今晚同朋友不想出太遠地方吃,所以選了大家回家近的這個商埸吃晚餐,選這間吃潮州菜,因平時比較少吃,入到去,環境好古式感,坐位寬倘,看了一會餐牌叫了前菜  好開胃口,酸酸地的菜滷水鵝腸  腸身煙韌爽滑,一口嘴嚼到,濃香滷水味同鵝香味馬拉盞炒通菜  幼條菜身,炒得爽口,配上蝦醬一起炒得菜,除有新鮮鮮菜味更加有鮮香蝦味,突出另一種菜鮮味XO醬海皇炒粉絲  鍋上的粉絲,粉身幼滑嫩口,加了X O醬,多了份醬燒粉香味,炒得好乾爽,配料細細海鮮粒,海鮮鮮味特别鮮香,豐富味道感紅燒乳鴿  烘得鴿皮脆身,肉質軟霖爽滑,濃鮮香鴿味香煎蠔仔烙  大塊,炸得金黄色,入口脆身爽滑,滿細細粒蠔仔,一咬已吃到,彈滑嫩口,濃厚蠔海鮮鮮味馬蹄綠豆爽  少見,馬蹄粒同綠豆滿舖在碗上,平均分配馬蹄香味同綠豆香味,甜度剛好椰汁蘆薈紅棗桃膠  椰汁奶味特别香,蘆薈,紅棗同桃膠都有本身濃鮮香味,粒粒晶透滑爽,甜度適中,濨潤之選…Read More
