28-9-2019夜晚出了旺角, 跟很久沒見面既朋友飯聚。TOP商場走日,韓風格, 但未試過呢度既食肆, 想不到這間位於5/F既韓燒店也不錯。6個人限時2小時, 店員告知如果不太繁忙可以繼續坐的。其實6個人叫菜也有學問, 有時怕叫得太多, 有時又怕唔夠食😭😭 經過一番"討論", 我地點左: 王道套餐 (包括牛, 豬, 海鮮, 雪濃湯), 再散叫一隻韓式炸雞, 牛肉紫菜包飯, 韓牛泡菜炒飯, 上牛肋肉(鹽燒), 再每人一杯梳打。套餐份量唔算多 (因為真係3-4人量😂), 但算高質; 韓牛泡菜炒飯必叫, 因為泡菜份量適中, 唔會太多而令炒飯太辣/太濕。反而對炸雞有點失望, 每件雞都太細件, 但脆漿就不合比例地多, 而且味道好淡, 要靠醬汁先有味, 唔太推介。總括來講, 環境同服務都算ok, 如果去開旺角想坐得舒服d, 都係唔錯既選擇👍…Read More

主力Sell用柞木炭火既一家韓燒餐廳,無乜油煙味,仲用1++韓牛,同埋超少見既牛眼上蓋肉,感謝餐廳邀請,可以率先試下佢黎緊情人節推出既套餐!環境位於上年先開幕既T.O.P.商場入面,旁邊就係露天廣場,幾有氣氛,內裡都好大,座位寬敞,用上柞木炭火配合網燒,全場真係冇乜油煙,唔洗擔心會污煙瘴氣同食到成身油煙味。餐牌主要以散叫為主,由於所提供既肉質都比較高質,價錢中位數水平,但選擇都不少,唔係只得牛肉提供,今次試食佢黎緊會岀既情人節套餐,$792/2人,其實相對抵食好多。會提供圍裙真材實料使用柞木炭免費前菜正宗韓國菜又點少得前菜?有數款前菜,無限refill,最正係有原棵泡菜,中意食幾多就剪幾多,仲要味道十分好,以甜味為主,帶少許微辣,食哂成盅!情人節套餐  $792 (供應日期:13-15/2)包括:桂花蕃茄蜜沙律、主廚嚴選八爪魚、傳統貝殼湯、仁川活鰻魚、原隻韓國魷魚、極上 1++韓牛三部位、情比金堅牛舌、柞木韓牛飯和韓式糖餡餅。桂花蕃茄蜜沙律沙律帶甜甜地既桂花蜜糖味,好開胃,作為前菜不錯。主廚嚴選八爪魚屬熱盤,就咁食唔需要燒,好煙韌彈牙又入味。傳統貝殼湯即蜆湯,亦有青口,以胡椒作主要調味,飲落重胡椒味,海鮮味不岀,較清。仁川活鰻魚由於較難燒得好,鰻魚會有店員幫你燒,燒完再搽上蒲燒汁, 食落肉質嫰滑不油膩,但鰻魚皮好易燒焦,難免影響口感。原隻韓國魷魚魷魚原條上,有醃制過,食落咸咸地,唔洗點燒汁醬都夠味,燒耐啲可以收乾啲水,如果燒到面頭焦脆,有啲似街頭燒魷魚!極上1++韓牛三部位有牛眼上蓋肉、牛胸肉、牛肩。牛眼上蓋肉,店內招牌,比較厚身少少,肉質超級嫩滑,容易較開,融化係口中!牛胸肉、牛肩,燒一邊時面頭滲血水就可反面,再燒5-10秒食到,由於牛味都好濃郁,食落仲有肉汁,唔洗點醬已經好夠味,牛肉類都好高質,果然係1++。情比金堅牛舌牛舌有別於韓牛三部位既燒法,要燒全熟先好食。有啲金箔係面,屬厚切,咬落有質感,牛舌好易煮得韌,呢款真係完全唔韌,好易咬開。柞木韓牛飯情人節set係每人一碗,有隻生蛋係上面,攪匀再食,係一碗涼拌飯,碎牛肉同蒽既份量為各一半,蛋同蒽味道太強,蓋過左牛味同牛香,亦因爲牛肉碎太細冇乜口感,建議牛肉份量多啲同原塊上,蒽少啲,口感同味道會更突岀。韓式糖餡餅甜品係一碟韓式糖餡餅,令我懷念以前係韓國既回憶,因為呢個係韓國街頭小吃必有,以前都成日買黎食,面頭大量花生碎,內裡亦有,面頭淋上大量黃糖,口感煙煙韌韌,但又有花生碎既香口,好岩我口味,但由於用上大量糖制成,韓式糖餡餅本身口味就偏甜,非嗜甜者可能未必岩你。一頭黑毛豬拼盤 $278另外仲試左“一頭黑毛豬拼盤$278”,呢個套餐冇,係額外點,包括左豬肩肉、豬五花、豬皮及豬腸。識食緊係要食韓國濟州既黑毛豬,唔會有豬腥味,特別推薦豬皮及豬腸,呢兩樣我平時真係好少食,因為完全冇乜興趣,但呢到既豬皮做得好彈牙,好似食年糕咁,唔覺似食一pat肥膏口感,至於豬腸因為有處理同醃製過,平時豬腸一大股既内臟腥味,呢到冇左,當然都有保留豬腸特突既味道,但食落係甜甜地,頓時令人容易接受豬腸。檸檬柚子梳打、魔法梳打、柑橘梳打  各$36最特別係魔法梳打,用蝶豆花整成,倒入檸檬汁就會有漸變色,飲品就較一般,味道偏淡。情人節向來都係洗錢既季節,就算唔買禮物,食餐飯都一定要,食高級西餐冇$1000一定埋唔到單,但今次柞木炭家推岀既套餐$792,每人大約$400,價錢合理,仲食到1++評級既韓牛,加上唔洗食韓燒食到成身有味咁尷尬,仲有不限時,可以慢慢同呢一半食,情人節黎真係唔錯既選擇。…Read More

