話說有一段時間未有外出食中菜海鮮,今晚約了久未露面的大學同學和朋友,去食中菜大家可以圍著圓桌一起坐,一起分享美食就好適合不過了。餐廳地址位於鬧市中心的旺角,又近東鐵綫,交通極方便,住港島九龍新界的朋友都不怕夜了沒車回家。因為女仔多,所以點了6-8道菜式,加一煲湯,就夠了,最怕做眼闊肚窄大晒鬼。聽餐廳經理推薦,試了這裡的有名前菜「六小福」,其實分別是:豬脷、豬肚、豬小腸、韮菜、尤魚,海踅頭。因為係前菜,故沒有加以過多的調味,單以微辣的豉油配搭已有開胃之效。豬脷軟淋韮菜爽脆微甜海踅頭好爽口我想推薦店中的傳統杏汁豬肺湯,因為它帶來意想不到的驚喜。奶白的湯汁除了加入杏汁外,也加了很多花奶,入口順滑濃郁,一試就知烹調良久。而豬肺也洗得很乾淨,價錢又公道,值得一試。主菜當然少不了海鮮!之前喺新加坡食過,香港版嘅黑胡椒我道未試過。又係另一道好值得推薦的菜色!黑胡椒汁好香,波士頓龍蝦啖啖肉,煮得好入味!好快就被人「圍剿」完畢!香港名菜-避風塘炒辣蟹辣度只係微辣,怕辣又想要滋味的朋友都食到。油浸沙巴龍躉仔油浸過法令龍躉仔外脆內嫩,好香口。比一般蒸煮更令人食指大動。油鹽水浸大蜆蜆肉大大粒,肉質飽滿此外,還有菠蘿咕嚕肉,在菜館食咕嚕肉就是夠鑊氣,菠蘿並非罐頭即食,所以脆口鮮甜。這一餐,好滿足!…Read More

除了尖沙咀,旺角就係另一個約一大班人食飯嘅好地方。始終大家都要返工,放工約個方便嘅地點食飯,就算大家收工時間唔同,旺角四圍行下都可以嘛。今次黎呢間旺角海鮮菜館,位於洗衣街近弼街,港鐵太子站、旺角站或者旺角東站都係10分步程,相當方便。門外有列出多款中午及晚市套餐推介,其中午市優惠小菜更只係$59款,價錢吸引,附近工作的話,值得一試。因為我今日OT,所以遲左少少,好友們都點了菜,咁仲好我唔駛我諗食乜。一坐低就見到呢個前菜,白灼魷魚,非常爽口,鍾意食辣嘅點下辣油又可以提一提個鮮味啦。鍾意飲湯嘅我,平日飲豬肺湯多數都係菜乾煲。今次ORDER呢個杏汁豬肺湯,用杏汁燉出黎好奶白,豬肺夠晒淋,而且味道鮮甜,強烈推介大家黎一定試呢個湯呢度嘅菠蘿夠新鮮,咕嚕肉又唔會太多粉,炸得香脆,色澤鮮明,大人細路都鍾意食。本身叫啫啫芥蘭煲,但今日無芥蘭就轉左唐生菜。但一樣做得唔錯,上檯時仲有啫啫聲,先聲奪人,肉碎又夠香口。黎海鮮菜館又點少得海鮮呢。跟住輪到海鮮排隊出場啦。打頭陣呢個油鹽水浸大蜆,大蜆食落無沙,而且鹽水吊出陣陣蜆嘅鮮味,尺寸亦真係幾大隻下。跟住黎嘅係黑胡椒波士頓龍蝦,份量都算大,龍蝦肉夠晒鮮甜,而黑胡椒相當惹味,拆完龍蝦殼真係要逐隻手指舔埋陣味先心息。壓軸登場嘅就係避風塘炒辣蟹,碟蟹一上檯,大家不約而同講左句「嘩正呀」蟹夠晒惹味當然係主角,但今次香蒜應記一功,廚師將佢炒得香氣撲鼻,而且夠晒脆口,友人直頭攞黎撈飯食,呢個餸係必食推介。最後上埋是日甜品,呢餐真係食得好滿足呀。…Read More

