朋友推薦凱薈環境極好,有直達維多利亞港的無敵海景,今晚一行四人帶同老人家,盡情享受一下。餐廳裝橫堂皇,很有宴會感,感覺是為婚宴而設的。今晚應該是無婚宴,接受散客用餐。一直覺得做婚宴的餐廳其食物質量應有一定的水平,果然是。我們點的每道菜,精緻高質,驚喜的是,大部分菜式都一百多左右,在尖沙咀來說,真的性價比高。黑糖叉燒($168)半肥瘦叉燒,賣相已經讓人垂涎三尺,外皮微焦,非常惹味,好吃。七味椒鹽豆腐($68)外脆內軟,潵上辣椒粉,一定要趁熱吃。金沙墨魚仔($78)墨魚炸成一塊塊,由於炸粉較多,口感是有的,但墨魚味稍微被蓋過了。招牌葡汁焗釀響螺($512)這是最貴的一道菜,但個人覺得貴得值得,螺肉淡淡肉,釀著好像是洋蔥、煙肉、青椒的切粒,非常滿足。生拆雞絲燴花膠($352)這道生拆雞絲燴花膠有驚喜,味道不濃,清爽順口,大家都讚口不絕。羽衣甘藍($128)很少吃羽衣甘藍,只知道營養價值很高,降膽固醇、抗氧化等,店員推薦,這是本地城市農夫種植的,於是一試。羽衣甘藍用上湯煮,味道微甘,口感青澀。花雕BB鴿($68)賣相不錯,肉質鮮嫩,滲進濃郁的花雕酒味。拔絲鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉($168)人生吃過最拔絲的咕嚕肉!外脆內鬆軟,甜酸汁適中,口感有層次,加上新鮮的菠蘿片,讓人回味無窮。椰香脆麻花($28)居然在尖沙咀吃到28元的食物!麻花脆香,蛋味濃郁,和之前吃過的很不同,點讚!綜合這次用餐,大家都說很棒,值得再來!…Read More

食肆坐落尖沙咀高層商業大廈,當然能遠望維多利亞港的夜色。270度落地大玻璃,盡收燦爛迷人景色。另外其裝潢很有氣派很Grand,樓底極高;在此結婚擺酒都係一個唔錯的選擇。黑糖叉燒 10/10   ($168)果然係得獎之作,叉燒偏肥,入口軟熟。而且熱騰騰,完全有一種食幾多都唔夠嘅感覺。宮保蝦球 10/10   ($198)採用嘅蝦10分彈牙有口感,份量亦足夠。而且配菜加上酸薑及炸蝦餅皮蛋,感覺10分新鮮,即可以解去油炸的肥膩感。而蝦球的部份在攤凍了之後亦能保持脆脆的質感,10分出色乾煎大班球 8/10   ($228)相對上較為失色,價錢是今次最貴的一款,魚味濃郁及新鮮,但是除此之外並沒有10分出彩的地方 。蒜蓉白菜仔 9/10   ($98)相對普通的一道菜,但是味道濃郁。白菜仔亦非常爽脆新鮮整體是不錯的。…Read More
