今日下午兩點去玉桃軒飲茶。由於以前未嚟過,唔知道佢地原來三點就收,門口個部長亦都冇講。我地叫左6個點心。除左蛋撻即到之外,其他5個點心等左成半個鐘先嚟,而當時祇有幾枱客。我地問個女侍應幾時先有點心到,佢就話蒸緊㗎喇,加埋黑口黑面。終於等到點心嚟,食左晤夠5分鐘,個女侍應就叫我地埋單。再過多5分鐘,連燈到熄埋。我真係以為自己去左大陸二三線城市嘅酒樓飲茶。其實如果呢間嘢係唔想做兩點後嘅生意的話,祗需同啲客講清楚就得。實在唔需要兩點收客而又用的咁嘅服務態度去趕客。

相约友人中午十二点在銅鑼灣飲茶,決定到利舞台的玉桃軒。服务员很快便安排了靠近窗口的二人枱,二十樓望出去很開陽,坐下感覺舒服,茶亦沖得夠熱。芋絲鮮蝦春卷,是剛剛炸熱,入口還暖皮薄脆身,饀料丰滿夠咬口,沾上醋好吃。墨西哥叉燒包,可以同時間嚐到墨西哥包及叉燒餐包的味道,兩種包都是我所喜愛的。砂鍋雲吞雞煲,雲吞可謂皮薄饀靓,皮滑溜而虾肉爽口。雞切成小件湯底味清香也不會太油,小旺菜也爽腍清甜。二人共吃了$210。

燒鵝家人最愛,除了肉質香,味道更是一流。加上份量非常多,是性格比很高的一道菜。