中菜館是近期跟好友相聚的熱門選擇!由於地區方便大家,所以今次舊同學聚會也就選擇了旺角海鮮菜館~聽朋友說是新裝修,難怪如此整潔又乾淨呢!門外還有新鮮海鮮呢~白灼菲菜花 $48雖說是白灼但加上少許麻油就已經好好味!作為前菜很不錯~鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 $88中菜又點少得我的最好咕嚕肉呢!酸酸地勁開胃,而且肉質偏瘦很合我們的口味!黑胡椒波士頓龍蝦 $268/隻來到海鮮館點可以不吃海鮮呢!我們就選擇了比較少見的黑胡椒波士頓龍蝦、黑胡椒味並不會很重,所以味道也不會很辣,反而偏向醬油味一點,很惹味、而且龍蝦還啖啖肉呢!避風塘炒辣蟹 $488用炸蒜炒的有鑊氣又大大隻的辣蟹,滋味十足~用炸蒜來配飯更佳啫啫唐生菜煲晚飯一定要有菜菜子,醬汁有點像魚香茄子煲!味道很不錯~很惹味傳統杏汁燉豬肺湯女生們都愛的滋潤靚湯~足料得來味道都好濃郁的~幾個女生一邊談天說地一邊享用美食,時間不知不覺就過去了!中菜館的好處是沒有太多時間限制~能讓久違相聚的女友們渡過一個愉快的晚上…Read More

約了幾個朋友食飯,朋友S之前試過這間的避風塘海鮮,說味道不錯,帶我們來試下。避風塘炒大蜆多收蜆肉都無沙,蜆肉很大隻,肉質鮮甜,避風塘炒感覺似落了辣椒醬,比較濕,不算太辣。避風塘炒辣蟹唔係個個食蟹所以叫了一隻,所以份量不多,食得辣的我認為辣味不夠,但蟹肉味鮮肉實。杏汁燉豬肺湯杏汁味香濃,但豬肺有陣SO味,湯內有娃娃菜,煲得非常甜而且無油。旺角風沙雞雞肉嫩滑,雞皮香脆,油份不多,雖然不是新鮮雞,但吃不出有雪味,加上炸蒜味,味道不錯。松露野菌炆伊麵係時候食返D飽肚野,店員介紹食伊麵,我見隔離枱都好多人叫,所以試試,松露味香,還有很多菇,但伊麵有些腍,整體味道不錯。綠豆沙一上枱已經聞到好香的臭草味,綠豆沙煲得很綿,不會太甜。…Read More

朋友是海鮮痴,慶生不能不吃他的摰愛吧?一心想他今次慶生大概也是到吃海鮮的熱點,倒如鯉魚門等等⋯但今次卻相約在旺角鬧市中心?追問下,佢說原來一直等待店內裝潢完成。小妹實在見識淺薄,十分期待是次的生日宴😍是次主角就是「旺角海鮮菜館」!門面裝飾得大氣,而看到門口的魚缸內有多款生猛海鮮,有波龍(波士頓龍蝦)、肉蟹、沙巴仔等等。見到魚缸雖小但五臟俱全,不同種類的海鮮都有,恰似一個小小的水族館😍環境清幽,店內雖小但其實內裏九曲十三彎,正好可以分隔好每一枱,令每桌的食客有一隱蔽的私人空間。難怪當晚見到有很多名人光顧,有影視紅星、著名的國際運動員等。首先出場當然係蟹!肉質爽嫩鮮甜,蟹身多肉,咬下滿足感十足!蟹吃得出是生炒,並不是坊間的拖水後再炒!吃得出蟹肉富彈性,細味下有避風塘的風味。蒜子炒得乾身,吃下去除了蒜香還有刺激味蕾的辣!辣得不嗆喉卻過癮,令人一口接一口,有朋友更點了一個白飯撈來吃😂部長上菜時要我們留意蒜內的「一條蔥」,該條蔥是這菜餚的靈魂,我們當然要一試,吃下去蔥算嫩但又有著辣蒜香,一眨眼,又被吃清光🙈看餐牌見是一斑兩味,心想又是平日常見的出場樣貌。但一端上桌,全枱人「嘩」!一條魚分兩邊,一邊是清蒸、一邊是炸!清蒸味鮮,肉質彈牙又帶有魚的鮮味!炸的那邊,吃下去又發出清翠的聲音,炸得爽脆但肉質又不是乾巴巴;相反,肉質鮮嫩!一口魚肉能帶給你兩種口感,著實令人回味無窮。炸子雞十分出色👍🏻,要知道要做一隻皮脆肉嫩的炸子雞除了要考功夫以外,亦要有心機!炸子雞的烹調過程著實繁複,要提起雞身不停澆油至金黃脆身。所以,光澆油過程就已經是耐力的考驗。說回這雞,皮脆不在話下,重點是雞肉鮮嫩多汁亦夠入味。白松露炒伊麵店家用白松露油炒,一端出來就有松露香撲鼻😍麵炒得爽身,不油膩!加白松露油炒,令整個炒麵級數跳升!飽餐一頓,當然少不了甜點作結。小妹是紅豆沙迷,對紅豆沙要求不低。這碗紅豆沙十分出色,煲得起沙又足了!這個句點令人十分滿意!…Read More
