之前已經食過一次 向身邊嘅朋友介紹除了「性價比好高」的好評之外環境氣氛、食材也是非常講究 六百多元一位就包含了四款刺身、和食、壽司六貫、海膽丼(份量大!不是海膽壽司)拖羅手卷 真的很滿足加分位:服務非常好 有禮 每道菜都有介紹環境舒適 其他食客都好斯文 _首先坐低之後 第一道菜係茶碗蒸,配搭貝肉絲 鮮味更濃絕佳的前菜 !是令食材經常會更新勁好彩,今日有瀨尿蝦食!見到師傅準備緊已經好興奮😆刺身:北寄貝、赤貝刺身第一道 是鮮甜的貝類,打開味蕾見到師傅將鮮活的北寄貝處理得很好赤貝呈橙紅色 肉質厚身又爽-刺身刀功好,厚薄適中口感彈牙,好吃-和食:鮟鱇魚肝很肥美 是我吃過最好吃的鮟鱇魚肝之一配上的醬汁也很夾 看到魚油流出來 好吃另外一款和食是天婦羅:今天的天婦羅是 舞茸和「鱚魚」香港會叫佢做沙錐魚(キス)是口感細膩的上等白肉魚 做天婦羅就好適合終於吃到瀨尿蝦了!這是斑馬瀨尿蝦 有女仔嘅前手臂咁長燒炙至半熟 保留甜的口感 還有橙紅色的蝦膏今天的刺身:深海池魚、金鯛、金目鯛、雪花拖羅 全都是我喜歡的食材金目鯛經過輕輕炙燒 魚油溢出 味道更有層次另外炙燒左口魚邊也很好吃 魚油也是超多 入口即溶 吃到這裏已經很飽了The best part ! 清甜好吃的海膽海膽份量很大方 品嚐完美味的海膽之後 後續再來 一個拖羅卷 真的很圓滿了 飲下味噌湯暖一暖胃再來豆腐雪糕 馬上再book下一次 跟家人來吃…Read More
