同朋友慶祝生日,去左試「梨滿園」這間韓國菜。一行四人吃韓燒,這間韓國菜性價比高所提供的肉類質素比想像中高😍打開menu有濟洲黑毛豬 牛肩肉等選擇~剛剛箍牙有好多野都食唔到⋯只能食軟的食物(哭)點了2款牛肉--特選牛肋骨(醃了)和無骨背肩肉快燒幾下己經可以放入口!入口即融的口感!連我鋼牙妹都食到,太正了!還有點左五花腩,呢間鋪嘅肉大部分都係薄切有D係超薄!我諗只有0.5mm 厚(?)真考刀工!闆娘很細心的介紹沾醬的食法:有以下3款1. 韓國麵豉醬(된장):己醃肉用生菜包,再加醃菜2. 麻油和韓國粗鹽:沒醃的肉沾上去完全感受到肉質的鮮味3. 醬油 + 芝麻: 沒醃的肉的第2種汁~ 芝麻很香口這家較特別是用麵豉醬,在韓國吃時很多店家都會用쌈짱(像紅色豆瓣醬),這家吃法別有一番風味(yummy)肉也太軟Q好吃~很多時都忘了生菜的存在,直接沾醬就放進口裡去(感動)為了令朋友過韓式的生日,特別點了「海帶湯」一起飲材料超豐富的唷!想不到這裡連「醬油蟹」也有(心心眼)很好地分成4份的蟹腳,然後是蟹蓋~拌飯吃齒甲流香醬油飽魚也是彈牙鮮味的闆娘服務很好,不單只把肉剪好,海鮮也分好給我們總評:想再吃燒肉了…Read More

你沒有看錯標題,原來韓國菜不一定是辣的!這晚朋友生日,大家都想食韓燒,就來到旺角的梨滿園,香港哈韓熱正濃,坊間有近百間大大小小的韓食店,為何會千揀萬揀偏偏要揀他,原因不久之前有個飯局,因我臨時要OT而缺席,當晚有份去的朋友說性價比非常不錯。咬牙切齒的說一定要試!店子在旺角女人街一座名為Deli2的大厦內,整座大厦都是食肆,這間剛好是在放題店隔壁,相比之下,感覺有點冷清。坐下,店員先送上韓式前菜,六小碟但各有特式,不是一味把你辣得半死,喜歡甜薯仔的粉糯,泡菜的辣中帶甜,酸蘿蔔爽口無比,豆角的清新,唯獨南瓜我是從來不吃,配搭也經過安排的!先點了醬油蟹 $138以大小來說,醬蟹的確是袖珍型,但蟹膏甚為澎湃!調味方面是帶甜不咸,當你吃過極咸的醬蟹後,這個的分數就會立馬提高!晶瑩剔透的蟹肉,上面舖滿金黃色的鮮甜蟹膏,再加上甜甜的醃蟹醬汁,不腥之餘,層次感非常豐富!人生中我吃過三次醬蟹,我最喜歡這裡的味道,蟹身的確比較小,好像不夠喉,唯有安慰自己生吃不要吃太多吧!韓燒的燒肉併盤,豬牛雞各佔一部分,啱晒心多多,但眼闊肚窄的朋友!烤肉什錦併盤$420兩款燒肉醬汁,左手邊是燒汁,一般的燒肉適用,而右邊的是加了岩鹽醬汁,適合點牛舌等濃味的燒肉,可突出味道還有生菜,麵豉醬及沙律菜,以三者包著燒肉來吃,減膩之餘仲可以增加纖維吸收~燒肉當中,以牛肉最為出色,當中的牛小排由醃肉至厚切等都不損其肉汁,輕輕一燒就可以享用,入口超Juicy的!五花腩肥瘦相間,一放落燒板就見到油份滲出來,多得會彈油的,好邪惡!五花腩連著少許的軟骨,口感比較硬,不是我喜歡那種入口即溶口感,當然,油份不高吃下時油膩感會比較低~最後是十個讚的牛肋骨,鼻傷的問題令我已有幾個月時間沒有吃牛,已經對牛肉沒有太大的慾望,因為朋友都是牛痴,就叫一客試試,誰知!好好吃!醬製的原條牛肋骨上的,長如A4紙,輕輕一燒就五以品嚐,入口肉汁豐富味道清甜,本來說好只試一片,結果我吃呀吃,清了半碟,估不到會帶甜味,真的很驚喜!最後點了朋友推介的燒帶子$128,以少量黑椒及海鹽等預先醃製,只需燒至金黄色即可食用,厚身入口滿juicy 的,沒有過份的調味,鮮甜味充斥著味蕾,不用點醬汁已很好吃午市也有特價餐,索價四十元左右也算抵食每次吃韓國菜,都會以辛辣為主導,但這次在梨滿園嚐到的是一個突破,帶甜的韓國菜你試過未?最重要是味道不突兀,相處融洽!不喜辣的朋友不妨一試,挺驚喜的!環境方面,抽風系統比較差,冷氣較大,大家要留意了😊…Read More

