已有一段時間無吃泰國菜,來到旺角,順便嚐嚐。樓高兩層的泰菜館,門口是串燒檔,內裏放了泰國畫像。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗($75),椰菜向來給人爽中帶硬的感覺,馬拉盞更能突出椰菜苗的口感,特別是微辣的辣椒,令整碟椰菜更惹味和更顯得鑊氣足。再嚐串燒沙嗲(豬、雞各一,每串$15)。串燒沙嗲是每次必點的,因其醬汁極惹味,澆上串燒、撈檬或蔬菜都十分美味。豬肉和雞肉串燒兩者的口感差不多,豬肉比較有實在的肉口感,而雞肉比較滑。串燒中以泰燒和牛串($25)最惹味,厚實的肉纖維配上香草汁,令口感和味蕾都得以滿足。炭燒豬頸肉撈檬套餐($45),撈檬的醬汁不多,如配馬拉盞椰菜苗吃,其鹹香會令撈檬變得惹味。豬頸肉量多,燒得香脆,配上極大份量的滑檬粉,非常飽肚。紅豆冰(套餐+$5),甜度適中,紅豆多,如紅豆煮得稔一點會更好。至於三絲撈檬套餐($35),有雞絲、蛋絲和扎肉絲,蛋絲微脆、雞絲帶點煙韌,扎肉絲則最爽口,配上撈檬,口感甚佳。三絲的份量同樣甚多,由於三絲的口感不一,形成多層次的口感。涼粉冰(套餐+$5),細粒涼粉容易入口,甜度適中,涼粉量多。泰式鮮奶燕窩(凍)($58),原來是鮮奶加上燕窩,與想像中的固體甜品不同。鮮奶為主,偶而吃到沉底爽滑的燕窩。在夏天喝這杯甜品,有泌人心脾之感。…Read More

這一餐也是泰國菜。多次來這間餐廳吃晚餐,全因這裏可吃到真正的泰式辣。在這兩層地方不太大的泰國餐廳,也可嚐遍飯、粉、海鮮、小菜、特飲、甜品等泰式美食。串燒沙爹雞($12一串),每次來必點的串燒,烹煮時間控制準確,雞肉不會過硬,更重要是不變獨特的沙爹醬,把串燒雞的肉香提昇到另一層次。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗($75),每次來必點一碟菜,因其鑊氣十足。馬拉盞味不會太濃,所以不拌飯吃也不會覺鹹。椒鹽鮮蝦球($85),另一款非常夠鑊氣的小菜。蝦球份量多,外脆內軟,拌上大量椒鹽,拌飯吃十分惹味。泰式扎肉湯河($45)(轉冬陰功湯底+$10),轉了冬陰功湯底後才能嚐到泰式的真辣。湯河最抵吃,大碗料足,所以我倆點一碗一起吃。扎肉厚身,所以口感更爽實。嚐過冬陰功的火辣,自然要點一個泰式椰青($38)止辣。椰青清甜多汁,一口冬陰功湯,一口椰青水,回味無窮,不論在夏天還是冬天都很適合點這個配搭。紅豆冰($22)也能止辣,紅豆量多,甜度適中。最後選了這款甜品泰式椰汁糕($1),買滿$200便可加$1,在四款食物中選一款。大部份人選泰式生蝦,但我倆更喜歡椰汁糕。椰汁糕十分足料,上層是香甜椰汁糕,下層是軟中帶爽的西米粒和粟米粒。即使是僅$1的便宜甜品,味道也十分出色。友人覺得好吃,一次吃了三個,只餘下一個給我。…Read More

