放工出開時代廣場行街,想揾個舒服啲嘅地方食晚飯,最後決定選呢間玉桃軒,可以嘆住熱茶慢慢食。一上到嚟門口夠見到佢嘅佈置,真係幾靚。 跟住映入眼簾嘅就係佢嘅燉湯啦。 一行到門口便已經有很好嘅招待,坐咗喺中間位。佢有很多份menu,實在好多選擇。因為我哋得兩個人, 所以即使見到佢嘅片皮鴨做緊特價, 但都怕食唔曬所以冇叫。食到中途見隔離枱有叫,真的很大碟很吸引。我及朋友人少少,所以叫咗一碟肉同一碟菜,再加上每人一個燉湯, 呢個晚餐超豐富, 好滿足。首先上檯嘅係我們十分之期待的鎮江香醋排骨煲,佢個賣上十分之吸引,而且佢嘅調味很野味,為咗這個煲,明知會食到很飽我們也還是叫了一碗飯。他雖然是排骨,但也是啖啖肉,最後這煲食到一件不剩, 連配料也吃光了。跟著要說的便是他的一道竹笙鼎湖上素,他的芡也調教得很不錯,配上他幾款不同的 菇,滿滿的一大碟。最後也是最重點的,便是花膠螺頭燉北菰湯!每一盅裏面也有一大塊花膠,螺頭不但只很肥美,也很鮮美。這些材料配合起來一起燉,搭配極佳,湯的味道清甜及濃郁,令人很是回味。除了食物質素外,更值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅服務態度,很有禮貌。 …Read More

12月頭是小弟的生日日子,到這星期都有喜好不同菜式的好友來約飯局;而打頭陣的是喜在港島區覓食的好友,約局於銅鑼灣一間名叫玉桃軒的中式酒樓;下午放工後,約定好友於地鐵站的時代廣場出口相見,之後再輕鬆地步行至利舞台廣場;當來到酒樓,時間已是七點多;而單看其門面裝潢已有低調奢華之感;進內坐低後,更發覺這酒樓的格局給人有一份寧靜雅逸的感覺;此時約有半場的顧客,但卻沒有很多酒樓常見的嘈雜感;可能是以斯文的顧客為主,又或者現場的氛圍所致,真不愧是坐落在利舞台廣場大廈!侍應遞上餐牌後,好友說全權由我發辦點菜;見其餐牌菜式種類繁多,有些更是傳統做法的菜式,但亦有不少套餐可選擇;細看一遍後,衡量過兩人的胃納,就點了以下菜式:問了酒樓是否收開瓶費,原是收50元一枝,如此格調也算合理;落單後趁上菜前來的是三寶套餐中第一味--一品蒜香雞;單看雞皮的顏色與肉質紋理,已看出烹飪功夫細緻;吃起來雞皮很薄很脆,應是起了不少皮下脂肪出來;剩餘少量的油脂,和著滑溜的雞肉一起吃,再加上雞皮的蒜油香,多種的香味一致的混合,調味得宜到不用蘸醬料,已令味蕾感受到用心做出來的常見菜式不一樣的美味!下一個上來的是瑶柱粉絲雜菜煲;這道菜最巧妙的是將海鮮與乾貨的味道都融入到爽滑的粉絲,加上湯底有濃濃的蔬菜味,多種鮮味都顯示出互相襯托!而清蒸海石斑的火侯拿捏十分準確;整條魚大小份量適中,又蒸到剛剛熟,豉油與淡淡的魚鮮香味撲鼻而來!吃起來微燙的魚肉肉質細嫩鮮滑,魚皮有彈性兼有一定份量的膠質感;蒸魚豉油偏向淡味,但反而更突出魚肉更鮮甜的特質,十分好!因為帶了葡萄酒的關係,另外再加了兩款小菜;石窩野菌雲耳牛仔肉先行出場,侍應生上菜時提醒我們要小心滾燙的石窩,用心的服務值得一讚!那就嚐嚐牛仔肉;牛肉本味夠濃,但醬汁的調味亦厚,但同時有野菌及雲耳的香味留在了牛肉的表層;牛肉肉質腍滑之中又有幾分嚼口,配上紅葡萄酒後肉味更出色,連帶其他香味都盡情釋放!十分討喜!最後上的鎮江香醋排骨煲;排骨的外面炸得帶點酥脆,入口咬下去肉質亦夠實淨;唯是醬汁方面,醋味被過了些頭的甜味蓋過,以至平衡感不足,略為可惜!總結此餐,在銅鑼灣熱鬧的食肆堆中,有一個環境頗為寧靜逸雅的中式酒樓,可以與好友在其中享受了美味又用心做的菜式,兼且預祝小弟的生辰,一舉兩得,其樂也高!飯後水杯指數(食店食物調味濃淡度,5杯為最濃),本人給予2.5杯,值得一定程度的推薦!…Read More
