三月十日 (星期日)已是年頭之事,看雜誌介紹數家小炒食店其中一家,是這家位於葵芳的金潮一時興起,吹雞,黑洞伉儷和唔生響應,出發!葵芳,話近不近,話遠又不遠,也要約四十五分鐘的車程六點前來到,在外等的人已不少,急忙先去登記,再到附近的759逛一會等了約半句鐘,有位喇還有一個規矩,就是個半鐘便要還枱我們佔了一張大枱...的一半無錯,等不到一張五人枱,唯有搭枱時間有限,一坐下來,先點菜聽說這裡的黃金蝦是名物,沒有不點的理由蛋黃醬汁挺豐富,不過稍為濕了一點蛋黃十分香濃,相反,蝦肉則不夠鮮甜,不夠爽口來枱時的確是熱辣辣,狀甚吸引還算挺多肉吃,質感卻過腍略嫌黑椒多了一點,惹味過濃那個汁,配大量的洋蒽,是送飯良伴絕無偷工減料,酒味的確濃得很大概雞肉本身味較淡,所以還是以酒香主導湯,還是趁熱喝會好一點,涼了,會有一點苦配料也不要錯過,尤其是黑木耳,十分爽口,吸了酒,更好吃!啫啫煲,夠火喉!芥蘭也很爽身鮮甜,吃得出的新鮮加入豬頸肉,令整道菜膩感大增,是好是壞?不過,更香口是事實,重口味的朋友,應該會喜愛脆皮冰梅骨其實有點像常吃的咕嚕肉,過沒那麼酸細細件,挺易入口的外層真的挺香脆,入面肉質也挺煙韌是水準不俗的一碟須知,我們也算千里迢迢到來(尤其是唔生),真的車程加等候時間比吃的時間還要長又不是神級好吃,老實說,不值花時間搭車加等位不過,若是住附近的街坊,倒算值得試試哩…Read More
