九龍城不嬲都係出名食泰國菜嘅地方,因為佢最多就係泰國菜同潮州菜餐廳,可以被譽為香港嘅小泰國,以前好少去九龍城,因為交通唔方便,屯馬線又未開通,但就算未開通個時,呢一間泰國菜嘅人龍一直都有,因為佢係唔少人心目中香港最好食嘅泰國菜。泰金國係一間九龍城嘅泰國菜餐廳,由泰國人主理,老闆娘係泰國人,由泰國嫁來香港,同丈夫一齊開舖,已經係九龍城開業差唔多12 年,以前佢係喺衙前圍道,係一間細舖,之後係上年年尾搬咗係侯王道既大舖,可以喺疫情疫市情況下搬大舖,證明佢嘅生意完全冇被疫情影響過,係屯馬線開通後,老闆娘話員工忙到飯都冇得食,就咁經過下間間餐廳都要排隊。咁好食咁出名嘅餐廳仲要係良心小店,喺餐廳出面嘅玻璃已經見到。以前餐廳淨係做晚市,六點鐘開門,所以五點幾就嚟六點就會見到人龍,依家搬咗新鋪就連午市都做埋。特別一提雖然佢嗰個電話寫住可以whatapps報名,我嘗試過佢話呢家無得訂位,得walkin。話晒係香港數一數二泰國菜餐廳,人龍一定有,大家食個時準備好心理準備排隊,前後黎過兩次,第一次係平日星期三夜晚,四個人嚟食,最早個個朋友18:55就到,個時要等五張枱,最後等到19:40終於可以入座,而第二次都係平日嘅夜晚18:55就到,不過最後八點先可以坐到,但第二次去屯馬線應該開通左,交通方便左多人都正常,朋友有同我講過星期六夜晚7點去等到9點2,侍應出黎同大家講後面個啲無得食只可以外賣,可見星期六日更加難食到。加上佢個抽風系統對正門口,所以會比較熱。題外話我第一次嚟嗰時,見到Ian特登過嚟買外賣。餐廳唔算話非常之大,但座位數量比起以前細舖起碼多一倍,以前細舖應該只可以容納20個人,依家應該可以容納30至40人。裝修無好似小曼谷泰國美食站既打卡火車、無緬泰皇宮好似宮殿既套飾,比較簡陋,就淨係專心食泰國菜,但無阻咁多人過嚟排隊,呢度有用餐時間係75分鐘。睇過餐牌,嘢食種類算幾多,沙律類有10幾款,海鮮類有炒蟹、炒蝦、炒蜆、炒青口、烏頭魚、鰂魚,燒烤小食類有雞翼、魚、海鮮、牛肉等,小菜類有炒肉類同咖哩,湯類有冬陰公、椰汁雞、海鮮同肉碎湯,蔬菜類有炒通菜、芥蘭同椰菜苗,炒飯類有各種炒飯同海南雞飯,粉麵類有各種炒河、粉絲、金邊粉、湯河、船河,飲品類除咗有七款口味嘅沙冰,仲有泰國菜有嘅龍眼冰、泰式奶茶、椰青等。價錢算平民,不過可能因為有用餐時間限制,呢度基本上只可以落一次單,但因為冬陰功湯實在太好飲,問店主可唔可以再叫多碗個時,最尾都叫到。-1️⃣ 泰式生蝦刺身 💰98(👅: 9/10)呢度既生蝦刺身唔係淨係得生蝦,會連埋炸左既蝦頭,生蝦大大隻,比起出面餐廳呢度蝦肉好飽滿,咬落爽口,肉質結實彈牙,食落新鮮,冇醒味,而且會食到蝦嘅膠質,點泰式酸辣醬汁食超惹味,醬汁嘅酸味同辣味都非常足夠,食多幾舊就會有後勁嘅新味,如果你覺得有醒味,點完呢個汁一定冇晒,蝦頭炸到好脆好好食,仲會食到少少蝦膏,唔會太重味,但食到佢嘅香味,加埋生蝦上面嘅蒜頭同辣椒,絕對係有層次嘅味道。呢度唔會好似平時啲泰國菜餐廳解凍解得唔好有雪味,同完全無肉,算係食過好食既泰式生蝦。-2️⃣ 馬拉盞炒通菜 💰78(👅: 9/10)通菜咬落好嫩口,好爽脆,無渣,食落好香好惹味,因為醬汁帶小小辣味,而且味道有層次,入口先係鹹香,再黎係後勁既辣,加上佢係連埋蝦乾一齊炒,蝦乾除咗帶點鹹味仲令到口感更加豐富,最重要係炒得好夠鑊氣,呢樣係好少餐廳炒通菜做到嘅地方,呢碟嘅炒通菜絕對係我食過最好食嘅炒通菜。-3️⃣ 泰式炒金邊粉 💰78(👅: 8/10)金邊粉配料有好多,雞蛋唔係蛋絲或者網狀,而係好似炒飯咁切到有舊舊,仲會見到有幾隻大蝦,咬落有咬口,乾身唔會太濕,唔易斷,食落有少少甜味,甜酸適中,有少少鑊氣,配料仲有豆乾,隔離仲有一堆花生碎,整體唔會太油膩,不過對比起其他菜式就冇咁特別出色。-4️⃣ 泰式燒雞翼 💰18/隻(👅: 8.5/10)估唔到泰式都有燒雞翼,雞翼係用蜜糖做調味,雞翼係雞全翼,非常大隻,咬落去係外脆內嫩,食落雞肉多汁,冇燒燶到所以唔會食到苦味,入面都係熟曬唔會食到生肉,不過味道同調味好似平時食港式串燒嘅燒雞翼,偏鹹少少,味道唔係太過泰式,如果係泰式應該會更加辣或者係沙嗲味嗰種,但整體都係好食嘅燒雞翼。