天氣漸漸清涼, 風意陣陣就特別想去居酒屋感覺既餐廳食野, 奧海城附近經過, 見到一間牌面閃閃, 引人注目的餐廳─ 酒燒弄。二話不說就與友人入去坐低餐廳以串燒為主打, 食物的選擇很多,不同款式的一人餐, 決定叫A餐($298)再加個熱湯喬麥麵($48)試試,之後再想再試其他, 又多叫了兩串燒物,慢慢傾計品嚐先到的是A餐的小食, 鱈魚乾。以舊香港的小杯裝上鱈魚乾很特別。魚乾微暖, 入口即溶化口中, 一咬卜卜脆, 真是送酒佳品, 一食就停唔到之後上台的是一盤串燒, 入面有冬菇、雞翼、茄子、軟骨雞肉棒、翠玉瓜、黑豚蘆筍卷、汁燒豆腐、極品牛舌心, 賣相吸引, 陣陣肉香先食的是冬菇、茄子和翠玉瓜, 三樣都非常Juicy, 每一口都流汁, 估唔到燒完都可以咁水分充足, 完全唔乾。之後一試雞翼, 一夾起香味十足, 一咬表面焦香脆, 肉質嫩滑再試試軟骨雞肉棒, 口感軟軟又有咬口, 非常好食黑豚蘆筍卷好香甜汁燒豆腐的皮少脆, 豆腐滑,豆香味濃郁配上熱湯喬麥麵,啖啖暖胃熱湯,而且麵質彈牙極品牛舌心是我至愛, 當然放最後慢慢品嚐。 牛舌濃厚的牛味滿滿於口中停留, 每啖都彈牙以芝士年糕作套餐的甜品,外脆內軟,香濃芝士味,入口即溶化食完意猶未盡,當然繼續叫, 最後叫了豬頸肉($32)邊食串燒,再加杯梳打, 很常合我心意,迎接秋去冬來的感覺…Read More
