今日同朋友去荃灣買野,所以就係個頭揀左間越式野食。串燒是必嗌的,由其係雞肉,肉質嫩滑而且非常惹味,沙嗲醬都好濃郁,令人有想再食既衝動。椒鹽炸軟殼蟹炸得好脆好乾身,椒鹽味都算重,調味調得幾好。本身諗住嗌通菜但賣哂,所以嗌左越式馬拉盞配油麥菜,啲菜幾新鮮,係估唔到都幾辣下,不過辣得黎都幾好食,但食唔到辣既就唔建議食,可以試吓清炒蒜蓉或者越式蟹頭膏。招牌炒飯有好多細細粒既海鮮係入面幾有咬口,味道比較清淡,仲有兩隻炸蝦,都唔會太膩。然後牛油蒜蓉雞翼都係必嗌,新鮮熱辣辣炸到卜卜脆,入面肉質嫩滑,仲有陣陣牛油同蒜香味,味道濃郁。仲有柚子鮮蝦沙律,睇個名以為有普通鮮蝦,但原來係炸鮮蝦,味道酸酸甜甜,柚子都幾爽口,整體都唔錯既。然後食越式野通常都會嗌椰汁冰,呢間既椰汁冰都唔錯,幾香滑,椰汁味都濃郁。而朋友見到越式滴漏咖啡有個👍🏻又幾特別就試下,香味濃郁醇厚,略帶苦澀回甘,佢最底係奶,落既份量可以自己決定。…Read More

好耐冇同家人食飯,今次係荃灣食越南菜,選擇多價錢合理,再1人,2人,4人餐。我地避免選擇困難,所以揀左4人餐。越式柚子鮮蝦沙律,有4隻炸蝦,都好香口肉質彈牙,如果係用水煮熟,味道更夾沙律,有大量多果汁的柚子,酸度剛好,很清爽消膩。牛油果軟殼蟹卷,牛油果完熟好香,味道勁夾肥美飽滿的軟殼蟹,加埋爽脆青瓜同彈牙米粉,用薄薄米紙卷起食,口感豐富。越味皇炸春卷,金黃色,炸得超脆。用生菜包著食,感覺冇哂油。春卷餡料豐富,好多粉絲、木耳絲、甘筍絲……味道不會過重,沾酸甜汁食更美味。越式雞翼帶點港式風味,有蔥油及炸蒜,極為惹味帶香,仲有點香料味,如果套餐可以加錢轉牛油雞翼更完美。由於粉皮售罄,所以轉左做網炸蝦燒,估唔到咁好味,個網炸的超鬆脆,入口即化的口感很獨特,蝦卷細細件,食完岩岩好。主菜可選2款,越式燒雞有半隻,都係醃過再炸香,雞肉更扎實,但都有肉汁,較重香料味。越式咖啡牛腩煲,雖然好細份,但牛腩量都幾多,煮得肉質鬆化易咬,牛味濃郁,帶咖啡香料味,配飯或多士都好夾,最欣賞個咖哩濃調度剛好,包住每件牛腩。菠蘿豬頸肉炒飯,也是份量較細,但整個套餐都豐富,所以最後大家都好飽。菠蘿偏少,豬頸肉反而幾多,拌腰果同肉鬆,味道提升,個飯也炒得粒粒分明。馬拉盞炒通菜,夠哂大碟好滿足,馬拉盞微辣很濃重的香味,通菜炒得均勻,爽口惹味。牛油果沙冰甜甜地好夠冰凍,沙冰打得細滑,牛油果味慢慢出來,令人回味。椰汁珍多冰好多粉條,甜度剛好,食辣野飲最岩。…Read More

荃灣的路德圍一向多食點,筆者曾光顧過這邊的幾間米線店。今天就搞搞新意思,不吃米線了,改吃越南菜。車快是越南語,解作沙律。這碟柚子鮮蝦車快舖了生菜塊墊底,然後是大量柚子跟青瓜絲,酸甜的味道使人吃得清新開胃。2隻鮮蝦經燒熟,有著彈牙的口感。雜錦拼盤可以一次過試到幾款越南小食,不用花時間心大心細。拼盤有香脆雞翼、蒸粉包、香燒迷你蔗蝦、炸香卷4款,每款各有2件。筆者對蒸粉包最感興趣,它的外表有點像中式的雞絲粉皮。用滑溜的河粉皮,餡料有豬肉碎、沙葛、木耳等,口感既腍身又爽脆。香燒蔗蝦啖啖香甜蝦肉,配以酸辣醬食得滋味。唯略嫌雞翼烤得有點乾。若有研讀歷史的話,就知道越南曾經是法國殖民地,而這一道越南三文治就是有著法國色彩的越南菜。和傳統法包不同,越南法包製作過程再會加入米粉,所以口感會脆一點。法包夾了青瓜、蕃茄跟札肉,但攤涼後麵包會硬,所以需趁熱吃。被餐牌圖片吸睛而點的燒魚,味道質素果然不俗!燒魚魚肉紮實不鬆散。因為燒烤的方法可把醃料氣味迫出,味道非常香口惹味,蘸上由餐廳特調的醬汁更出味。吃東南亞菜時,總會點一杯特飲。今次點了龍眼冰,一口下肚,清甜解喝。…Read More

最近友人發現荃灣大間好抵食嘅越南餐廳,今晚便相約一起,順便聚一聚。原來餐廳就在荃灣最旺的食肆集中地。門面很平實,但裏面的裝飾就充滿越南風情,令人感覺好優閒。望下餐牌,有好多唔同種類嘅嘢食,有濱海,紙米卷,沙律,㗎喱等。我地揀了前菜--越式柚子鮮蝦沙律 份量都好多,蝦彈牙,好多柚子,大大粒,加咗啲炸蒜片和青瓜,好清新。餐廳沒有落了太酸的醬汁,所以不會太酸,更突出了柚子好甜,好多汁。越式燒老虎蝦米紙卷 有4件,我唸就係分蝦身和蝦尾,米紙卷扎得實,咬時裏面啲材料沒有爆出來,蝦肉很彈牙,很新鮮,虎蝦燒到好香,夾埋沙律菜一起吃,好配合。越式燒魚是倉魚,雖然不是太大條,但燒得啱啱好,金黃色,皮脆脆的,加咗啲辣椒粒和葱粒,好香和辣辣地夠晒野味仲有叫了咖哩牛腩煲 ,可以配飯或蒜蓉包我和友人選擇了配飯。平時食嘅牛腩煲只得幾件牛腩,但依道有好多牛腩,薯仔都唔少,份量十足。牛腩同薯仔都煮得好淋好入味。 咖喱不會太辣,也不會太杰,撈飯好好味。最後和友人叫了兩杯飲品,越式牛油果沙冰 好杰身,一飲下去好香牛油果味,有啲冰碎,好提神。滋補龍眼冰 好大杯,好多龍眼肉,甜甜地,唔錯。最後仲有甜品送.食咗咁多嘢,樣樣都夠份量,都係300多元,又不用加一,抵食…Read More
