Scrambled egg on toast is always one of my favourite food in HK style restaurant🤤🤤 the egg was perfectly made and silky. It went so well with the slightly crispy toast beneath and the truffle on top. 去得茶記,當然想食茶餐。呢間已經幫襯過3次了。不過第一次寫食評,因為次次有“驚喜”。叫左個飽魚火腿絲湯意粉,本身係通粉,但我比較喜歡意粉。有條菜,最好多一二條啦!餸好正常,都幾好味。最驚喜意粉,佢似天使麵粗度,但又係夠爽身,湯味亦好好食。多士一向都係my favor,所以無話可說。而黑松露炒蛋,個蛋夠滑,黑松露又夠足料。呢到茶餐,係唔包飲品嘅普通飲品+$8,特飲+$14。我見只差6蚊,就叫左飛仔華田,但太多cream,不過加左脆脆,好味。個塊啤派又一驚喜,係威化餅黎,無味,但睇賣相夠晒。整體好味,亦有驚喜,第一次食下午茶,唔記得食乜,但仲之覺得正嘅。對上一次早餐個雪茶肉絲米已經覺得整得好入味,今次個意粉亦比預期好,一般茶記意粉又粗又林左少少,呢個好正。埋單$56。值嘅。 …Read More
