這間拉麵鋪,我去個很多次了。可能因為心中當這間餐廳是我的食堂,所以沒有第一時間寫食評。不過都唔重要,重要的是黑骨超好吃。黑骨即黑蒜豬骨湯拉麵。黑蒜味非常香,而且豬骨湯濃。叉燒鬆化。麵質也不錯。和其他拉麵鋪一樣,除拉麵款式以外,還可以湯濃度、拉麵軟硬度、要葱或椰菜否等。最估不到的是,連㕚燒也可以選要不要。應該近符沒有人會不要吧。至於紅骨則是辣味拉麵。辣味非常突出,湯也一樣濃。但是正正因為辣味太過突出,完全蓋過其他味道。個人不痴愛辣,所以只覺紅骨表現平平。註:此店收加一服務費…Read More

今晚同個frd做完Gym食飯,佢就有啲咳,唔食辣同炸嘢,我就唔想食西式嘢,如是者喺街度行,原本話去銅鑼灣睇下有咩食,最後我話不如食點心,所以揀咗去天后,去到佢又話不如食拉麵,都OK嘅,反正我有個幾兩個月無食,佢帶我去咗BB Ramen,佢幾年前食過話OK~服務員態度好好,會問我哋駛唔駛推介下,佢介紹咗限定拉麵,之前又介紹埋其餘4款拉麵,食完又會問下客人意見,有無嘢要改善。我揀咗赤骨同加溏心蛋,杯麵幾香辣味,不過唔知係咪加咗炎之醬,好辣,但又好惹味,叉燒俾平時食果啲大塊同長身,唔會太韌唔會太冧,而且肉味濃,溏心蛋同我平時食果啲唔同,佢唔係半熟,而係全流心,總括來講味道唔錯,會再幫襯。 不過間嘢都幾早關門,我見佢哋9點已經唔接新客,所以要食就早啲去。…Read More

因為有啲排住bb,所以好快又黎多次(其實兩篇前又係我寫,詳盡啲),但今次我真係有少少失望,今次味道真係無咁好食下午一點到到bb ramen豚王式紙仔外加紫菜($10),將紫菜撕成一塊塊浸湯,紫菜吸收湯既精華,正正正bb ramen@大坑赤骨(6.5/10)($88)foodki覺得味道比起上次有差距,湯底變淡,豚骨味變得唔太明顯,同行友人食"豚骨"都覺得湯底過淡,foodki亦試左啖"豚骨"湯底,的確比上次淡左唔少。foodki認為bb ramen要保持水準,湯底既濃度差距唔應該有咁大(我地係選普通,上次foodki食都係普通)。除左湯底外,麵質比起上次都同樣有過軟既問題,上次foodki係叫硬,今次係叫超硬,但麵質都係唔夠硬,一間好既拉麵店,麵質絕對要硬,因為如果麵唔夠硬,麵浸係湯底就好容易變得太軟,bb ramen真係要解決呢個問題。湯底除左較淡之外,辣湯非常唔錯,加上辣肉球,令湯底層次增加唔少叉燒比上次少左碎叉燒,我認為BB 既碎叉燒非常好味,可惜今次又唔知點解無左,扣分。日本 みつ葉今次foodki去完日本番黎(可參考同名ig)食左呢碗日本top 10既拉麵,真係好好味,foodki都比左10分佢。番到黎香港,拉麵癮仲係到,就去左食bb ramen,點知水準同日本比真係有一個大既差距,麵質唔夠硬,湯底唔夠濃,真係失望…Read More

星期六跟男友遊完赤柱,便到天后打算吃很出名的蛋包飯。可是男友覺得它的價位有點高,決定放棄蛋包飯,附近又沒有什麼餐廳能夠吸引我們的味蕾,我們決定步行到大坑尋找美食。於大坑閒遊一圈後,感到雙腳不是屬於我的,便於BB RAMEN門前坐下來,決定試試他們的拉麵。BB RAMEN 跟其他拉麵店點餐形式大致相同,先在門外點好想吃哪一款拉麵,再選麵條軟硬度、湯底濃度、蔥蒜份量等後,便安排入座。店員非常有禮貌,帶領到我們要坐的位置,更很貼心的於點餐紙上寫下各人座位,以便把拉麵送到個別客人手上。BB RAMEN所有拉麵都是用豬骨湯底,有五款味道選擇,分別是普通的豚骨 (顧明思義是豬骨湯底)、黑骨(墨魚汁)、赤骨(辣味)、綠骨(香草風味)以及限定的咖哩味。TAMMY SUM第一次來到,也沒有事先OPENRICE過哪一款較為好吃,我們按自己喜好,分別點了黑骨及赤骨。等待的同時,環顧BB RAMEN的店鋪的裝橫都帶著日本風格,牆上還有不同名人的簽名(哇!想不到尹光都有來過!XD),全部都寫”好好好味”、”正!”相關字眼,令我們更加期待到底BB RAMEN的功力是如何。不一會兒店員便送上我們的拉麵,先來介紹赤骨吧!整碗拉麵都是紅噹噹的,麵上有一球用辣粉包圍著的肉碎,同時當然少不了拉麵應有的叉燒! 赤骨的辣味不會辣到你吃不下去,TAMMY SUM的額頭和背部卻不停地流汗,相信是湯底裡的辛辣味料的作用。麵條方面,選擇了偏軟,但感覺上跟普通軟硬度的一樣。建議不太吃辣的人不要點赤骨,還是留給愛吃辣的人點吧。黑骨,整碗湯和肉丸都是黑漆漆的,黑到只有麵條是蛋黃色的。因為TAMMY SUM不太喜歡叮黑MUNG MUNG的食物,所以都是淺嘗淺嘗。湯底顏色合格有餘,反之湯底方面卻吃不出墨魚汁的味道。總括來說,豬骨湯底和麵條都算是中高質素,店員服務一定會令你有賓至如歸的感覺。下次大家有機會再到大坑的時候,不必每次都要排隊吃拉麵來或者達磨,行多幾步BB RAMEN也是一個不錯的選擇。…Read More
