今個星期六又要返工,仲要成一點先放食LUNCH,同事話不如又去食呢間,今次叫咗兩個定食,陶板燒御膳 九州黑毛和牛及豚肩肉同三色丼前菜有蘋果蛋沙律、雞肉同冬瓜蘋果爽脆鮮甜,好開胃雞肉嫩滑,個醬仲有好重嘅蒜香,冬瓜配上菇仔,好入味,凍凍哋,好得意,好惹味,三色丼 ($250)三色即係三文魚親子丼、蟹肉海膽丼及吞拿魚丼。三文魚親子丼,三大片三文魚再配上大大粒三文魚籽,好有口感蟹肉海膽丼嘅海膽不是好多,與蟹肉、紫茶同菇伴勻,剛剛好,仲好新鮮添吞拿魚丼都係有三大片吞拿魚,顏色鮮豔有油光,口感軟嫩,魚味濃郁陶板燒御膳 九州黑毛和牛及豚肩肉 ($440)先來刺身三點,分別有針魚、吞拿魚同三文魚,先食味道較淡嘅針魚,然後食三文魚,最後係最濃味嘅吞拿魚,全部都好新鮮同鮮甜。响選擇嘅時候,三心兩意,店員聽到後,為我哋作特別安排,一半九州黑毛和牛、一半係豚肩肉,肉一到,店員就向我哋講介如何製作燒肉,首先要等陶板燒熱,然後放肉,一放落去,就渣渣聲,正到呢!牛肉同豚肩肉油脂分佈都好平均,唔韌,仲入口即溶,又多肉汁,仲有三款醬汁比你選擇,燒肉汁有少少辣,香草海鹽更加帶出肉味,檸檬汁酸酸哋,好醒胃,食完,個盆仲有肉嘅油份就去燒蔬菜,大滿足雖然係一個要返工嘅星期六,比我坐得舒舒服服咁食個LUNCH,都係一種享受…Read More

要返工嘅星期六,於是又過嚟呢度食餐好啲嘅lunch蘋果蛋沙律蘋果超爽脆鮮甜,勁開胃雞肉前菜肉質嫩滑,加埋醬一齊食凍凍哋好惹味冬瓜前菜蒸得好軟腍刺身三點針魚味道較淡;吞拿魚好濃味陶板燒御膳 九州黑毛和牛及豚肩肉 ($440 & $300)店員話要先等陶板燒熱後先開始燒,一放啲肉上去就渣渣聲,好正!牛肉食起上嚟入口即溶,超多肉汁;豚肩肉油脂分布平均,既有少量脂肪又有瘦肉,食起上嚟一啲都唔韌,肉味豐富;最後用啲肉嘅油份去燒蔬菜,更惹味!不過要注意,個火唔係好似打邊爐咁長燒,最好塊板一熱就快快趣燒,否則又等換火就麻煩啲三色丼 ($250)細食嘅旗袍食呢個就啱,有三文魚親子丼、蟹肉海膽丼及吞拿魚丼。蟹肉海膽丼嘅海膽雖然唔多,不過新鮮,撈埋蟹肉一齊食鮮味大爆發;最出色嘅係吞拿魚,顏色鮮豔有油光,口感軟嫩,魚味濃郁。每碗飯都細細,唔大食嘅朋友就啱晒甜品係牛奶布甸,不過我哋太飽了,食唔落,於是淨係叫咗飲品,坐喺陽光隔離傾吓計飲吓野,又一個beautiful Saturday~…Read More
