To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢到最出名既點心,酥皮好鬆軟,叉燒都無蘇味,值得一試
出層菠蘿包皮,加上入面熱辣辣的叉燒餡,重點個包底有煎過,超脆口!!!

之前一直聽朋友介紹添好運點心專門店,但因為有名氣,長期都要排隊等位,而家開多左分店之後終於有機會試到啦。今次係平日的晚上去,大約8點幾唔算多人,一入到去就有位,都幾多外國人已經係入面。黎之前已經有想試的野食,所以即刻就已經落左單,每樣野食都係二十幾三十蚊,可以試多幾款。落單後大約10分鐘就已經有野食了,都幾快,但d野食全部都熱的,唔會係放左好耐的感覺。酥皮叉燒包真心好食,入面的叉燒甜甜地再夾埋出面脆的外層,而且份量岩岩好,唔會太大個之後試唔到其他野,兩個人食每人食1.5個都冇問題。黃沙豬潤腸一路都聽講豬潤腸好出名,所以黎到一定叫,味道唔錯,但好可惜豬潤的量唔多,好多時都係食到個腸粉皮。鮮蝦燒賣皇蒸出黎之後外觀唔錯,食落去都食到隻蝦,但唔算係太特別,同平時的燒賣差唔多。鮮蝦餃每隻蝦餃都皮薄而且蝦的份量都多,不過味道就冇咩日特別。沙律海皇卷本身飲茶食點心我都好少叫春卷類的點心,但今次比到驚喜我!卷外面炸到香脆,但唔會油膩,同入面的沙律醬又幾夾!總結黎講算係平價好食之選,每人都只係大約六十蚊埋單,就已經試到好多款點心而且飽肚,而且最開心係奧運分店冇咁多觀光客,排隊都冇其他分店咁誇張!…Read More
