🌈這間餐廳位於地理位置方便的太子區,餐廳面積不算太大,桌與桌之間的空間感不大,但衞生情況還好,更表現出香港小炒店的地道感覺。食物方面,最令人眼前一亮的就是熱騰騰的‘’紅燒乳鴿‘’,皮脆肉嫩,更保留到乳鴿的肉汁,配上一杯冰涼的啤酒,更顯出小炒店的風味。另外‘’金薯蜜餞牛柳粒‘’都令人一試難忘,金薯炸得很酥脆,牛柳粒也炒得剛剛好,再配上甜甜的蜜餞醬汁,真的非常好吃,對我來說,比起牛柳粒我更喜歡吃金薯。除此之外,‘’拔絲咕嚕肉‘’也是必叫的菜式之一,本身咕嚕肉的豬肉質素很好,有肉汁,再將炸得香脆的咕嚕肉配上甜甜酸酸的醬汁,可謂香港特色之一的美食!不逐一介紹了,總括而言,其餘的菜式全部都很高水準,是一間力推的小炒店。 …Read More
