餐廳在60-70年代非常出名,當時龍華酒店沒有私家車去不到地方當中極多明星到訪:已故李小龍/紅線女/金庸……例如:(如意竹笙上素)(芙蓉蟹肉炒桂花素翅)(黃金花膠海皇羹)(良晨美景)(金銀滿屋)菜式名字好意頭起名。當時亦有很多人結婚擺酒選擇。龍華酒店真的很適合旅遊打卡,環境漂亮富有中國特色融合港式文化。好像門口長長紅燈籠,影相真的很有味道。龍華酒店更飼養了2隻孔雀,香港很少地方可以看到,我們因為晚上到訪無緣進入參觀。但在外圍幸好拍攝到。首先進入餐廳見到有戶外坐位和室內。我們進入餐廳內部牆上大量相片,見証了80年香港變化……有種說不出震撼!乳鴿其實是一種滋補食材,大家不妨選<姬松茸老鴿湯>補肝壯腎,益氣補血,補而不燥,延年益壽的功效!龍華脆皮燒乳鴿 皇牌 一點油膩感都沒有,鴿皮又乾又脆好薄,肉質熱辣辣軟綿綿好食。鴿肉有鴿味,不像雪藏貨味道。如意竹笙上素 (陳寶珠和蕭芳芳愛吃)有主角竹笙、鮮淮山、雲耳、雪耳、荷蘭豆、紅蘿蔔片、冬菇、西蘭花、粟米仔,杞子,以玻璃芡結尾!有些蠔油味道. 材料很新鮮, 很養生清甜冬菇味, 多種蔬菜口感層次豐富。芙蓉蟹肉炒桂花素翅 芙蓉即蛋 以蟹肉碎/芽菜/木耳絲/唐芹/紅蘿蔔絲和素翅互炒爽口口感加上綿綿蛋碎和蟹肉碎。 賣相由如桂花點點黃色所以起名。用筷子夾翅吃,功夫菜很惹味.黃金花膠海皇羹 很多花膠,很多江搖柱,蟹肉,蝦肉,土尤……紅蘿蔔,非常豐富,味道以搖柱味和少少甜味道。(材料新鮮,由蝦仁睇到不是雪的口感)…Read More