旺角T.O.P近年來開了好多餐廳,經過好幾次一直都冇試過,今次就趁住天氣再度轉涼食個韓燒。【Summary】環境好,適合聚會,食物質素高,尤其推介前菜同韓牛。兩個人食得好滿足,性價比頗高。<極上新年套餐> HKD892【前菜】主調都喺甜味帶辣,有芽菜、青瓜同茄子。大愛哩度嘅泡菜同茄子,味道甜甜地,唔會被辣味搶走曬,而芽菜就好香麻油味,但難得又唔會過油膩。【九節板】今晚第一個驚喜。之前未見過九節板,原來喺炸得酥脆的紫菜,盛載牛肉蟹柳等等各種配料。口感好豐富,咬落香脆可口。【魔法梳打&菠蘿梳打】打卡一流的魔法梳打,飲落酸酸甜甜,到最後我都飲唔出喺咩哈哈。至於菠蘿梳打,菠蘿糖漿味道頗濃,很開胃。【韓式糖餡餅」】一開始以為喺pizza,食落又有啲似年糕。上面滿滿一層厚芝士,非常有韓國特色了😂味道鹹甜得宜,煙煙韌韌好適合我。可惜芝士冇拉絲效果,以及如果可以加啲肉啊海鮮啊就更好了(我真喺當佢pizza咁來評價)【柞木炙燒韓牛海膽卷】今晚第二個驚喜。原來包牛肉的,不只有生菜,薄荷葉也是佼佼者。韓牛油脂的油脂、細細一啖滑溜的海膽,再配上薄荷葉同紫菜,竟然可以搭配得咁好。薄荷葉掩蓋了海膽的腥味,又突出左佢嘅鮮味,再中和左韓牛的肥膩感,當下真喺覺得自己從來未試過用薄荷葉包牛肉好蠢。【上等稀少部位】1++韓牛用個好古裝劇的木盒裝住,仲有冷凍出煙效果,好有gimmick,而且大部分都好厚切,夠曬搶眼。專登問左侍應,邊款喺咩部位。以下由最推介開始講起:牛胸腹(左上)👉🏻 非常肥美,顏色喺幾款入面最淺,最易認。味道方面油脂香味最重,口感亦喺最軟(不過不是最易咬,多少有些筋)我個人覺得略顯有些太肥膩,鑒於我地留到最後先食,已經好飽,反而覺得有啲暴殄天物,未能夠好好享受牛油充斥的快感。並列第一喺牛梅花肉(中上)👉🏻雪花分佈均勻,是幾款中切得最薄的。口感同樣柔軟,油香味依然喺主旋律,但當然冇牛胸腹咁霸道, 香味亦稍有不同,有種獨特又熟悉的焦香味。然後喺牛肩肉(右上)👉🏻最好咬的一款,油香味繼續比梅花肉再弱一些,但仍然主打。牛肉眼蓋(中下)👉🏻大大的一塊,要切開。肉味最濃,油味終於退居二線。但略顯有筋,稍微難咬一些。牛舌(右下)👉🏻雖然只有一塊,但極為厚切。雖不算很好咬,食得出有汁也已經很出色。牛小排(左下)👉🏻對我哩種懶人來講,牛小排太有嚼頭了,不過喺幾款入面肉味同油脂味最平衡的一款。牛腸👉🏻一個星期前先聽講原來有牛腸可以食,今日就食到。不過唔知喺牛腸特色定我地手法不對,咬到我好攰😅點韓式辣醬幾惹味,如果可以醃下再燒唔知會否更加入味。【醬油煮八爪魚】好香的醬油味,咬落唔喺平時果種彈牙的,反而喺較為軟身扎實。【蔬菜拼盤】我想略過。可能哩世都學唔識燒蔬菜...點解我燒足全程都好似燒唔熟啲南瓜片???不過燒冬菇同粟米真係好味(唯一燒得熟嘅嘢...)💁🏻‍♀️環境清幽,可以選擇室內或室外,我地選擇室外,有種天台BBQ的感覺,好寫意。唯一的壞處就喺會冇左抽風機,油煙飄去邊,全憑老天爺的安排。💁🏻‍♀️服務好好,會主動介紹翻點食(比如九節板)。上菜的速度唔會太急,可以慢慢食慢慢傾計。💁🏻‍♀️食物出品頗為高質,之前一直唔算太中意韓國菜就喺怕樣樣嘢都辣,唔中意韓牛喺因為覺得佢不如和牛香又不如美國牛肉味重,今日試左柞木確實改觀唔少,甜口的前菜以及有層次的韓牛都令我印象深刻。…Read More