據說這裡的醬油蟹好出名,所以我們幾個女仔來試下,雖然我未食過傳統韓國那種,但是好食不好食也應該有體會。餐廳的座位寛敞好坐,也沒有一般韓燒店的滿屋油煙味。看看餐牌,價位算合理,除了高檔次的燒肉煱品外,也有低價位的特價晚餐,一款主食配上一個白飯加兩款配菜和例湯,才幾十元。選擇多款式多,豐儉由人。食韓食最大特色就是一開始會端出一大堆的小碟出來,主要有泡菜、大豆芽、酸蘿蔔絲、薯仔等。,看起來都很豐富。我們幾個大食女人點了一大堆菜式,專誠來試醬油蟹的,當然要立刻先試下啦!不過蟹的size偏小,像平時食到的花蟹般大小,不過從殼的形狀看來,應該不屬於花蟹品種。顏色呈略深的啡褐色,可能醬油染色的關係吧,食起來甜甜的,有點和蟹不太搭配,不過也好過太咸或者腥的!我之前有試過一間是腥和咸的,怕怕!此蟹肉質嫩滑,而且不腥,連有個好怕腥的朋友仔都覺得不腥就真是不腥的了!味道總的來說還可以!另外還有一款生牛肉刺身,將伴碟的梨和青瓜和生蛋撈在一起,就這樣就可以食了。食落其實梨的味道出奇地濃,想不到牛肉的味道偏淡,幾乎感覺不到,所以不用怕有生肉味,反而幾鮮甜~牛肋骨肉是韓烤必選項目,當然我們也不會錯過啦!叫了原味和醬醃兩種口味,烤過之後,食落又不是好大分別,肉質食得出兩隻都很好,除了有濃濃的牛香,肉質嫩滑透出回彈力,只是醃過的會咸小小而已。這款同樣是牛肋骨,不過是牛肋骨湯,這個真是必食推介,那牛肋骨煲到軟綿綿,一咬即化,而且口感有點像牛尾般啖啖肉之餘,食到了充滿骨膠原的感覺!非常大的一鍋韓式什錦菇牛肉鍋,見到如此大堆頭就知落足材料去製作啦!有金菇、雞腿菇、蘿蔔、翠玉瓜、大蔥等材料,配以一堆牛肉。不要以為那鍋好扁,其實是將烤板拿起來,放進了桌子內的鍋足足有半隻手掌深的!以二百多的價錢來說,可謂超值!味道像煲了幾小時的濃郁的牛骨湯,感覺好味又滋潤!這裡的食物好似每款都好大隻下,好似這蝦,手掌咁長,手指公咁粗,真是睇見到流口水啦!而且店家好細心的幫我們開邊和我最着重嗰part=去腸,都處理好,食的時候自然爽口彈牙更好食啦!這款辣味八爪魚好吃又抵食,大大碟才幾十元,而且條條彈牙條條鮮甜,飽滿十足!辣度很適合我,感覺惹味又不會太辣!超巨型肉眼朳原塊燒,燒到半熟就可以剪開一片片,油脂十足所以除了燒起來香氣誘人之外,食落口都 芳香馥郁,滿咀的油香令人大滿足!怕膩可以考慮無骨背肩肉,肉味較濃而且無肉眼般高脂,油脂明顯較小但分佈平均,食起來更富彈性。牛舌不用多說,兩個字:爽口!最後來個雪濃湯作為結尾就最fit了,既可清一清滿口的油脂味,又有濃濃的牛骨味♡看那濃郁的精華已經去到奶白色了,就知有幾可口啦!…Read More

說旺角為全香港的中心也不為過所以旺角的餐廳亦多不勝數,種類多亦難以選擇這晚隨朋友來到這間隱秘的韓國餐廳此店不但位於食肆林立的女人街旁側更是藏於一座類似商廈入面,叫Deli 2就是銀座商場後一條街的位置本以為是類似普通連鎖韓式餐廳一樣想不到原來還有燒肉,頓時興奮起來前菜六小碟:趕不及上菜時見他們一面,最後只吃了泡菜與薯仔,兩種都好味甜薯一塊不會很大,質感也剛剛好;泡菜酸酸辣辣,沒有味道過重,作為前菜一流先吃醬油蟹! 每次看到韓國節目都想試,又未有機會到韓國這次有緣遇上,一定要試!上菜時蟹已經被分肢、拆件,進食又少了一分麻煩最好味的當然留最後食,但單是蟹腳已經非常鮮甜,毫無蟹腥味,肉質又滑,不錯蟹蓋的傳統食法是將白飯放於蟹蓋然後把飯與蟹膏、醬油拌勻,同樣地鮮甜蟹膏亦很香,但恰巧拌的飯不夠多,醬油味稍為蓋過了些少蟹鮮味然後就到最期待的燒肉了!首先有豬腩肉,質素一般,可能燒得太久,有點韌帆立貝貨色不錯;牛肉則有驚喜,先說中間那捲牛肉,其實為牛肋骨上碟夠紅夠新鮮,脂肪分佈平均,入口充滿牛肉香味除了鮮牛肋骨外還有醃制過的版本,兩種風味不同但一樣好味牛舌雖然薄身,但燒過以後的效果焦身爽口,值得一試還有蝦,店員見我們雞手鴨腳就親自出手幫忙剝殼,服務不錯除了燒肉外亦點了不少熟食,外脆內軟的泡菜煎餅最出色其次有蛋黃蝦,一碟有六隻,質感頗特別炸醬麵及柚子蜜都中規中距,人參雞則有點失望,沒甚麼人參味可以不試很遺憾這次食得太飽沒有試到牛肉絲和水冷麵下次一定要來食多一次…Read More
