幾年前第一次黎嘉麟樓飲茶,覺得食物都唔錯,環境服務就當然係一等一。今日大年初一前夕黎嘉麟樓食返餐團年飯先,一早就訂好位,係茶市。早幾日餐廳打電話黎confirm,前一日又再打黎confirm,一定好多人waiting。門口有一棵盛開既桃花,入到去發現d枱密過之前,不過當然坐唔滿。雖然燈光昏暗,不過環境古雅,張枱夠大,4個人坐6人枱,坐得舒服。枱面有一盆好可愛嘅五代同堂,好應節。虎珀合桃餐前小食係虎珀合桃,有一大兜,真係咁多年都仲有呢個咁好食嘅小食,仲要係免費,正。合桃甜甜哋加左白芝麻粒,真係超好食。連筷子托都好特別。餐牌有21款點心,仲有廚師品味午宴,同時令午餐。茶錢每位$42。今日叫左幾款點心食吓。蟹肉帶子菜苗餃 $88 另加一呢個價錢係一客3件,我哋加錢要多一粒。蟹肉帶子菜苗餃有好靚嘅金邊餃皮,入面包住帶子粒同豆苗,不過食唔出有蟹肉。帶子粒味道唔錯,豆苗就出水,所以較濕。餃皮唔算薄,沾辣椒醬食好食啲,如果唔係太清淡。筍尖鮮蝦餃 $96 另加一筍尖鮮蝦餃一客4件,好大粒。餃皮唔算厚,入面有3,4隻蝦。鮮蝦燒賣 $90 另加一呢個價錢一客3件,我哋加錢要多一粒。鮮蝦燒賣有超大隻鮮蝦喺上面,加左少少蟹籽。饀有豬肉同好香嘅冬菇,食落啖啖肉。芹香星斑脆春卷 $120 另加一芹香星斑脆春卷一客3件,我哋加錢要多一件。擺盤好靚,春卷一開二,用喼汁點綴。春卷脆皮包住星斑魚肉,加左西芹同香茜,西芹同香茜味道唔太出,魚肉質感唔滑,有啲彈牙似魚滑。呢款春卷都算特別。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕 $138 另加一XO醬炒蘿蔔糕用個鍋上,大大粒,一共有12粒,好滑不過塊皮唔脆,失望。用自家製XO醬炒,不過味道唔夠,唔辣,要沾辣椒醬食。蝦米冇乜,有芽菜同一塊薄薄嘅煎蛋墊底,煎蛋好香。甜品唔喺點心餐牌度,要睇主餐牌。馳名香芒凍布甸 $85 另加一馳名香芒凍布甸賣相當然唔係一般芒果布甸,上面有新鮮芒果粒同士多啤梨,仲有招牌朱古力牌。不過食落冇特別,唔需要試。栗蓉焗西米布甸 $85 另加一栗蓉焗西米布甸用一個中式常滿兜上枱,一打開就見到上面有一粒有金箔嘅栗子,下面就係焗西米布甸,西米布甸份量唔多。栗子蓉係多,不過西米布甸偏乾,令到質感好唔滑,好失望。同平時食嘅焗西米布甸比,呢個差好多。食物有好有唔好,略爲失望。服務當然係六星級,服務員好貼心,幫手影相冇托手㬹,會主動幫你倒茶。用餐感覺不錯,都比個OK啦。…Read More

今天入住半島酒店staycation, 半島一直以來是我最愛的酒店!😍 襯住同老公慶祝生日,大條道理駛錢,又滿足左自己一個願望,錢用左先係自己既!哈哈!😂一早已預留座位同老公在嘉麟樓晚餐,怎料老公於入住前24小時先改變主意想晚餐在半島吃西餐。OMG!還訂到位嗎?😨😨 幸好因為我有半島金卡,所以即時打俾金卡會員專線找支援,多得Card centre後援人員幫忙才成功把原先預訂嘉麟樓的晚餐改為午餐,再於Felix內訂位晚餐,不過午餐要到下2:00pm才有位,然後6:30pm就在Felix吃晚餐,嘩!食完午餐都3:00pm啦,相隔3小時又吃晚餐,諗起都覺飽,但是不要緊啦,反正staycation都是以吃喝玩樂為主,吃完再減過啦。