗嘅和牛,炸嘅方法好特別,麵包炸得好脆好有層次,服務員話呢個麵包亦都唔係一個普通嘅麵包,佢哋揀咗好耐先至揀到這一款,焗起上嚟係由頭到尾都係隨脆,一口咬落去外脆內軟,和牛嘅油脂同埋味道好突出,果然係代表作!和牛配黑松露: 原先以為黑松露只係裝飾,原來係用來配此菜,侍應會在面前將原隻黑松露切薄片放在和牛上一齊食,新鮮的黑松露果然香味特別特出。火炎日式生牛肉飯水準中上。刨冰配綠茶及鹹蛋黃醬,我都係第一次試在刨冰加上鹹蛋黃味,我係最鐘意食新加坡鹹蛋黃魚皮,此刨冰可能好過魚皮!最後甜品都係有水平!在我這個牛魔王來講,今晚的和牛完全滿足到我,他們用的日山和牛原本唔係一個地區名,而係一個日本供應商的名,又學多D!…Read More