相隔一段時間再來泰廚,這次試試上次沒有吃過的食物。泰燒和牛串($20),非常惹味多汁的串燒。和牛的肉味濃郁,燒過後的牛肉既有外層的香脆,又有內層具嚼感的軟爽。沙嗲串燒雞串($12),很多人點的串燒。之前試了牛、豬、雞串,雞串的味道最出色。嫩滑的雞肉,配上有花生碎粒的花生沙嗲醬,是最佳配搭。吃串燒怎少得泰式椰青($38)。吃一口熱燙燙的串燒,喝一口鮮甜的椰青水,人生一樂也。這次的椰青肉有點難分開,但無損喝椰青的心情。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗($75),沒有馬拉盞炒菜就不是東南亞的特色。味道偏鹹,椰菜曲較通菜爽口,所吸取的沾到的鹹味也較少,反帶出其香爽。泰式菠蘿炒飯($98),在炒飯來說價錢有點貴。及後看到原來是半個菠蘿盛著飯,倒是覺得值得。菠蘿的肉與飯混在一起炒,加上提子乾,味道不俗。菠蘿的酸甜十分開胃。但我更喜歡比較便宜的冬陰公肉碎薯粉($40),這是一個午餐套餐,比散點更優惠。冬蔭公很濃郁但不會太辣,薯粉很帶嚼勁,肉碎量足。唯吃畢整碗後嘴上帶點油膩,故配香茅或青檸冰比紅豆冰更適合。紅豆冰(套餐+$5)偏重椰汁,紅豆軟穩,個人比較喜歡少一點椰汁的紅豆冰。套餐本來包餐湯及香茅冰或青檸冰,友人喜歡紅豆冰,便加$5轉了。轉了飲品後沒有餐湯,這點要留意。依舊是大份量大滿足的一餐,平靚正。…Read More

夜晚上完堂後join朋友食泰國菜,入到去勁多人,朋友又揹住支結他,勁唔想搭枱……但唔搭枱要等半個鐘先有枱,我哋3個都好肚餓,唯有搭枱啦……我飲過咁多間泰式餐廳嘅龍眼冰,暫時最好飲係哩間,味道唔會太甜,清清哋,好舒服。木瓜沙律同粉絲沙律就無乜特別,但哩兩款沙律都只係$1碟!勁抵!因為每滿$200可以以$1叫指定4款食物嘅其中一款!我哋本來係想叫生蝦,但賣晒。食親泰國菜必食椰菜苗,無其他原因,情義結來,同馬拉盞一齊炒真係好好味!菠蘿炒飯雖然我哋哩碟唔同其他客人一樣,原隻菠蘿上,但都無因為咁而味道差咗,仍然好好味,飯每粒都入味,上面勁多肉鬆,而且配合埋菠蘿嘅酸甜味,好開胃,食晒成碟都唔係問題。小食拼盤要咗大嘅,點知真係好大碟……食唔晒……拼盤有雞同豬串燒,春卷,炸蟹鉗等等,都係一啲比較香口嘅小食,但如果你唔係大胃王的話,叫細就夠。青咖哩雞,雞肉係用雞柳,咖哩完全唔辣,但有咖哩香味。有咖哩就梗係要配薄餅!薄餅奶油味好重!我勁鍾意!不過如果再整得鬆化啲就仲好味!3個人食咁多嘢,埋單都係4百幾蚊,都算抵。…Read More

今次同朋友黎到旺角呢間泰廚食泰國菜。未行到餐廳門口,係門口附近已經聞到燒串燒的味,真係好香,令我已經好想入去大擦一餐。雖然座位係迫左d同坐得沒咁舒服,但都無礙我食泰國菜的意欲,因為真係太耐沒食。一坐低就即刻打開本menu睇下有咩好食。左睇右睇都唔知選咩好,因為樣樣都想食,最後就點左對於樣樣小食都想試的情況下,呢個小食拼盤就啱晒我的要求。因我想食的(炸蝦餅、炸魚餅、炸春卷、炸蝦片同豬雞串燒)都包含在內,仲一開二,可以同朋友開心share。全部小食都炸到好香口,特別係蝦片,真係好食到停唔到口。而串燒就燒得好香配埋個沙嗲汁,非常滋味!!!!呢個和牛串真係燒得剛剛好,juices得黎唔會太韌。而且淋上點生蝦的醬汁(我估)。味道非常特別,令和牛串清新唔膩,仲沒搶走牛肉味,正酸酸辣辣,非常開胃。鳳爪爽口,洋蔥又好味(不過食完個口好大陣洋蔥味)而且辣得過癮。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗好少係屋企可以食到,通常要到泰國餐廳先有得食。所以次次食泰國菜都必點。馬拉盞又香又野味,而椰菜苗又嫩又爽口,炒得夠鑊氣,真係超正。如果配白飯食,就梗好了。炒金邊粉就較為普通,雖然都炒得好食,但味道略為淡左啲。今餐食完好滿足,價錢平,份量足,真係沒欺場!可以再來試其他菜!…Read More
