同fd行完旺角緊係去搵食,佢話想食燒野,原本諗住食韓燒,但又嫌太悶,open rice左下見到呢間烏龍燒幾特別,就過左黎食lu~間鋪上面搭緊棚,行到附近果陣都搵唔到間野係邊,轉左幾個圈先見到。每張枱都會有個BBQ鐵網爐, 大家可以提高自己既燒烤技巧,當然可以請教店員協助。黑松露墨魚滑,燒魚滑看似好容易痴底,但其實比其他海鮮都唔難~方法就係,將成塊墨魚滑放係爐上面燒,燒熟左之後再翻去另一面,咁就唔怕痴底,燒好之後就可以切開。味道方面,淡淡松露香味,再加上墨魚滑既鮮香味,口感軟滑彈牙,內裡有啲墨魚粒增加口感,推薦一食!燒一口懷舊港式魷魚仔 ,呢個唔洗自己燒,係傳統乾燒魷魚干。不過呢款魷魚干唔係人人岩食,食落去覺得味道偏鹹,難以咀嚼。同朋友各自嗌左一個竹筒飯黎燒,只需要直接放上鐵爐,每邊各燒7分鐘,而店員都會提供一個計時器比我地。咸蛋冬菇臘腸竹筒飯,估唔到竹筒看似細細,但食落去份量頗多,其實兩個女仔一個竹筒飯已經夠,呢個竹筒飯充滿鹹香味,咸蛋黃既配搭令飯粒帶點沙沙既口感,而竹筒飯既口感偏乾,但卻非常香口!杞子龍眼菊花蜜,食燒野就唔少得一杯解渴飲品,菊花蜜較入味,而杞子龍眼淡淡的,不過飲上去相當解渴潤喉,食幾多燒野都唔怕XD…Read More

與他都係'無飯夫婦',所以每日放工後搵地方食飯係一件幾煩惱既事,通常搵邊間餐廳食飯都係小妹做開,因為小妹太難服侍了,又要岩我口味,最好係未食過,菜式有新意同特別就最好,所以鎖定地點後就不停來回開飯網搵餐廳!初時望到旺角新食店「烏龍燒」仲誤以為係食「烏龍麵」的,後來望到相片先知係食串燒的,見到食評所講的中式糖水沙冰、餐蛋串串同菜甫玉子燒都夠晒特別和吸引,一於去試試。烏龍燒既宗旨係:「烏烏龍龍自己燒,自自在在好逍遙。」望住牆上呢幅烏龍秘笈覺得好盞鬼!店內的設計係開放式的,沒有設置開門位,這樣空氣會比較流通,衣服也不會吸盡了燒烤的味道,但冷氣不夠會有點焗就係;每個坐位打開蓋後都可讓客人擺放隨身物品。(不過當晚落大雨就不停有雨水飛入黎)烏認燒提供多款醬汁同味粉都係餐廳主打,入坐已提出了孜然粉、七味粉、蜜糖、沙嗲醬同自加秘製醬汁。另外包括廚師特調Funny灑灑粉:海苔味粉、泡菜粉、惹味香菇粉、梅粉和咖哩粉都係兩位送一款,四位送兩款等。(散叫同醬汁一樣每款$5)餐牌部分叫完食物後自己放上去燒,好似燒烤咁,另外仲有本烏龍秘芨有講解某些食材要點燒先好食,自己燒自己調味,可以食又可以玩!腐竹糖水冰沙 $29 估唔到呢度有出面未見過的腐竹糖水味道的沙冰,梗係要來一杯!飲落真係好似食緊腐竹糖水,好特別呀,而且味道仲好消暑呢!餐蛋串串 $30差不多每檯都叫的餐蛋串串,玉子和餐蛋都切成粒粒立方,燒到差不多就可以食了;喜愛餐肉切得厚厚燒至微焦後滿好食的!燒魚皮餃串 $27魚皮餃每粒都好飽滿,小妹至愛!燒到咁上下再搽d秘製醬汁燒多陣,好食!海鹽牛肩押 $58一碟有四片,略嫌貴左少少,不過牛肩肉入口肉質細嫩,不用加味道太重的調味已經足夠,怕會遮蓋了牛的味道。黑松露墨魚滑 $48將塊墨魚滑燒到兩面都金黃色,再搽點蜜糖就可以食了,咬落帶有爽彈口感,燒香過的墨魚滑帶有香口惹味的味道,墨魚味好重,不過松露味就較淡,但整體都好食!蒜蓉牛油焗金菇 $33連埋個小砵仔一齊放上去網度燒熟,金菇上放左一大片牛油,煮得差不多時就可以拌勻佢,食落牛油味頗濃,熱辣辣又幾好食!雖然叫左唔算多野食,不過慢慢燒慢慢食都夠飽,今次食唔到菜甫蛋同燒香蕉,下次又有機會再黎食過!…Read More

去旺角行完街同朋友去白布街睇下有咩新野可以試下,行行下見到呢間新開既串燒店,可以自己燒好得意,仲爆晒場有人排緊隊!應該好值得一試,之後我就拎籌!等左一陣終於有位,一坐底就拎d醬汁同調味粉俾我地,另外有剪刀、紙巾、鉗等等既用具,燒烤就更方便。呢杯龍眼紀子菊花蜜好清甜,有淡淡菊花既香味,龍眼肉好厚、好清甜,成杯飲品好滋潤既感覺~原隻鮑魚呀佢地會配埋蒜蓉俾我地落,仲好細心處理左鮑魚既污穢及不可食用位置,燒既過程唔係就住,燒完仲可以直接食用!以$38一隻鮑魚既質素黎講,真係無得輸!鮑魚味道幾濃郁,好嫩、好有海鮮味,咬落去仲好有口感!小小既一窩金菇菜都落足料,用一大磚牛油同大量蒜蓉去煮,非常香牛油味,仲好清甜海蜇本身好爽口,加上麻辣既味道就更惹味!另外,仲有d芝麻撈埋一齊食,更香雞子打邊爐就成日食,燒烤就真係第一次!好大粒好新鮮,咬落去仲有汁咇出黎!注意唔好燒太耐,乾晒就無咁好食。牛肩胛既脂肪分佈得好平均,食落去好香濃既牛肉味,油香充斥著成個口腔注意燒果陣唔好搽豉油,因為佢本身有海鹽。生蠔都幾肥美,燒既時候都可以放一d蒜蓉,味道更加香!燒蠔既味道有好淡既海水味,咬落去好有質感。燒菠蘿好甜!!!燒熟之後可以用剪刀剪開一小口,更方便食用,而且絕對新鮮!黑松露墨魚餅成塊放上去燒,保留住香濃既黑松露味,墨魚餅好彈牙同埋墨魚味都幾重雞軟骨好大粒,軟骨同雞肉既比例岩岩好,軟骨非常有咬口,燒既時候落d調味粉,好惹味!原來佢地做緊宵夜特價,下次放假一定要再黎!…Read More
