三五知己中學同學,喜歡周圍找找新地方探訪美食,同時又可以一起聚一聚,談談近況。這天我們相約來到離地鐵站僅5分鐘路程的泰國餐廳,看過資料,餐廳在香港已有很長時間,當中芒果糯米飯更非常著名,所以非常期待!到泰國餐廳,必定會點這個泰式地道小食拼盤👍 與三倆朋友一起分享🥰 有齊香炸雞翼、泰式春卷,以及很有咬口彈牙的酥脆蝦餅🍤🍤小食拼盤(細) $108  此拼盤份量相當充足,包括蝦餅、春卷與雞翼,全部炸至酥脆金黃,口感鬆化,非常美味。在其中,我特別推介蝦餅,外層酥脆,蝦肉豐厚彈牙,令人不停想再吃多幾塊。春卷方面都是很酥脆,餡料都很多充滿了整條炸皮。至於雞翼不會太過油膩,有淡淡的香茅味道醃得很好。椰菜苗 (蒜蓉) $88這裹的菜類都能自選烹調手法,可以選蒜蓉或馬拉盞等的製法,因筆者當天喉嚨有點不適,故只選了蒜蓉炒,但有令人驚艷的感覺!筆者本想隨便叫個菜,朋友建議要椰菜苗,很有口感很清新同時又很美味呢!👍泰式炆豬手(半) $108  筆者常吃的豬手都是大大件的焗炸德國豬手,這個泰式豬手是用「炆煮」的烹調方式,十分入味,口感亦非常軟熟,可謂入口即溶,廚師還很細心的把豬手切到一條條,方便食客享用,最底還有些芥蘭伴碟,一點都不熱氣,層次也豐富,以後都要這樣吃!麵包咖喱軟殼蟹 $208  這道菜是店內的招牌佳餚。麵包本身非常巨型,賣相已令筆者震撼,且原來完全使用麵包淘空作為容器,充分吸收全部咖喱汁!使普普通通的麵包都變成滋味食品!軟殼蟹炸至酥脆,厚實的蟹肉鮮美無比。黃咖喱的辣度較低,怕辣的筆者只吃到黃咖喱的香氣,一點都不覺得辣,軟殼蟹在黃咖喱汁中也是完美地配合,喜歡這個食法的朋友一定會感到意猶未盡!而且這個主菜也十分飽肚!椰汁芒果糯米飯 $78  這道甜品是菜單上的推薦菜式。品嚐完主菜後,點上一份甜品,果然不失為明智之舉。整個糯米飯呈熱騰的狀態(甚至冒著白煙),且米飯保持適中的口感,許多香港泰式芒果糯米飯會過於軟爛,但這類十分正宗,很有咬口。芒果甜度十足,十分美味,而椰汁則恰到好處,並不會過於甜膩!因生日椰汁芒果糯米飯蛋糕要訂,未能品嚐,有機會一定要來再吃!泰式千層糕 $38這家的泰式千層糕形狀造得很精緻,而且口感柔滑細膩。每一層都散發著椰奶與糖的香甜,回味無窮,而且絕不甜膩,清甜不黏口,但同時咬下口感一流,口留香味,十分值得一試。龍眼冰 $28  朋友點了龍眼冰,性價比相當不錯。杯中堆滿大量龍眼乾,吃到最後仍有不少。朋友指飲品不過於甜膩,與泰國菜的搭配極為匹配。咸檸七 $28  筆者當天喉嚨有點不適,看到有咸檸七馬上點選了。這杯飲品的酸甜與咸味交織,清爽提神,不僅緩解了喉嚨的不適,還帶來了獨特的味覺享受。…Read More

家人外出旅行,跟妹妹相約下班後上店子用餐剛巧大家都在佐敦工作,順理成章就在附近逛逛找好吃的這泰式小餐館,妹妹之前已光顧過,於是介紹我去嘗一下可能因為本人不經常吃泰菜,這沙律對我來說十分驚喜先嘗了一口金柚,是屬於十分香甜多汁品種,將所有材料與醬汁充分混合後再嘗一大口,竟然有陣陣椰香爆發果味香甜加上稍辛洋蔥蒜香,再配上為數不少的彈牙去殼蝦仁,整道沙律雜味紛陣,很是異國情調的樣子再來惹味串燒雞肉燒得外香內嫩有肉汁,再配上花生香沙爹醬,基本上無得輸另附上一小碟酸醋醃瓜,配著吃更清爽然而如單點串燒,旁邊的香口小吐司則顯得有點點多餘因此吃貨如我們,預先多點了一道青咖哩蝦這樣吐司就可吸收咖哩精華供我們品嘗啦內裡少說也有8-9粒蝦仁,可是相對沙律內的,則顯得不太爽口另外咖哩質地偏水,雖然調味香口帶微辣,偏偏就有點沾不上食材的感覺而且份量不多,價格有點偏貴,算是一小處敗筆呢飲品方面,一開始喝時確實有很重原材料的天然味道特別珍多冰真的椰香滿滿,綠色條條也吃得出,不是平常吃到的廉價螢光綠啫喱但是呢,太多冰了啦喝到三分一已經沖淡了所以飲品是有進步空間的總括而言,食物是有味道層次的,有一點驚喜的感覺是可列入[可食用清單]的小餐館下次再來要試一下,每枱都點的放火雞,以及芒果糯米飯…Read More

早前睇到宣傳廣告, 係佐敦新開左間泰國菜餐廳, 其中一款火焰雞吸引左我必要前去一試!今晚收工相約妹妹到達餐廳, 結果係冇BOOK位下, 餐廳內已經坐滿食客, 認真旺場! 好彩唔係等左好耐都好快有二人檯安排入座, 店內面積唔大, 設有卡位, 裝修以簡樸為主。Menu上對比其他泰國餐廳款式唔多, 但傳統既款式都有, 例如冬陰功、串燒、生菜包等等…平日晚9點左右, menu上有少部分菜式、飲品都已經賣哂。幸運地, 最後一隻火焰雞都給我order到!