-5️⃣ 泰式炸蝦餅 💰78(👅: 8.5/10)呢度有兩款蝦餅,一款係原味,一款係皮蛋蝦餅,後者其實更加人氣,因為我唔食皮蛋所以就叫咗原味。蝦餅有八件,份量非常多,炸到金黃色,煎到熱辣辣, 外層炸衣唔會太厚,咬落卜卜脆,蝦肉咬落爽口彈牙,食到啖啖蝦肉,帶少少嚼勁,蝦味夠重,夠足料,整體來講係個好食嘅蝦餅。-6️⃣ 泰式冬蔭功湯 (細)  💰98(👅: 9.5/10)呢度嘅冬陰功湯非常足料,有幾隻大蝦肉、有菇、有茄蓉,而且有非常多香料,湯底飲落非常濃味,酸味係非常足夠,香茅味唔算好重,因為太好飲我前後飲咗兩碗,但兩碗嘅味道會有少少分別,第一碗會偏辣少少,而第二碗可能落多咗椰奶,飲落反而冇咁辣,係比較甜啲,重椰奶味,但無論係第一碗定第二碗,呢度個冬陰功都係我飲過最好飲,因為佢酸味足夠,非常開胃,而辣味都係好足夠,我感覺係酸味多過辣味,酸無搶辣既風頭,係酸中有辣,辣中有酸,係好有層次嘅冬陰功湯。-7️⃣ 燒牛肉 💰88(👅: 8.5/10)燒牛肉係呢一度嘅招牌菜式,基本上係每一台都見到有人點,我當初係喺燒牛肉同燒豬頸肉揀緊,最尾揀咗牛肉。呢度嘅泰式燒牛肉份量非常之多,食極都仲有,差唔多有成二十舊,牛肉都係切到成一條條咁,外表上係燒到有六、七成熟,肉質粉嫩,未食之前已經聞到好香嘅炭燒味。牛肉感覺好似平時鋸扒食個種牛扒咁,食落係幾重牛肉味,而且充滿炭燒嘅香味,有肉汁,唔會燒到好乾身,唔會好油膩,邊位食落更加有焦香味,牛肉係半肥瘦,會見到邊位嘅筋位比較多,而且牛肉有啲係生啲有啲係熟啲,所以略嫌熟啲嘅咬落去偏韌少少。加上佢個醬汁非常惹味,食落酸酸辣辣,唔食得辣嘅人都食到,絕對係有提升個層次,如果佢個牛肉可以燒到再生啲就更好,咬落應該就會更加入口即溶。-🍧 泰式芒果沙冰 💰 38(👅: 9/10)呢度嘅沙冰係非常之大杯,啲沙冰係高過個杯身起碼三分之一,絕對係夠一餐飯飲,飲落非常之夠凍,即使食完餐飯都仲有啲冰喺度,沙冰夠綿密,芒果味飲落夠甜,唔會好酸,唔係假既芒果味,都係用果肉整,夏天飲係消暑一流。-🍧 泰式菠蘿沙冰 💰 35(👅: 9/10)菠蘿沙冰比芒果沙冰無咁甜,飲落唔算好酸,幾開胃消暑。-🍧 泰式青檸沙冰 💰 35(👅: 8.5/10)青檸沙冰飲落會幾酸下,比起其他口味,我自己就唔太習慣,但冰沙一樣係滿足。-🍧 泰式椰汁沙冰 💰 35(👅: 9/10)椰汁沙冰入口綿滑,椰汁味夠,飲落唔會太甜。-🌟食物質素來講,係我食過最好食嘅泰國菜餐廳,因為佢有好多樣菜式都有驚喜,係以前其他泰國菜餐廳搵唔到嘅質素,最出色我覺得係冬陰功湯,因為連同行朋友都一致覺得要叫多碗嚟飲,酸味同辣味都非常足夠,非常之開胃所以好想飲多碗,而炒通菜係有驚喜,因為佢嘅鑊氣非常之足夠,叫咗咁多樣,我覺得除咗金邊粉比較冇咁出色之外,其他都係好好食,食物質素來講係絕對可以一食再食。價錢來講都係好平民,視乎大家嘅食量,如果大家食量唔算多,其實一碟金邊粉、一碗冬陰功湯、每人一杯冰沙都已經夠,買單可能都係接近每人$100,如果多人就可以叫多啲小食去試,但整體賣單應該都唔會過$200,嘢食份量都係非常之多,而且碟碟都係熱辣辣好有鑊氣,講性價比非常之高,$200可以食到香港最好食嘅泰國菜,絕對值得。其實仲有好多樣嘢食都未嗌,下次會想食燒豬頸肉、生菜包、燒鱸魚。環境唔會係好靚好有設計,但嘢食已經好食到咁,其實對環境無追求都無所謂,服務來講雖然我哋加咗一次單,但都無黑我哋面,而且同門口嗰個肥姐姐有講有笑,之前上網話佢服務有啲唔好,但今次完全覺得冇,野食上菜速度幾快,點左菜之後十分鐘就有生蝦、通菜、金邊粉,兩分鐘後就上哂沙冰,之後一個字就上埋其他菜,最後係燒牛肉。餐廳因為好食而且好具人氣,所以排隊就基本上一定要,除非你係去開門嗰時就到,就可以做到第一輪食客,至於值唔值得排咁耐隊,就睇吓你對泰國菜有幾追求,如果你真係好鍾意食泰國菜,我覺得你最少要來一次,食一次你就知道原來泰國菜可以咁好食、咁正宗。大膽講句,如果無食過泰金國,根本唔夠膽話自己鍾意泰國菜。-👅味道: 9.5/10🍴環境: 7/10💰消費: $100-200pp (服務費: NA)…Read More