哈哈!😄我們一時半到達酒店辦理入住,幸好不用等到3:00pm才 check in, 然後到房間放好行李,馬上到嘉麟樓午餐,剛好入座時間是2:00pm。👍🏻香港應該大部份人都認識嘉麟樓(連同國內同胞),因每年的中秋奶黃月餅備受追捧都會很快賣光,自己多年前已經有幸品嘗過嘉麟樓的奶黃月餅,當年還沒有那麼被瘋狂的搶購,記憶是每盒$2xx,今年官網每盒8個迷你奶黃月餅賣價$580元,即使是半島金卡會員也要$493一盒,我自己就覺得不值啦(送禮除外),而且我因為怕肥這幾年都減少吃月餅。😅米芝蓮一星的嘉麟樓,是香港最古老的餐廳之一,共有二層,陳設裝潢採用舊上海格調,和流金歲月的彩繪玻璃窗,進入嘉麟樓仿佛進入了時光隧道回到過去的大上海許文強/丁力年代。嘉麟樓仍保留了幾面很古舊的大鏡,在近入口的三面鏡,每面鏡分別有「嘉」,「麟」和「樓」字。這面鏡細看左上角有一個「嘉」字。下面這面鏡細看正中是一個「麟」字。「樓」字果面鏡冇影相,因為當時鏡前面有服務員擋住左。😅一坐低酒店餐廳員工詢問過我們喝什麽茶就遞上餐牌,而且說明可以選擇按人數選擇點心的數量,因為點心牌裏面的點心一般是三件,我們二人可以只選擇兩件(以我所知龍景軒、新同樂和明閣都可以按人數選擇點心數量),因此我們二人當然每樣點心只需要兩件,那麽就可以吃多一些不同款式的點心!飯桌佈罝也很講究,每枱都放有一盆有形態的富貴竹,以迎合這裡的佈置。茶: 潽洱 - (沒有留意价價錢,應約$4x)調味碟-豆瓣醬琥珀合桃 - 免費我們點好了點心之後,酒店侍應送上了這盆非常好味的琥珀合桃,之前與家人及朋友都來過嘉麟樓很多次,但巳有好一段時間沒有再來,在我印象中以前的琥珀合桃好像沒有這麼一大盤,可能太受歡迎,每次客人都要添加,所以現在轉了一個較大的盤子,點心到之前我們已經吃了一大半啦,剩下的還自行打包帶走,以免浪費。🤣鮑魚雞粒芋角 (3件) - $82做得好像沒以前的出色,外皮沒有以前的鬆脆而且有點厚,餡料還可以。布拉匈牙利鬈毛豬叉燒腸粉  - $110匈牙利鬈毛豬叉燒夠腍,蜜味也不太重,腸粉外皮可以再薄d滑d就更好,可能我自己不太喜歡吃腸粉所以有點挑剔,但整體來說是合格的。日本大根千絲酥 (3件)  - $88這個點心的外型做得很出色,形似一條大根,日本蘿蔔味很濃蘿蔔絲很滑,中間加入了一些瑤柱絲,個人認為倒不如不加入瑤柱絲比較好,因為瑤柱絲有咬口,影響了蘿蔔絲的口感。雪山黑椒和牛包 (3件) $90雪山包少少咬口,和牛很腍很好吃。😋黑虎掌菌石榴餃 (3件)  - $82自己見識少不知道什麼叫黑虎掌菌,只是覺得這個名字很特別所以就點了這個點心,這個點心的外型是似一個石榴,以黑虎掌菌切細粒做餡料,是一個素餃,但個餃皮舔性非常強,點豆瓣醬的時候個餃皮黐住左個碟要用手按住碟子很大力才可以掹走個餃,味道與其他高級酒樓菌素餃差不多,不覺太突出,賣點似噱頭多一點!又問左google老師,發現黑虎掌菌其中一個作用是可以降低膽固醇啊(唔知要食幾多先可以?😂)鮮蝦燒賣 (3件) - $90嘉麟樓傳統的點心做得較為出色,鮮蝦燒賣的蝦🦐果然是很新鮮🦐,很爽很彈牙而且很鮮味,豬肉上下都是蝦🦐,而豬肉份量不太多所以不會覺得膩。