邀請朋友嚟呢間有些名氣大排檔食飯,因為比較偏係一些內街,所以落左車都要行小段路先黎到店鋪,呢道環境比一般大排檔乾淨,似舊式酒樓環境都比較嘈吵,不過最緊要係食物味道首先黎一個黃金炸魚皮,鹹蛋香味濃郁,炸魚皮脆卜卜入口香脆食唔停口鬼馬油炸鬼,油炸鬼釀入厚厚墨魚膠,外脆內彈配上酸甜汁惹味可口胡椒豬肚花甲湯,湯比較清淡胡椒味不濃,豬肚同花甲都相當料芥末芝麻蝦球,雖然係雪藏蝦但係炸得香脆配上酸甜芥末醬汁,味道獨特坊間小有避風塘墨魚咀,墨魚咀爽脆,配上鹹香避風塘調味,送酒一流豉油皇鵝腸,係用新鮮鵝腸加上靚豉油,豉油豆味香濃配上新鮮爽脆鵝腸,味道口感都無得輸呀砵酒焗蠔一黎到香噴噴,蠔大大隻調味濃郁燒鵝,雖然比起某些燒鵝名店差一點點,但係都屬於中上水準,香料味充足外皮燒得香脆刀工精湛,唯一缺點係唔夠熱同埋鵝肉偏硬風沙炸豬手,外皮炸到脆卜卜肉質唔會太乾嚡,但係調味過重肉部份太過咸瑤柱扒豆苗,豆苗抄得乾身唔會過老,配上滿滿瑤柱蠔油汁,簡直係絕配甜品金玉滿堂,好似湯圓炸到外層香脆,內有甜甜的芋泥,作為呢一餐圓滿結束…Read More

與友人一年一度既聚會,一行三人相約於深水埗既增輝大排檔﹗呢個老友由於同我生日相近,所以每年都了生日月都一定約佢出來食番餐飯,自己慶祝又好,聚下又好,傾下近況﹗麻甩共聚,啤酒不可少,最近自己熱愛上飲鴛鴦,意即一份健力士溝兩份啤酒,味道比啤酒更濃厚細滑,又不會有黑啤的苦澀味,正﹗先來一個冰鎮鮑片,四十幾蚊都幾大碟,鮑片當然知是素鮑,不過佢口感彈牙,真係有鮑魚味,蘸小小日本豉油加多自己少少幻想,用來送下啤酒也十分不錯﹗花枝皮蛋,以墨魚膠包皮蛋鮮炸,再一開六上碟,外皮炸得香脆,口感富彈性,入面皮蛋質感軟糯,雖不是什麼糖心貨,但那外脆內軟的感受討好,三人也同讚好吃﹗再來是蝦醬骨,呢個就麻麻,蝦醬味不夠,雖然肉多但可更好﹗蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,中蝦12蚊兩,花竹18蚊,最後要了中蝦,上碟大家已驚叫,因每隻0的蝦膏都係由頭頂到尾,蝦身爽口亦彈牙大隻多肉,味道鮮美,友人最愛吃蝦,次次聚會無蝦不萊,佢話呢次相當滿意﹗試試特別餸菜,堂煎和牛,價錢不便宜$138,一個小小的鑊仔,再配合一碟和牛粒,自煎自吃,牛粒睇樣似安格斯,是不是和牛我唔敢肯定,表面紋理分明,肥瘦有致,於鐵板上每邊輕煎幾十秒放入口,牛味濃郁,口感軟熟,正﹗建議叫姐姐幫手攞樽鹽,煎牛時兩邊輕輕灑上,更添美味﹗辣酒花螺是呢度必吃之選,未必所有地方的辣酒螺會俾埋個爐你熱住食,熱食除了放耐了也不會凍之外,辣味亦越迫越出,花螺更辣更香更入味,食到尾真係超辣,不過對於我地來說就越辣越想挑戰,吃一隻就滿頭大汗的感覺很美妙,只有飲多兩杯解解辣吧﹗最後點多個鬼馬油條送啤酒,仲記得以前食呢個餸炸得又硬又乾,今次再吃油條較以前鬆脆了不少,墨魚膠亦彈牙不乾澀,有進步之作﹗一年先見一次,飲大兩杯在所難免,睇住大家都有進步的感覺很好,但願明年會更好呢﹗要聲明我地飲左唔知數十枝最貴的藍妹健士力要成三百蚊一位埋單,說實我相信只計餸菜大約二百蚊是有找的﹗以大排檔來說呢間野偏貴,不過食物多選擇,推陳出新,之前吃過舊的也改良了不少,抵讚,吹水飲啤酒之選﹗…Read More

上星期五晚又係成班朋友飯局嘅日子,由於呢排打太多邊爐,所以大家一致決定食大排檔,而我就提議嚟呢度。當晚大概7:30到,比起平時明顯少咗好多人,以前訂枱都未必有位,但係嗰日反而有好多吉枱,唔知係咪真係市道咁差呢~~二話不說我就點咗醬撈八爪魚仔、 鬼馬油炸鬼、花姿釀雞鎚送啤酒先!醬撈八爪魚仔 - 仲以為係熱食,點知原來係冷盤,好爽脆又鮮甜,味道剛好,而且嗰種超爽勁脆真係一流,估佢唔到有咁嘅口感。鬼馬油炸鬼 - 以前嚟親都一定order呢味,保持到水準,外面油炸鬼鬆脆無比,裡面蝦膠又香蝦味而彈牙,正!花姿釀雞鎚 - 好香口嘅雞肉,裡面又係好彈牙嘅花姿膠,不過比起蝦膠就略遜一籌啦!之後友人再落order,叫咗:-炸釀皮蛋 - 流芯皮蛋都幾唔錯,不過外面包住皮蛋層蝦膠略薄,可能因為咁好似有啲炸過火,所以比較硬囉...椒鹽白飯魚 - 條條魚個size都幾大條,椒鹽好好味,而且又炸得啱火喉,值得再試。紅燒班腩煲 - 好普通,而且有啲覺得偏咸。豉汁蒸白鱔 - 個豉汁都唔錯,不過個白鱔就泥味好重,我就覺得好腥啦。蠔仔肉鬆煎蛋 - 味道平均,蠔仔都好鮮味,不過唔係好覺有肉喺裡面。之後再叫多個南乳唔知咩雞送啤酒,呢個味就幾好,好入味,不過啲雞係斬得好碎,而且好瘦冇咩肉食。 成晚都唔知飲咗幾多支大啤,埋單每人都係200蚊樓下,都幾相宜。而且服務態度比起以前好咗,所以會再光顧。…Read More
