Extremely poor service, it's like the customers owe them a living. Looks quite understaffed. I asked about a dish on the menu, the staff was very unwilling to explain, simply read what was written on the menu and walked away.Food is average at best. Usual dim sum items, nothing special at all.Not sure what the hype is about, have been to far better restaurants in Hong Kong.Average price, spent about HKD 400 for 2 adults and 2 kids.Extremely forgettable, don't waste your money here.* * * * * * *

😡😡😡呢個係我人生第一次寫post,要將呢個不愉快嘅經歷同大家公開。如果唔想做下午茶可以出聲。我人都未坐低,黑住面的長髮馬尾waitress不停催我落單,我劃完佢就不耐煩扯張點心紙走,佢個人都未離開我張枱,同時有個男嘅waiter行過,問點解仲有客坐低?長髮waitress企緊響我隔離就話:「佢詐型」,我話:「你講嘢好過份」,佢冇理我就行咗去。好過份係駛唔駛當住我面前講?我做錯咗啲乜?阻住妳收工?我有向男經理反映,佢話會處理,但沒有任何抱歉之類的說話。所以花我時間都要將件事寫出嚟。講埋食物方面,蝦餃帶子餃菜苗餃,所有白色餃類啲皮係實嘅,燒賣啲肉係實嘅,所有餃類都好鹹。本來開開心心去食嘢,搞到成肚氣。😡😡😡

這家位於利舞台20樓的酒家,靠近窗邊坐挺舒服的。蝦餃的蝦肉彈牙,味道不錯,但蝦餃皮較爛,若能有點嚼勁就更好了。牛柏葉味道不錯,又嚼勁。我們叫了一個川貝淮山杞子燉鱷魚尾脊骨湯,味道香濃,裏面有很多豬肉,用料不錯。海皇瑤柱蛋白炒飯,但粒粒分明,配有蛋白粒,瑤柱絲,很美味呢。錦鹵雲吞, 新鮮炸出來的, 10分脆,點了酸甜汁,就更美味了。馬蹄糕,糕內甜甜的馬蹄香味,加上有馬蹄粒在內,增加了口感,而且兩邊也煎過,外脆內軟,味道不錯。

今日下午兩點去玉桃軒飲茶。由於以前未嚟過,唔知道佢地原來三點就收,門口個部長亦都冇講。我地叫左6個點心。除左蛋撻即到之外,其他5個點心等左成半個鐘先嚟,而當時祇有幾枱客。我地問個女侍應幾時先有點心到,佢就話蒸緊㗎喇,加埋黑口黑面。終於等到點心嚟,食左晤夠5分鐘,個女侍應就叫我地埋單。再過多5分鐘,連燈到熄埋。我真係以為自己去左大陸二三線城市嘅酒樓飲茶。其實如果呢間嘢係唔想做兩點後嘅生意的話,祗需同啲客講清楚就得。實在唔需要兩點收客而又用的咁嘅服務態度去趕客。

👉向來我都對醉雞情有獨鍾,除左單單因為花雕酒既酒香外,我覺得係一種特別既味道。
因為普通既白切雞我係好少食,例如係食燒味我都只會嗌豉油雞咁解。
而呢到既醉雞就完全符合我要求,香而不濃,嫩而不老,相當惹味。

相约友人中午十二点在銅鑼灣飲茶,決定到利舞台的玉桃軒。服务员很快便安排了靠近窗口的二人枱,二十樓望出去很開陽,坐下感覺舒服,茶亦沖得夠熱。芋絲鮮蝦春卷,是剛剛炸熱,入口還暖皮薄脆身,饀料丰滿夠咬口,沾上醋好吃。墨西哥叉燒包,可以同時間嚐到墨西哥包及叉燒餐包的味道,兩種包都是我所喜愛的。砂鍋雲吞雞煲,雲吞可謂皮薄饀靓,皮滑溜而虾肉爽口。雞切成小件湯底味清香也不會太油,小旺菜也爽腍清甜。二人共吃了$210。