😋筍尖鮮蝦餃 (4件) - $92同樣蝦餃也做得非常出色,賣相很飽滿,蝦肉充滿整個蝦餃,配合一些爽口筍尖相當不錯。😋花膠竹笙灌湯餃 每位  - $168最後壓軸出場的灌湯餃更為出色,湯餃以外還有竹笙和花膠,湯底用金華火腿及鮮雞做湯底故很清甜,也沒有金華火腿的油味,滿分!👍生日壽桃包酒店知道我是幫老公慶祝生日,已提前通知我如果需要生日牌最好是點一個凍的甜品,但因為吃了那麼多點心已經很飽,而且晚上都會有蛋糕吃,所以沒有點甜品,怎料餐廳竟然準備了兩個壽包,而且還用鮮花裝飾得很漂亮,還加上一個生日快樂朱古力牌,真的令我想不到,老公也很意外,酒店餐廳員工還主動幫我們拍照,所以很感謝餐廳的細心。约三時許離開嘉麟樓,本來打算4:00pm游泳之後晚餐,可惜check in時酒店前台員工已告訴我,泳池整個下午都Fully Booked,只有在吃晚餐時間才有空位。我即時O咀問 : 1:30pm check in 都book唔到泳池?酒店前台員工說:因為有些客人連住幾天的。(我心想:當真?)最後游泳只能改到翌日上午早餐後前往。我和老公"慢.......步"返回房間,幸好有帶運動衣,只好去做gym,否則晚餐前怎能消化滿肚點心呢?…Read More

半龍地位一直崇高,即使有很多新的酒店出現,但半龍的經典真的有他的位置,充滿貴族的味道。難得疫情無地方好去,便做吓孝順女陪媽媽飲飲食食。今次去了半龍嘉麟樓,一行6人,5大1小去飲茶,但要分開兩張枱,職員也很細心,把我們安排到較靜的角落,等我們行過去另一張枱也不尷尬(當然要預先book位)啦。選了幾款點心,比我想像中便宜,最緊要是可以逐件計,邊個想食唔想食,不用浪費或焗住食。招牌匈牙利鬈手豬叉燒無得輸,叫了一份$400,職員直接分成兩枱,始終6個人食每人只有1-2件。燒賣、黑淑和牛包無咩驚喜,而叉燒酥咬落酥脆加叉燒美味,兩件炸物脆蝦卷和松露酥值得一試。另外有些忘了影相,如XO醬腸粉要俾個讚,但因食物快凍,凍咗唔好食的情況下,便放棄相機食先的諗法。最後叫多兩個甜品,買單也是1900左右,雖然這裏的食物未算去到好高質,但也是誠意之作,以這裏的環境氣氛,絕對值得一試。…Read More

很早嚐過嘉麟樓的月餅,點心卻到今年才第一次嚐試.踏進半島的感覺很捧,有點兒時光倒流的味道.嘉麟樓的裝潢用深色木,樓底極高,抵消了密封空間的壓逼感,今趟坐在下層,往上望有些像古時茶居的感覺.要了鐵觀音,沒想到送來的是没經過發酵的青茶,唯有請侍應換款熟茶,侍應介紹多客人喝他們的普湒,確實沒錯,茶色對版,而且順喉没苦澀味.核桃脆口不過燶,勝過欣軒圖跟天龍軒的核桃因為三人行,只要了數款點心.帶子餃的皮薄,不過靭,帶子鮮甜.鮮蝦燒賣中豬肉的部份肥瘦剛好,蝦肉不過不失.棉花雞中最好吃的是魚肚,通常最怕吃那件雞,但嘉麟樓的雞肉很滑,整體來說好過不少酒樓的貨色.炸點心類只要了兩款,一款是芋角,另一款忘了名字,炸的時間掌握得好,隔油也做得足,所兩款都很出色.只顧吃,没拍下奶皇流沙包的流沙效果,只能說很滿意.點心雖未有驚喜,但都全合格有餘,比較失望是在主菜牌上選了的南乳薰鴨.南乳根本用不著,鴨肉本身已經很鹹,而且肉質有點霉,雖不至很難吃,但一定不會再叫這菜式.…Read More
