有牛眼上蓋肉、牛胸肉、牛肩。牛眼上蓋肉,店內招牌,比較厚身少少,肉質超級嫩滑,容易較開,融化係口中!牛胸肉、牛肩,燒一邊時面頭滲血水就可反面,再燒5-10秒食到,由於牛味都好濃郁,食落仲有肉汁,唔洗點醬已經好夠味,牛肉類都好高質,果然係1++。

牛舌有別於韓牛三部位既燒法,要燒全熟先好食。有啲金箔係面,屬厚切,咬落有質感,牛舌好易煮得韌,呢款真係完全唔韌,好易咬開。

情人節set係每人一碗,有隻生蛋係上面,攪匀再食,係一碗涼拌飯,碎牛肉同蒽既份量為各一半,蛋同蒽味道太強,蓋過左牛味同牛香,亦因爲牛肉碎太細冇乜口感,建議牛肉份量多啲同原塊上,蒽少啲,口感同味道會更突岀。

甜品係一碟韓式糖餡餅,令我懷念以前係韓國既回憶,因為呢個係韓國街頭小吃必有,以前都成日買黎食,面頭大量花生碎,內裡亦有,面頭淋上大量黃糖,口感煙煙韌韌,但又有花生碎既香口,好岩我口味,但由於用上大量糖制成,韓式糖餡餅本身口味就偏甜,非嗜甜者可能未必岩你。

另外仲試左“一頭黑毛豬拼盤$278”,呢個套餐冇,係額外點,包括左豬肩肉、豬五花、豬皮及豬腸。識食緊係要食韓國濟州既黑毛豬,唔會有豬腥味,特別推薦豬皮及豬腸,呢兩樣我平時真係好少食,因為完全冇乜興趣,但呢到既豬皮做得好彈牙,好似食年糕咁,唔覺似食一pat肥膏口感,至於豬腸因為有處理同醃製過,平時豬腸一大股既内臟腥味,呢到冇左,當然都有保留豬腸特突既味道,但食落係甜甜地,頓時令人容易接受豬腸。

最特別係魔法梳打,用蝶豆花整成,倒入檸檬汁就會有漸變色,飲品就較一般,味道偏淡。

情人節向來都係洗錢既季節,就算唔買禮物,食餐飯都一定要,食高級西餐冇$1000一定埋唔到單,但今次柞木炭家推岀既套餐$792,每人大約$400,價錢合理,仲食到1++評級既韓牛,加上唔洗食韓燒食到成身有味咁尷尬,仲有不限時,可以慢慢同呢一半食,情人節黎真係唔錯既選擇。
